Digital Marketing Officer (Paid Media) FTC
As part of our Digital Engagement Team, the Digital Marketing Officer will be a digital advocate promoting, enabling, and supporting the ambitions of the charity and its departments. The officer will help drive the continued growth of the charity’s fundraising, engagement, and brand awareness via digital channels, helping to drive charity income. The officer will work with the Digital Marketing Manager and colleagues across the team to support in the planning, deployment, and analysis of a variety of digital paid-for campaigns.
The post will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and work closely with the rest of the digital team, as well as colleagues in the Brand team and wider departments. The Digital Marketing Officer will provide support across the organisation, helping to plan, consult and advise on the creation of new digital campaigns across our PPC and paid social channels, reporting on their progress against target.
This role will have a focus on executing paid-for campaigns across our social and search channels as well as providing feedback relating to strategy, development and implementation.
This role is a 12 month FTC.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan, develop and implement PPC and Paid Social campaigns for departments across the organisation with a wide variety of goals and objectives.
· Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across a variety of channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads and more.
· Consult across the charity on best-practice use of paid-for digital engagement.
· Analyse and report on key campaign metrics and KPIs, providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
· Provide input into the requirements for campaign reporting dashboards, ensuring budget holders understand the impact of their investment and how campaigns can be further optimised.
· Work with external agencies as appropriate when campaigns are outsourced, advising, and learning from these relationships.
· Oversee other analytics monitoring and reporting as appropriate.
· Identifying key target audiences for each campaign across the marketing funnel to ensure we are engaging people with the right messaging.
· Maintain relevant files and documents, including accurate recording of supporter data.
· Ensure all activities comply with Alzheimer’s Research UK’s communications and branding guidelines.
· Undertake any other relevant duties and projects delegated by the Digital Marketing Manager in line with the responsibilities of the post.
· Tracking work in the Campaign Management system and reporting back on capacity level.
· Maintaining PPC and paid social calendars alongside key stakeholders to document campaign activity.
Knowledge, skills and experience needed:
· Relevant experience in a previous role.
· Experience of planning and deploying PPC and paid social media campaigns
· Experience of Google Ads and Meta Ads
· Experience of insight reporting and key metric tracking
· Extensive understanding of social media platforms, insight software and campaign management
· Excellent organisational skills; the ability to manage a large number of tasks to multiple deadlines
· A confident, friendly and collaborative manner

As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

We are looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), to provide high-quality, confidential, and proactive executive support. You will be responsible for comprehensive diary and inbox management, coordination of meetings and travel, management of expenses, gatekeeping the CEO’s time, and ensuring the CEO is well-prepared through briefing and action tracking.
As PA to the CEO, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff, Briefing Hub Officer, and other relevant colleagues, to ensure the CEO’s meetings are appropriately supported with papers and briefings. About the role
Executive, diary & inbox management:
- Provide proactive and complex diary management for the CEO, ensuring effective prioritisation and forward planning.
- Manage the CEO’s inbox, including monitoring correspondence, prioritising and responding where appropriate, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Screen, triage, and manage incoming enquiries on behalf of the CEO, exercising sound judgement and discretion.
- Draft, prepare, and manage correspondence and documentation as required.
- Maintain accurate and well-organised electronic filing systems for the CEO’s office.
Gatekeeping, briefings & action tracking:
- Act as a gatekeeper to the CEO, balancing access, prioritising meetings, and advising on scheduling trade-offs.
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff, Briefing Hub Officer and colleagues to ensure meetings are appropriately briefed and supported.
- Track key actions arising from meetings attended by the CEO, ensuring follow-up occurs and deadlines are met, without owning delivery.
- Maintain awareness of protocol, managing sensitive communications and stakeholder interactions with discretion.
Meetings, travel & expenses:
- Arrange all travel and accommodation for the CEO, including itineraries and briefing packs.
- Coordinate virtual, hybrid, and in-person meetings, including booking rooms, managing technology (Microsoft Teams), and arranging catering.
- Prepare, submit, and track the CEO’s expenses in line with Academy policies, liaising with the Finance team as required.
Governance & corporate support:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO in relation to governance activity, including meetings involving the Academy’s Council Members, President, and Honorary Officers, as required.
- Liaise with PAs and administrative colleagues supporting the President to coordinate diaries, particularly where joint meetings or shared commitments arise.
- Support the coordination of CEO-related papers, briefings, and follow-up actions arising from senior meetings.
Corporate events & internal coordination:
- Support the planning and delivery of corporate events attended or hosted by the CEO. This could include the Annual General Meeting (AGM), New Fellows’ Admissions Day, named lectures, and other ad hoc events.
- Assist with coordination of all-staff meetings, senior leadership meetings, and cross-Academy activity involving the CEO.
- Provide diary and administrative support for ad hoc cross-Academy projects requiring CEO involvement.
Systems & information management:
- Maintain and update records within the Academy’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database (Salesforce), finance software (Iplicit) and other digital systems, as required.
- Support updates to internal systems and website content related to CEO or corporate activity, where appropriate.

