The Ealing Safe Evolve team offers opportunities to develop practice in a culture of clinical excellence. The service delivers brief evidence-based individual and group interventions to address moderate wellbeing needs largely using CBT-based treatment, trauma informed and Mentalization approaches.
The Wellbeing Practitioner role will suit individuals with skills and experience of working directly in schools/community settings and who are passionate about delivering high quality evidence-based intervention on a time-limited basis to young people and their families.

What you’ll do
As a Wellbeing Practitioner you will work in partnership with schools, children and families to assess and respond to the psychological needs of children experiencing social, emotional, mental health or behavioural difficulties through undertaking assessments and providing interventions. You will also contribute to workshops, support to school staff in the identification of mental health needs of children and accessing appropriate resources; and actively contribute to outcome monitoring and service improvement. You will build relationships with peer/senior members of staff, service users, partners, other services, schools, commissioners, as well as other external agencies with families being the main point of contact. You will also deliver consultation, training, and workshop to non-mental health staff, such as teachers and social workers with other clinicians in the service.
What you’ll bring
You will hold a recognised qualification and experience of working therapeutically in a core profession of Clinical/Counselling Psychology, Family Therapy or other recognised background in child and adolescent mental health.
Essential skills and experience:
- Experience of working therapeutically, implementing interventions and using routine outcome measures in therapy with children and you people in community or school settings including Looked After Children and young people;
- Experience of working cross-culturally as well as thinking about cultural issues in relation to clinical practice;
- Experience of maintaining appropriate records and have good awareness of confidentiality and current childcare and safeguarding legislation, policy and practice;
- Ability to form good working relationships in a multi-disciplinary setting and work independently where necessary;
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively about complex issues both verbally and in writing with different stakeholders;
- Ability to manage own workload and prioritise conflicting deadlines;
- Commitment to engage with and use clinical supervision and line management supervision.

Key details
Hours: full-time (35 hours per week).
Salary: £31,200 per annum FTE, plus 6% contributory pension scheme.
Location: hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working); working onsite for at least 20% of working hours at Ealing Community sites (Greenford Service Centre, Oldfield Lane South, Greenford UB6 9LB) and occasionally at Anna Freud (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH). There will also be some remote working.
Contract type: fixed-term, 12 months (maternity cover).

Service Objectives
The objectives of Hertfordshire Mind Network’s (HMN) A&E Liaison Service are to:
- Improve the mental wellbeing of people experiencing mental health crisis in Hertfordshire.
- Increase timely access to help for people experiencing mental health crisis in Hertfordshire, by providing a clear and effective pathway to services provided by HMN and other third sector and statutory providers.
- Contribute to an improvement in individual mental wellbeing.
- Remain a source of independent support for all clients.
- Provide an alternative pathway to people in distress and crisis to support better outcomes and reduce the demand on statutory crisis services, emergency services and A&E departments.
About the Role:
The Mental Health A&E Link worker will work closely with individuals in a mental health crisis currently in A&E, by using a person-centred approach to ensure that everyone is supported with dignity and respect.
They will encourage and facilitate positive steps towards management of crisis and recovery; through providing emotional support, signposting and completing onward referrals into mental health support. They will work closely with A&E clinical staff, integrated discharge teams, Bounce Back, and mental health liaison teams, to proactively identify referrals into the crisis alternatives service to facilitate timely discharges from A&E.

Strategy & Planning

The role
We’re looking for a proactive Property Services Officer to support the delivery of safe, compliant homes, with a strong focus on Awaab’s Law, damp and mould, and HHSRS compliance.
You will coordinate repairs, compliance works and void property repairs and improvements, working closely with surveyors, contractors and housing colleagues to ensure works are delivered on time, to standard and in line with service level agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Support the management of damp and mould cases, tracking actions and timescales in line with Awaab’s Law and HHSRS
- Coordinate responsive repairs, compliance works and property repairs, ensuring completion targets and SLAs are met
- Liaise with contractors to ensure works are delivered efficiently and to the required standard
- Monitor progress, chase outstanding actions and escalate delays or quality concerns where needed

The Role
As a Community Development Worker you will play a key role in the organisation, building strong relationships with communities.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Deliver outreach including activities, information and support.
- Plan community groups with members, ensuring members have access to opportunities and promoting health and wellbeing.
- Support families with their own goals and help people organize together when facing a collective issue – aiming to improve health, homes, education and inclusion for members.
A team player you will communicate proactively with your team and line manager and work with members, staff and partners to build trusted relationships.
You will listen to and identify members issues and concerns, bringing a solution focused approach to the work. You facilitate asset-based community development approaches in galvanizing people, by working together on projects that bring improved health, wellbeing and social inclusion to the members in Bradford.

As Standards Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role within our Growth & Product Team, delivering the certification process to aspiring B Corps.
· Ensure that our standards programmes and products are informed by up-to-date standards knowledge and supported by excellent knowledge management.
· Serve as an expert on corporate sustainability and impact management policies/regulations and standards.

Purpose of the role:
Seasonal Worker Scheme (SWS) call handlers will be responsible for responding to a variety of forms of contact made through the SWS support line. You will work as part of a small but dynamic and friendly team responding to a variety of callers and contacts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering incoming calls and contacts, making callouts, sending emails, drafting referrals to external agencies, and maintaining accurate data. You will form part of a triage service that will signpost callers and contacts to identified third parties who can deal appropriately with their enquiry. You will ensure all actions and data are recorded accurately and promptly to aid relevant follow up and close out of issues. You will be person-centred and deal with a variety of worker issues, including dealing with workers who may be in situations of exploitation. SWS call handlers will report directly to the Worker Wellbeing Manager within our Business Services Team.

The Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (RCPCH) is seeking a confident and proactive Public Affairs and Media Officer to join our Media and Public Affairs team at an exciting time for child health policy and advocacy.
This is a varied and high-impact role at the heart of our influencing work. You will help shape and deliver campaigns that call on decision-makers to strengthen the child health workforce and services, tackle child health inequalities across the UK, and protect children’s rights. You will support the College’s public affairs, campaigning and media activity; ensuring paediatricians’ voices are heard where they matter most.
As Public Affairs and Media Officer, you will monitor political and media developments, identify opportunities to influence parliamentarians and stakeholders, and provide high-quality briefings and communications content to support our advocacy priorities. You will work collaboratively across the College, including with colleagues in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, to deliver coordinated, UK-wide influencing activity.
The role also includes supporting the day-to-day management of the RCPCH press office, drafting press materials, leading media monitoring, and contributing to social media and digital campaigning activity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of public affairs and influencing activity aligned to the College’s strategy
- Monitoring political and policy developments and identifying opportunities for engagement
- Preparing high-quality briefings for senior paediatricians and staff to support engagement with MPs, Peers and stakeholders
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners, coalitions and key stakeholders
- Producing compelling content for newsletters, website, social media and e-campaigning platforms
- Coordinating cross-team collaboration to deliver integrated influencing campaigns
- Leading daily media monitoring and supporting press office activity, including drafting press releases
- Contributing to social media planning and acting as a social media champion within the team
Essential skills and experience:
- Degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
- Experience in public affairs, stakeholder engagement and/or campaigning
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to tailor content for a range of audiences and channels
- Experience producing media and social media content
- Experience working collaboratively, including in coalitions or partnerships
- Strong project management and organisational skills
Desirable experience includes working in a press office, delivering social media campaigns, and formal project management training.

We are seeking a Head of Finance to oversee our (circa) £3m annual budget and to ensure that our finance operation is efficient and effective.
