The role
The Data, Insight and Impact Lead will help us understand, demonstrate and increase the difference we make. Drive is an innovative national project that aims to improve the lives and safety of victims and children, by holding high-risk perpetrators to account. The project combines case management of perpetrators with a co-ordinated multi-agency response.
The Drive Partnership, formed by Respect, SafeLives and Social Finance, is working to transform the national response to perpetrators of domestic abuse. They work to end domestic abuse and protect victims by disrupting, challenging, and changing the behaviour of those who are causing harm. Together they have developed the Drive Project to address a gap in work with high-harm, high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. They also work to advocate for systems and policy change- to develop sustainable, national systems that respond more effectively to all perpetrators of domestic abuse.

About the role
This role is based at Kendal Police Station, West Morland & Furness, Cumbria, and involves regular travel. Due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement. You will be passionate and committed to working within a multi-disciplinary team and will have a demonstrable track record of working with complex need service users. This may be within the field of domestic abuse, and/or mental health, substance misuse and offending.
We are seeking experienced professionals from domestic abuse, offender rehabilitation, or mental health backgrounds who bring strong case management expertise and a passion for behaviour change. This role involves delivering one-to-one psychosocial interventions with high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse, aiming to reduce long-term risk to current and future victims/survivors, and children.

About the Role
As an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate you will provide pro-active, high quality, frontline service to victims of domestic abuse through on-going risk assessment, providing individual safety planning, trauma-informed support, guidance, information, and advocacy and enabling victim/survivors to access the services they need in the aftermath of the abuse and trauma they have experienced.
You may work within a Hospital Trust's Safeguarding Team to support both patients and staff in an Acute Hospital setting, who have experienced Domestic Abuse. You will make initial contact with victims of domestic abuse, explaining our services and assessing the impact of crime, or receive referrals from colleagues, in order to provide on-going support and case management.

About the role
As Fundraising Manager - Trusts & Foundations, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our fundraising strategy. You will work closely with the Fundraising Manager - Philanthropy and Partnerships and the Chief Executive Officer to grow and diversify Action for Conservation’s income, taking responsibility for our trusts and foundations revenue stream. You will be the driving force behind our grant applications and reports, producing compelling fundraising content that drives donor engagement and maximises income opportunities. We are looking for a driven and passionate individual with a track record of securing one-off and/or multi-year five- to six-figure grants, who is comfortable managing multiple prospects, deadlines and priorities. To succeed in this role, you will be a skilled and persuasive written communicator with a keen eye for detail, excellent organisation and time-management skills and a positive, flexible and highly proactive approach to your work.

- Contribute to the development of our fundraising strategy and annual fundraising plans in line with delivery targets, strategic goals and funding needs; monitor and report on fundraising performance.

The Finance Manager is responsible for the overall management and delivery of the finance function for CPA UK. You’ll be providing energy advice on our advice line and through a range of related projects, supporting low income and vulnerable households with billing queries, applications for grants and referrals to contractors for insulation and heating improvements. There may also be the opportunity to staff events and give advice to clients in person.
As part of the role you’ll complete our HES Training Programme, including a City & Guilds qualification in Energy Awareness. Successful completion of your probationary period will lead to a change of role to Energy Advisor for the remainder of the contract.
Specific responsibilities
An applicant appointed to the role will be expected to:
- Work on the advice line and other telephone advice projects, making and receiving calls from people who may need help with energy-related issues.
- Record client details accurately and use your own knowledge to assess the help and support needed.
- Refer clients to other support organisations in their area as appropriate.
- Identify energy improvements that can be made to clients’ properties and refer them to installers who can carry out the work.
- Help vulnerable clients make applications for grants and switch energy tariffs where appropriate.
- Listen attentively to callers, some of whom may be angry or in distress, and respond to their needs in an empathetic way.
- Follow advice line processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records on our client database, including handling sensitive data appropriately and in compliance with GDPR guidance.

About the role
- 3 days (24 hours) per week (flexible working encouraged, hours spread across several days per week preferred)

This is a crucial role to support our Advice Services team. They are the gatekeepers of our work, being the first point of contact for our clients, most of whom will be struggling and may be both emotionally and physically vulnerable. The Events and Community Fundraising Assistant will work within the Events and Community team, that sits within the wider Fundraising department.
We are looking for someone with strong time management, multi-tasking skills and importantly, a curious mind that would like to develop their skills in relationship and events and community fundraising.

Working hours and contract: This is a permanent full-time role (35 hours per week). We will consider part-time and flexible arrangements.
Salary: £25,711 - £26,500 (depending on experience)
Location: Central London with some remote working. A minimum of two days required in the office (50 Leman Street, London, E1 8HQ) and external meetings and events as required.

Role Responsibilities
· Steward and support fundraisers participating in challenge events and community activities, delivering excellent supporter care and ensuring a positive fundraising experience.
· Manage relationships with community fundraisers, including schools, local groups, Rotary Clubs, organisations and individuals, providing guidance and encouragement to maximise fundraising success.
· Coordinate and deliver community fundraising collections and awareness activities, including supermarket token schemes, train or tube station collections, and other one-day fundraising events.
· Organise volunteer coordination, cheerpoints and event-day logistics for flagship third-party events such as the London Marathon.
· Liaise with third-party event providers, ensuring timely participant registration on supplier consoles and accurate administration.
· Research, identify and engage schools, community organisations and local groups to generate new fundraising opportunities, building relationships through proactive outreach and stewardship.
· Manage the Events Inbox, responding to enquiries promptly and coordinating communications with supporters and event partners.
· Prepare and distribute fundraising materials to community groups and event participants in an efficient and timely manner.
· Work with suppliers to order new fundraising materials. Be responsible for managing and replenishing fundraising merchandise and stock.
· Source prizes and Gifts In Kind for community and challenge events.
· Represent the charity at fundraising events and activities as required.
Other
· Use a CRM database to effectively administer and manage event and community enquiries, activities and supporter communications.
· Answer inbound calls as part of the Head Office call team, and respond to or triage enquiries to be resolved in a timely manner.
· Work collaboratively across the charity to promote cross-selling and encourage supporters to get involved in other campaigns and initiatives.
· Become fully conversant with the aims and objectives of the organisation
· Keep up to date with developments and best practice within the fundraising sector, particularly in events and community fundraising.
