Job Description:

You’ll lead RFF’s Instagram and TikTok presence, creating distinctive social-first content and building engaged digital communities around our work.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll spend time with young people, staff, partners and ambassadors across the UK and Ireland, spotting, capturing and creating content that brings the Foundation to life. While Instagram and TikTok will be at the heart of the role, you’ll also support RFF’s wider digital and communications activity as required — including creating and adapting content for platforms such as LinkedIn, X and YouTube, supporting email communications and press activity, and helping strengthen RFF’s media presence around key events and opportunities.

KEY DUTIES:

Social Content & Community

• Take day-to-day ownership of RFF’s Instagram and TikTok channels, growing active and engaged communities around our work.
• Develop a forward content plan while responding creatively to trends, conversations and opportunities in real time.
• Listen to our audiences, engage actively with our communities and use insight and performance to continually improve our content.

Content Creation & Production

• Proactively identify content opportunities across RFF’s work, partnerships and events, and plan, film, photograph, interview and edit high-quality social-first content across a range of formats.
• Create content specifically for digital platforms, particularly short-form video for Instagram Reels and TikTok, and maximise content captured by adapting it effectively across formats and channels.
• Use and advise on appropriate production equipment, software and tools, while maintaining an organised digital content and asset library for the Foundation.

Young People & Youth-led Content

• Build positive and appropriate relationships with young people, creating content with them rather than simply about them and representing their personalities, perspectives, interests and achievements authentically.
• Create opportunities for young people to contribute as creators, presenters, interviewers and storytellers and, over time, help identify and develop aspiring young content creators from across RFF.
• Ensure all content involving young people is created, captured, stored and used in line with RFF’s safeguarding, consent and data-protection requirements.

Partnerships, Ambassadors & Collaboration

• Work creatively with RFF’s corporate and industry partners, ambassadors and wider network to develop co-created content, campaigns and opportunities that benefit both RFF and its collaborators.

About the opportunity

We are now recruiting for a Programme Coordinator for our schools in London.

• The London Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. They manage the logistics and organisation of each school’s tutoring programme, working closely with the schools and pupils and managing the pool of volunteer tutors. They attend the weekly tutoring sessions at each school, as well as overseeing the quality of face to face and online tutoring, always working to deliver a great impact.
• The London Programme Coordinator supports the recruitment of volunteer tutors, manages the tutor sign up process, develops relationships with schools including their Senior Leadership Team and subject teachers, collects data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, and works with other internal teams on business development opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities

Work with the Programme Manager on business development, approaching new schools that might be interested in working with Action Tutoring.
• Proactively report to the Programme Manager on the details of Action Tutoring’s operations in their partner schools.

Lift Schools Apprenticeships is looking for an Apprenticeships Trainer to join our growing team, supporting learners undertaking our Teaching Assistant apprenticeship programmes. About the role

As an Apprenticeships Trainer, you will manage a caseload of apprentices and support them throughout their learning journey, from induction and initial planning through to assessment and preparation for End Point Assessment.

We are looking for someone who

About the service

This new community-based service will provide intensive support to children and young people aged 11–25 who are at risk of, involved in, or affected by serious youth violence.

Working closely with Police, NHS and safeguarding partners, the service will support young people who present at hospital with violence-related injuries, have been arrested or identified as being involved in serious youth violence, or who are vulnerable to exploitation, re-injury or further offending.

The service aims to intervene at critical moments, using trauma-informed approaches to improve safety, reduce risk and help young people access positive opportunities and support.

About this key role
As an A&E and Custody Mentor, you will provide intensive one-to-one mentoring and support to up to 40-50 children and young people annually who are affected by criminality, exploitation, gang involvement, or the justice system, improving their safety, wellbeing and life outcomes.

You will respond quickly to referrals, often following a hospital admission, arrest or safeguarding concern, using these critical moments as opportunities to begin meaningful engagement and support. You will build trusted relationships with children and young people and their families, helping them to increase their safety, develop resilience and make positive changes that reduce the risk of future harm.

You will also undertake in-reach work within hospital settings, including A&E departments, as well as community outreach across Birmingham and the wider West Midlands.

What we are looking for

• Experience of working with children and young people affected by exploitation, gang involvement, county lines, serious youth violence or related vulnerabilities.
• Experience building positive relationships with women and young girls and their families and supporting them to achieve positive outcomes.
• Experience of community-based outreach and engaging vulnerable young people in a range of settings.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and its application when working with high-risk young people.
• Knowledge of the issues facing this client group, such as gangs, knife crime, social exclusion and isolation, child criminal exploitation, adverse childhood experiences and trauma.
• Understanding of risk assessment and risk management processes.

The role

We're recruiting for a Programme Logistics Manager to join our Programme Operations team and help strengthen the systems that support Mary's Meals' school feeding programmes around the world.

Volunteer It Yourself (VIY), a UK-wide not-for-profit organisation linked to youth skills and employment, volunteering and construction, is looking for a passionate fundraising manager to drive our income streams and play a crucial role in helping to grow our income.

VIY combines volunteering and DIY by challenging young people aged 14-24 to learn trade and building skills, on the job, by helping to renovate and retrofit community buildings (e.g. youth clubs, community centres, sports clubs, and arts, music and cultural venues).

Importantly, the majority of young people we work with are outside of, or at risk of being outside of employment, education or training. Young people participating in VIY are mentored by professional tradespeople and gain vocational skills accreditations as well as access to further training, work placement and apprenticeship opportunities with local providers and employers beyond the project.

VIY launched in 2011 and now operates UK‑wide with £2.6 million annual income and 25 full time employees. To date, over 1,000 youth and community buildings across the UK have been renovated, involving 18,000 young people and 1,200 trade skills mentors. As the Fundraising Manager you will be responsible for identifying and securing new funding opportunities, developing existing opportunities and funding streams, writing and submitting funding applications and proposals and managing the ‘income’ pipeline.

We’re seeking someone ambitious who has proven experience in securing grant funding and bid writing preferably across multiple sectors/income streams, ideally including the public sector and local authorities and corporate CSR and sponsorship programmes. You will identify, cultivate, apply to and steward funders , securing both restricted and unrestricted income to support VIY’s vital work.
