We work at the intersect of suicide prevention, online safety, and tech accountability to demand a safer online world and move beyond the preventable harm. Working closely with the Head of Partnerships and Fundraising, we’re looking for a Trusts and Foundations Manager to join our small team at a critical growth point to build and deliver a Trusts Fundraising Strategy (currently projected to generate c.£600K in 2027) laying the groundwork for long term, sustainable income generation as part of our wider Fundraising Strategy.
This is a new role for someone with substantial experience working in Trusts Fundraising, as well as strong project development skills, who can take our fledgling portfolio of funders and transform it into a pool of engaged supporters invested in MRF’s work in the long-term. You will have a demonstrable track record of securing five-six figure sums, the ability to create propositions in collaboration with programmatic colleagues, and the confidence to present compelling cases for support to a range of philanthropic organisations. You will also have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, a keen eye for connecting philanthropic organisations to the right projects to develop meaningful relationships, and the skills to deliver high-quality, detailed bids to further our strategic objectives.

About the role:
The Fleet Administrator will form a vital part of the Finance and Operations Team supporting the Operations Manager in the management of the Rainbow Trust fleet. Rainbow Trust operates a fleet of approximately seventy vehicles situated across our nine regional teams. It is vitally important that our Family Support Workers have a reliable vehicle for attending family visits and transporting families to hospital. In addition, the Fleet Administrator will be required to assist the Operations Manager with ad-hoc tasks/projects according to the workload.
Full training will be provided and previous experience of managing a fleet is not required, although is desirable. A good level of maths, excellent communication, planning and Microsoft Excel skills are required to be successful in this role.

Finance Director

We are seeking an experienced, qualified finance professional to join our Senior Leadership Team as Finance Director . This is a strategic role that combines financial leadership with oversight of IT, systems, data infrastructure and organisational resilience.
Working closely with the CEO, Head of Business Development and Finance Manager, you will help ensure Advonet remains financially sustainable, well-managed and prepared for the future. Alongside responsibility for financial planning, governance, risk management, audit and Board reporting, you will lead work to strengthen our digital infrastructure, cyber resilience, data protection arrangements and organisational systems.
This role will suit someone who enjoys operating at a strategic level, bringing clear judgement, constructive challenge and practical leadership. We are particularly interested in hearing from qualified accountants who have experience of supporting organisational change, overseeing systems and infrastructure, and working with senior leaders and trustees.

Sightsavers is seeking a Financial Controller to provide senior leadership across our global finance function, ensuring robust financial governance, effective controls and high-quality financial management across a complex international organisation.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead the Global Finance Team and oversee key areas including business finance, subsidiaries finance, treasury, statutory accounting, audit, finance systems and continuous improvement. You will play an important role in ensuring that our finance function is well controlled, responsive, efficient and able to support colleagues across our global programmes and operations.
This is an opportunity for an experienced finance leader who can combine technical expertise with inclusive and confident people leadership. You will be able to develop high-performing teams, review and improve ways of working, support change and make balanced decisions that strengthen finance capability and service delivery.
You will bring a recognised professional accounting qualification, senior financial management experience, strong knowledge of financial controls and statutory accounting, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholders and non-finance colleagues. Experience of working in a charity, INGO, donor-funded or complex international environment would be an advantage.
