Leading a team of three, you will set clear strategic direction, build a strong prospect pipeline, and drive sustainable income growth. You’ll also strengthen and expand existing partnerships, maximise cross-selling opportunities, and collaborate across the organisation to develop values-aligned partnerships that generate both income and brand value.

We’re looking for a confident, strategic partnership professional with a proven track record of identifying, securing and managing corporate partnerships of varying scale. You’ll bring excellent communication and presentation skills, commercial insight, and a proactive, collaborative approach. Passionate about impact, you’ll play a key role within our fundraising, brand and communications team helping to build a high-performing culture and deliver against ambitious financial targets while advancing our mission to put first aid at the heart of every community.

About You 

You’re a strategic and commercially minded partnership professional with a proven track record of securing and growing high-value corporate partnerships. You know how to turn insight into compelling propositions and win new business that drives sustainable income growth.

You bring experience of leading or supporting teams to perform at their best, creating a culture of ambition, accountability and collaboration. Confident managing budgets and income targets, you use data and insight to inform decisions and maximise performance.

An excellent communicator and relationship builder, you’re comfortable influencing and pitching to senior stakeholders and negotiating win–win partnerships. Highly organised and self-motivated, you manage competing priorities effectively and understand fundraising best practice and regulatory requirements.

You lead with compassion and emotional intelligence, are open to feedback, and role model a values-driven approach aligned with our HEART values.

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience working within the charity sector
• Experience engaging senior leaders such as Directors, Trustees or CEOs
• A degree/L7 qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Up-to-date knowledge of corporate partnership and social impact trends

About the Role 

• Provide strong, values-led leadership to build a high-performing Corporate Partnerships team, fostering collaboration, inclusivity, ambition and excellence.
• Set clear objectives, KPIs and development plans; support, motivate and hold the team accountable to deliver annual income targets.
• Develop and deliver an ambitious corporate partnerships strategy focused on securing high-value new business while retaining and growing existing partnerships.
• Build and oversee a well-researched, strategically aligned prospect pipeline to drive sustainable income growth.
• Lead the creation of compelling, creative and commercially driven partnership propositions, proposals and pitches.
• Collaborate across fundraising, brand, communications, operations, finance and regional teams to maximise partnership opportunities and ensure integrated delivery.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, income monitoring and performance reporting, using insight to inform strategy and manage risk.
• Ensure strong governance and compliance, including due diligence, accurate CRM data management, regulatory adherence and high-quality impact and financial reporting to funders and senior stakeholders.

As News and Media Manager, you will lead a hard-working and experienced team of media experts to bring to life Crisis’ work, using print, digital and broadcast journalism to advocate for the solutions needed to tackle homelessness and inspire the public, businesses and politicians to join our mission to end homelessness for good. You will oversee the development and delivery of high-profile media and communications campaigns, including our annual Christmas appeal, and help to build our brand.

With homelessness at record levels there has never been a more critical time to join Crisis and ensure tackling homelessness is firmly on the news agenda.
About you

You will have significant experience of working in a challenging, fast-paced news and media environment to secure high-profile coverage. You will also have experience of leading and managing individuals or teams and motivating people to achieve objectives and overcome setbacks. The ability to navigate competing priorities and influence senior internal and external stakeholders is essential.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge and experience of working with the media to help secure policy change at a national government level, demonstrate ability to secure high profile consumer media to support income generation and have proven experience when it comes to handling reputational risk. You will also have exceptional news sense, with the ability to take a creative approach when seeking out new media opportunities.

About the role

The Director of Young People, Volunteer & Business Support is a full-time employee of Marine Society & Sea Cadets (MSSC) and reports to the Chief Executive Officer. The post holder is a member of the MSSC Senior Management Team. The post is based at the National Support Centre in London but will require some travel, mostly within the UK, in order to fulfil the responsibilities of the role. The nature of the role will also involve occasional evening and weekend work.

About the role

We are excited to be recruiting a Technical Project Manager to join our Technology directorate on a 12-month fixed term maternity cover contract.

As part of the Business Systems Improvement team, this role will lead the technical delivery of key transformation initiatives across WWF-UK. You will play a central role in delivering our Digital Experience programme, including consolidating websites and replacing our content management system, ensuring we have a modern, effective and user-centred digital ecosystem.

Alongside this, you will project manage the implementation of other system improvement projects, delivering solutions that support our Conservation, Finance and Fundraising teams to work more efficiently and effectively.

This role requires strong technical project management capability across the full lifecycle, from supplier onboarding and planning through to go-live, embedding and post-implementation support. You will work closely with delivery partners, internal stakeholders and governance forums to ensure projects are delivered to scope, budget and timeline.

You will be confident operating within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and experienced in using tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project or Asana to manage plans, risks and deliverables. You will also understand that successful delivery is not only about systems, but about people, adoption and sustainable change.

Skills and experience

You’ll bring the skills and experience needed to succeed in this role, including:

Essential

· Recognised project management certification or equivalent experience

· Proven experience successfully delivering digital system implementations such as CMS, DXP, website consolidation, content migration or related platforms

· Experience managing full project lifecycles, from supplier onboarding and planning through to go-live and embedding

· Strong experience managing budgets, timelines, risks and issues within programme and project environments

· Experience working with a range of project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
