Job description

We are looking for a Delivery Partner Manager to develop and manage AllChild’s partnership of voluntary and community organisations in Hastings, ensuring excellent quality specialist support which drives positive outcomes for children, young people and their families.

Across the UK, millions of children and young people are growing up in poverty, facing complex social and emotional challenges. AllChild works within local systems and communities to identify and support young people most at risk of poor social, emotional and academic outcomes. Through our two‑year Impact Programme, we work with schools and local partners to build coordinated, place‑based support around children and families.

This role has a focus on establishing AllChild in a new region. You will be responsible for building strong, trusted relationships across the local community, developing deep knowledge of the local landscape, and embedding AllChild within existing networks and partnerships.
