The role of the Partnerships Manager is to take a leadership role within the fundraising team, ensuring that corporate fundraising returns materially contribute to the overall fundraising target for the organisation. The Partnerships Manager will:

• Lead on corporate fundraising, ensuring an operational delivery plan is in place that meets expected income targets for corporate fundraising.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Establish new relationships with potential corporate partners and help foster these relationships to encourage fundraised income through corporate donations, partnerships, and Charity of the Year initiatives.
• Deliver against annual corporate fundraising targets, driving consistent growth through strategic relationship management and impactful corporate engagement activities. Generate significant income from corporate partnerships, ensuring targets are achieved in the most effective, sustainable, and high-impact way.
• Work collaboratively with the broader Impact Team (Fundraising, Marketing and Communications) to help develop compelling fundraising materials and cases that promote increased corporate involvement and support for YMCA Fairthorne Group activities.
• Ensure appropriate systems and processes are in place to govern and manage fundraised income across all key internal stakeholders.
• Support, where required, the delivery of capital and revenue fundraising campaigns as required through providing specialist knowledge and insight.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3+ years relevant experience in corporate fundraising with demonstrable success in positively transforming fundraising performance.
• Experience in delivering innovative operational developments, with demonstrable experience in bringing fundraising strategy to life.
• Strong ability to form and nurture relationships with a range of internal and external key stakeholders.
• Good level of IT proficiency.
• Strong communicator who takes a collaborative approach.
• Ability to effectively lead a small team of individual contributors.
• An understanding of safeguarding principles and procedures, or willingness to learn (training will be provided)

You may already have experience securing five or six-figure partnerships, sponsorships or commercial agreements, or you may bring transferable experience from a high-value sales or relationship management role. Either way, you’ll be confident working through the full sales cycle, from prospecting and engagement to pitching, negotiation and onboarding. 

You will have:

• A strong track record of achieving financial targets through partnerships, sponsorships, commercial agreements or transferable sales activity. 
• Experience developing and selling partnership, sponsorship or fundraising packages, ideally including five or six-figure opportunities.

We are a local, independent charity based on the Wirral, supporting people living with dementia, their carers, and former carers by providing community-based activities and day trips. About the role
As our Fundraiser, you will help us develop and deliver a practical fundraising plan to support the charity’s continued growth. As the Community and Events Fundraising Officer, you will play a key part in ending youth homelessness in Scotland by inspiring people to support Rock Trust.

You will deliver exceptional supporter care and create meaningful experiences for everyone fundraising for us. Role Summary

Account Management & Stewardship

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partners and selected trusts and foundations, delivering excellent relationship management, stewardship and reporting.

The importance of your role: 

Individual giving and corporate support are vital to the delivery of RZSS's ambitious strategy and the Fundraising Manager is a senior role. Working with the Head of Fundraising and colleagues across RZSS, the post-holder will manage a small team to deliver inspiring multi-channel campaigns for individual giving, legacies and patrons as well as expanding a new major donor programme. The postholder will also manage the corporate partners programme and support the expansion of corporate sponsorship opportunities. 

This hugely varied role will include responsibility for developing our donor journey, managing relationships with major donors, leading events and donor visits whilst ensuring all supporters receive excellent stewardship. The fundraising team are based in Edinburgh Zoo (albeit this role can be offered as a hybrid position). This is a permanent full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. 

Some of the things you’ll do: 

• Contribute to and support the implementation and delivery of the fundraising strategy and annual fundraising plans to meet agreed engagement targets
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Fundraising team, implementing innovative strategy and business plans, identifying opportunities, setting, and monitoring targets/budgets to maximise income from funders.
• Manage all aspects of the Fundraising team’s work on donation campaigns, legacy marketing and Patron’s programme. This includes developing the donor journey and working across RZSS teams on all aspects of marketing and implementing multi-channel fundraising campaigns.
• Take the lead on developing a new major donor programme, building on existing relationships, developing cultivation events, visits and meetings as well as writing proposals.

 What we’re looking for:

• CIOF fundraising qualifications or equivalent experience

• Knowledge of donor cultivation and stewardship principles 

• Good understanding of the external fundraising environment in Scotland 

• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships, communicating confidently with Leadership teams and other departments to deliver high-level cultivation and stewardship activity with a range of internal and external stakeholders

Our client is a Surrey-based charity supporting survivors of domestic abuse through refuge accommodation, advocacy and specialist support services. They help women and children rebuild their lives and move towards a future free from abuse. They are now looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager to play a key role in securing the income needed to sustain and grow their impact.

Reporting to the CEO, the Fundraising Manager will lead and develop fundraising across the organisation. While trusts and foundations fundraising will be a key focus, the role also offers the opportunity to grow income from corporates, community fundraising, individual giving and other sources. You'll build relationships with supporters and funders, develop compelling funding applications and propositions, line manage the Community Fundraiser, and help shape the future direction of fundraising at the organisation.

This role will suit a proactive and relationship-focused fundraiser with a strong track record of securing trust and foundation funding. You will be an excellent communicator, confident building relationships with a range of stakeholders, and comfortable working both strategically and hands-on. Broader fundraising experience across areas such as corporate partnerships, major donors, community fundraising or events would be an advantage, alongside a genuine passion for supporting survivors of domestic abuse.

About the role 

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead our corporate partnerships and drive the income that powers our work. This role is hands on, managing all elements of the partnership and income process, ensuring the charity builds on our existing income and works with senior leadership to develop new opporutnities.

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, tenacious new business fundraiser to join our team and win new high-value corporate partnerships that support our housing delivery strategy, the delivery and growth of our Skylight services, and national policy and campaigning work.

As our Senior National New Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, cultivating and winning six and seven figure new corporate partnerships across priority sectors. This is a role for a senior new business specialist who thrives on building strong relationships externally and winning big.

You’ll build and convert relationships with major corporate prospects and create compelling commercial, and strategic high-value propositions that are tailored to your prospects’ priorities and strategies. You’ll identify opportunities from high-profile COTY partnerships to strategic collaborations, that unlock value for both corporate partners and Crisis.

This role will work closely with colleagues across Crisis to identify innovative new partnership opportunities, develop and drive forward your sector strategies, influence senior stakeholders, and bring ambitious opportunities to life.

You will be part of a go-getting partnerships team and brand, marketing and fundraising department with ambitious income growth plans. This exciting role is vital to helping us achieve our ambitions.

About you

• An experienced high-value corporate new business fundraiser and relationship builder.
• We’re looking for someone who is a competitive and a self-starter, who can navigate and influence a complex organisation, distil information and package up new high-value propositions at pace.
• Specialist in building and cultivating multiple corporate prospects (from cold) through your pipeline, including COTYs, corporate foundations, strategic partnerships and cause-related marketing.
• Experienced at identifying, pitching and successfully securing six and seven figure corporate partnerships
• Someone who loves building external relationships, always seeking out new opportunities and building networks.
• Strong communication skills, an ability to influence upwards internally and externally, and ability to write succinct, commercially compelling applications, proposals, pitches and vote strategies.
• Commercially savvy, we’re looking for someone who understands their priority sectors and can adapt industry priorities, motivations and funding trends into corporate new business opportunities for Crisis.
• Someone who has experience spotting the partnership opportunities that others may miss and is proactive and solutions-focussed enabling them to turn opportunities into proposals that can be converted into sector-leading partnerships.