The organisation is now seeking to build a more strategic trusts programme focused on stronger stewardship, deeper funder relationships, larger grants and long-term partnerships. The Senior Trusts Fundraiser will lead this work, partnering closely with the Director to shape and deliver the next phase of trusts fundraising at Calibre Audio. This is a role with genuine scope to influence strategy, develop new opportunities and make a visible contribution to organisational growth. It would suit an ambitious trusts fundraiser who enjoys relationship building as much as writing applications and is motivated by the opportunity to help build something.
As Senior Trusts Fundraiser, you will:
- Develop and implement a strategic trusts and foundations fundraising programme aligned with organisational priorities
- Identify, research and cultivate new funding opportunities, with a focus on larger and multi-year grants

Your role
The Gaming Partnerships Executive will work closely with the Gaming Lead to grow the team’s income sustainably by focusing primarily on business development and managing a portfolio of gaming relationships. You will seek out and build new relationships with developers, games publishers, platforms and gaming communities to contribute to the pipeline of new gaming partnerships and opportunities for War Child. You will also manage a portfolio of gaming relationships that will be called on to join our campaigns and activations throughout the year. Your responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of gaming sector relationships, developing long-term engagement plans and identifying opportunities in support of our campaigns to increase strategic and income value..
- Support the delivery of our strategic partnership with Jingle Jam, as directed by the Gaming Partnerships Manager.
- With the Gaming Lead, build a pipeline of prospective gaming partners inclusive of developers, publishers, creators, platforms and the wider gaming community to support the sustainable growth of the Gaming Team.

About the role
As Corporate Fundraising Manager, you'll lead the development and growth of NorthCare's corporate income stream, creating meaningful partnerships with businesses and organisations that share their commitment to improving healthcare across Greater Manchester. The UK Field Operations Manager will be responsible for managing our operations in London, working as part of the UK Field Operations Team to support large teams of grassroots volunteers to provide essential support to people seeking safety.

This is a new opportunity to develop the role of Fundraising and Partnerships Manager to lead the identification, development and submission of new funding proposals, and to lead on relationship management with new and potential investors. This Senior Philanthropy Manager (Trusts & Foundations) role will be responsible for securing and stewarding significant philanthropic gifts working in partnership with senior stakeholders of the University. They will use their fundraising experience and communication skills to secure philanthropic gifts at the £50k to £5mil level from Trusts & Foundations (T&Fs), working in partnership with senior stakeholders on their fundraising efforts, and championing the work and priorities of King’s College London.
The postholder will help to enable the University to deliver world-leading research, education, and societal impact, translating complex academic priorities into compelling funding opportunities for T&Fs in the UK and internationally. They will be part of a team playing a crucial role in the delivery of the University’s ambition to significantly scale philanthropy income, as we prepare to launch our next major fundraising campaign in 2027 and mark the university’s bicentenary in 2029.
The successful candidate will lead on cultivating and stewarding a portfolio of high value T&F prospects and donors, developing long term, strategic relationships that result in philanthropic gifts. Working in close partnership with senior academic and clinical leaders, you will shape and articulate funding propositions that resonate with philanthropic partners and align with King’s institutional and campaign priorities.

Key Responsibilities
