Purpose of the Job
Responsible for delivery of frontline customer support to FareShare’s charity network and FSGo food partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
Through the leadership of the Customer Support Team, you deliver excellent frontline service to FareShare’s network of charities and retail partners. Provide timely, professional and effective resolution of complex and sensitive issues, while maintaining accurate reporting and case management standards, collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, exceeding customer satisfaction and supporting the delivery of the charity vision and ambition.

About the Role
These roles are based in Cumberland North (Carlisle), Cumberland West (Workington) and Westmorland & Furness (Barrow). There is a requirements to travel to meet clients & work across areas as required, with a combination of home and office working.
As a Children and Young People IDVA (CHIDVA), you will play a vital role in providing high quality, end-to-end support to children and young people who have experienced domestic abuse across Cumberland. You will act as the single point of contact for young victims throughout their recovery process, delivering support and interventions in a group setting or one-to-one basis.
You will need: -
You will have a thorough understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on child victim/survivors.
You will understand safety and risk and how it relates to children and have strong communication skills and the confidence and ability to present and educate service users and agency partners on the realities and impacts of domestic abuse in a variety of settings. An ability to work independently and prioritise a busy workload is essential.
You will have the skills to provide effective crisis intervention, carry out risk assessments, safety planning, assessment of needs and individual support planning. You should have demonstrable experience of working in a similar setting or position.
To be successful in this role you should have good IT skills & thorough safe guarding awareness.
This role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement. The Role
This is a pivotal role within our fundraising team. You will be the person who makes sure our systems work, our income is correctly recorded and reconciled, and our data is handled with care and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
CRM & Data Management
- Own and manage HorseWorld’s CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and usability
- Act as system administrator and lead on any future development or upgrades

Data Protection & Compliance

About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in helping Crisis secure the income needed to end homelessness. Working across a portfolio of new and existing grant funders, the postholder will build strong, strategic relationships that lead to five and six figure gifts and long-term support. We receive 1.6 million items donated to our home stores and 9.8 million bags of donated items and we will continue to build upon our reuse agenda in the years to come.
