Help build our corporate partnerships programme at a defining moment in our history.

London Transport Museum is the world’s leading museum of urban transport. As an education and heritage preservation charity, we use the powerful link between transport and the growth of London, culture and society since 1800 to tell the story of London’s journey over the past 200 years. The Museum’s purpose is to ignite curiosity to shape the future.

As we embark on an ambitious capital campaign to reimagine London Transport Museum, we are seeking a proactive, relationship focused Corporate Fundraising Executive to help grow our corporate partnerships programme.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual looking to advance their career in fundraising. Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll help manage relationships with our existing corporate supporters, identify new partnership opportunities and support the delivery of a range of fundraising and engagement activities.

Working closely with the Corporate Partnerships Managers and Fundraising Events Manager, you will secure exciting auction items for our flagship fundraising event and support the growth of our Corporate Membership and Sponsorship programmes.

If you have a background in membership, sponsorship, stakeholder engagement or business development, this role offers the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across fundraising, events, relationship management and business development within one of London’s most iconic museums.

A confident communicator, you’ll bring initiative and flair and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Above all, you’ll be motivated by the Museum’s mission and excited by the opportunity to help secure support that will shape our future.

What you’ll be doing:

· Support the delivery of the Museum’s fundraising strategy, with a focus on corporate partnerships, sponsorship and membership.

· Help build and maintain a pipeline of corporate prospects aligned with the Museum’s mission and strategic priorities, undertaking research and due diligence.

· Develop compelling sponsorship proposals and partnership packages that deliver mutual value for the Museum and corporate partners.

· Act as a primary relationship manager for a portfolio of corporate partners, providing high‑quality stewardship and ensuring long‑term engagement and retention.

· Ensure all contractual benefits and obligations are delivered accurately, on time and to a high standard.

· Coordinate partnership activity across internal teams, including marketing, programming and events, to maximise partner value and visibility.

· Lead or support the delivery of partnership‑related events and activations, ensuring a professional partner experience.

· Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of partnership activity, income and communications within the CRM system.

· Produce high‑quality partnership communications, including proposals, reports, updates and newsletters.

· Monitor partnership performance and prepare clear reports that support renewals, growth and long‑term stewardship.

· Regularly review and update the content of the Museum’s website and digital supporters screen to ensure messaging is consistent with brand and strategic objectives.

· Provide administrative support for the Museum’s corporate partnerships, including minute-taking, maintaining financial records, compiling partnership data for evaluation, and responding to enquiries.
