Code Your Future trains dedicated people in poverty to change their lives by getting good jobs in the software industry. We have helped hundreds of people get jobs so far, including at companies like Google, Slack, HashiCorp, Thoughtworks, and Capgemini. All of our education is free, and we cover expenses like childcare and transportation to support people in need.

We teach part-time courses using a flipped classroom style, assigning our trainees material to learn and exercises and projects to work on. We meet in person once a week on Saturdays, and host mentoring sessions during the week, to help people with their learning. Our teaching and mentoring is primarily delivered by volunteers with a diverse set of backgrounds and skills, and our curriculum is all open source.

We sell corporate packages to companies to reach hiring and sponsorship agreements. We can create a custom training track to adjust to companies’ technical requirements.

Position Overview The People & Operations Lead manages the day-to-day execution of internal operations, driving efficiency through automated workflows across HR, finance, and community safeguarding.

Your Responsibilities

• HR Operations: Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding), leave, and training management. Ensure compliance with the Equality Act, managing access requirements and reasonable adjustments across the organisation.

• Financial Administration: oversee regular financial approvals, weekly expense processing, and support the annual audit.

• Safeguarding: act as Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL). Maintain safeguarding policies and ensure training is understood across our community.

• Systems & Automation: modernise internal tools and grant administration workflows to reduce manual admin tasks, whilst maintaining operational data integrityand managing secure user access across internal databases (HR, grant tracking, and community records).

Your Background

• Hands-on experience in operational HR, DSL safeguarding, and core financial processes, with a passion for designing clear, efficient workflows.

Job Title: Community Engagment Lead

The successful candidate will lead on mapping services in the Borough; forming partnerships with statutory and voluntary agencies based on identified needs of the service to enhance and extend multi-disciplinary knowledge available at and through the Gaia Centre.

The post holder will be responsible for managing relationships with partner agencies and coordinating co-locations within the Gaia service as well as negotiating for staff from the service to co-locate with partner agencies.

You will build capacity for a community response to meet the needs of survivors of VAWG by drawing on the expertise of other specialist and by-and-for service providers, such as those working with LGBTQ+ victim/survivors, disabled victim/survivors or victim/survivors of so-called ‘honor’-based violence in order to provide a wraparound support as part of a broader service offer.

The post holder will also support a team of the Peer Support Mentors and volunteers who will be leading on some practical aspects of individual and group support for survivors accessing the Gaia Centre.

The successful candidate will be skilled at working with a diverse range of audiences and will be adept at creating and developing new partnerships and pathways that contribute towards coordinated community response and improve the lives of survivors of domestic abuse and gender-based violence.

The Royal School of Needlework (RSN) is the International Centre of Excellence for the Art of Hand Embroidery. Based at the historic Hampton Court Palace, we have been dedicated to preserving and innovating in the art of hand embroidery since 1872. Summary of position

The Royal School of Needlework (RSN) is seeking a highly motivated and organised Fundraising Officer to join our team and provide administrative support for our fundraising activities. In this role you will provide line management and support to community-based staff who support survivors of domestic abuse across Derby City.  This will include providing supervision on complex casework, overseeing operational emergencies and ensuring high standards of casework.

The Deputy service manager willjoin our management team toassist the service manager in the delivery and development of high-quality support to survivors accessing our community-based services in Derby City. In this role you will ensure the smoothrunning of high-quality service to support survivors of domestic abuse. The Senior Fundraising Manager will play a key strategic role in supporting the mission and ministry of St Edmundsbury Cathedral by developing and delivering a diverse range of fundraising activities, with a particular focus on Trusts and Foundations, major funding opportunities, donor stewardship and the growth of sustainable income.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, the role will identify and develop new funding opportunities, build strong relationships with Trusts and Foundations, and lead the preparation and submission of high-quality funding applications and reports. Legacy and Appeals

Major Fundraising Initiatives and Events

We're looking for a resilient and proactive Women's Recovery Practitioner to lead Hope and Visions first women’s community in Gloucester.

We have found our first home, and aim to be open by October.

As well as supporting our first residents, you will play a key role in helping us to open more homes.

No two days will be the same. One day you might be supporting a woman with child contact arrangements, the next helping a woman prepare for employment, or arranging repairs to one of our homes.
