Role purpose:
To drive the growth of income from businesses, local authorities and public sector funders by identifying, developing and securing strategic partnerships. The role will build high-value relationships, generate new funding opportunities, and lead the development of compelling proposals, working closely with colleagues across Earthwatch to convert opportunities into longterm partnerships and sustainable income. Our sector-leading training programmes are delivered to universities, schools, local authorities, healthcare providers, police services, charities and corporate organisations. These programmes equip professionals and young people with the knowledge and confidence to prevent sexual violence and respond safely to disclosures.

Interview Process
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview, conducted via MS Teams.
Stage one: MS Teams with the Training & Prevention Manager, Director of Fundraising & Communications and one other panel member.
The whole process from advertisement to appointment, may take up to 3 -4 weeks.
Post holder will be required to undertake Basic DBS.
The role will initially be open for one month (until filled). However, due to the urgent need for support, applications will be reviewed and interviews arranged on a rolling basis, so early applications are encouraged.
