The Senior Product Officer , will work in the Engagement and Fundraising directorate, responsible for all fundraising from individuals at the NSPCC. The Legacies and Products team sits within this directorate and is responsible for management, and innovation across the products portfolio. Reporting to the Fundraising Manager – Products, this role will be responsible for overseeing the development, fulfilment, and delivery of the NSPCC's new and existing fundraising pr oducts, helping us achieve the highest le vels of engagement from both new and existing supporters.

The successful candidate will lead on the delivery of our Regular Giving programme, Online Shop, Weekly Lottery and Raffle, Pay Roll Giving scheme, Sponsor A Call, development of new fundraising products, and may work on other products as required. Job purpose

• To support the Fundraising Manager or lead on, the development, delivery and innovation of new and existing fundraising products and propositions
• To work closely with a range of internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure all products are developed and fulfilled to the highest standard
• To support and lead meetings attended by a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• To draft informative papers, business cases and strategy documents which support and articulate product objectives
• To create, populate and manage ongoing numerical reports articulating the performance of products, projects and campaigns

Key relationships - Internal

1. Reports to and supports the Fundraising Manager (Products), deputising where necessary

1. Works with the NSPCC’s current and potential supporters, volunteers and/or suppliers, stewarding relationships that support fundraising activity
2. Works with the suppliers and vendors (printers, creative agencies, web developers, External Lottery Managers, postage providers) who develop and fulfil our products and campaigns

Main duties and responsibilities

1. Work with the Fundraising Manager and Associate Head of Legacies and Products, to develop and deliver new and existing fundraising products
2. To be responsible and accountable for the fulfilment and delivery of fundraising products, both within the Legacies and Products team , and the wider organisation
3. To be responsible for development and delivery of product development roadmaps and project level management information for new and existing products
4. To create and populate numerical reports and models which communicate current and potential product performance. These will evaluate achievement, forecast results and analyse data, helping stakeholders at all levels understand success
5. To support in the management of the Products team’s budget, particularly with the raising of purchase orders, processing of invoices, and securing quotes from suppliers
6. To be a subject expert on fundraising products, maximising income by sharing knowledge, specialist expertise, best practice, and experience with others across the organisation
7. To lead on, collate and present research which provides insight into the work commercial entities and other charities and consequently informs the way we develop new and existing products
8. To work cross -functionally and cross -departmentally, to ensure that fundraising activities are managed and developed in a way that maximises income for the NSPCC
9. To undertake specific fundraising projects and activities as necessary or as required to support the department’s fundraising objectives, in line with the IS department’s annual business plan and budget
10. To keep up to date on best practice and developments within the charity and products sectors, paying particular attention to changes to fundraising and gambling commission regulations, GDPR and codes of practice.

1. To update databases and supporter information systems on a regular basis in line with Data Protection legislation and NSPCC policy and procedures to ensure all records are up -to-date and accurate.
2. To actively participate in regular department and team meetings contributing to strategy, discussions, and decisions which in the long term will be beneficial to the NSPCC’s development of fundraising activities.
3. To maintain an awareness of own and others’ Health and Safety and comply with the NSPCC’s Health & Safety policy and procedures.
4. To take personal responsibility for keeping up to date with NSPCC work to end cruelty to children, including securing updates on project and service developments and general NSPCC news.

About the Project

The Open Kitchen is a community-led initiative tackling food poverty and social isolation across the UK. Our kitchens, based in Hounslow (London), Nottingham, and Manchester, provide free, hot, and nutritious meals to individuals and families affected by homelessness, low income, or displacement as refugees.

Operating seven days a week, the Open Kitchen offers more than just food it provides a safe, welcoming space where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.

Each kitchen also serves as a community support hub, distributing essential household items and sleeping bags to those in need.

Through this initiative, we aim not only to alleviate hunger but also to connect service users with pathways to stability, empowerment, and independence.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Open Kitchen project team, the role will involve ensuring the smooth, safe, and impactful operation of Open Kitchen Manchester. Responsibilities include:

Operational Management

• Oversee day-to-day activities within Open Kitchen Manchester, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, nutritious meals.
• Supervise and observe the cooking facility in the Manchester Open Kitchen, ensuring compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
• Manage food inventory, kitchen supplies, and procurement processes to ensure sustainability and efficiency.
• Ensure all food standards are followed.

Volunteer Coordination

• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to ensure effective service delivery and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Promote a positive and inclusive volunteer culture that reflects the values of compassion, respect, and community service.

Community and Stakeholder Engagement

• Build and maintain partnerships with local food banks, the NHS, job centres, local councils, and rehousing services to offer holistic support to service users.

The successful candidate will undertake the successful delivery of the National Lottery Heritage Fund project, the Community Development Officer will work closely with the Project Manager, Conservation Officer and the Woodland Trust Northern Ireland Team in order to achieve this. The Community Development Officer will report to the Project Manager.

The Candidate: 
• You’ll have experience Delivering projects. Along with extensive experience of complex, multi-disciplinary projects bringing together a variety of skills from both within and outside the organisation to plan, monitor and deliver projects on time and to budget
• You’ll be experienced in In Environmental Education (especially woodlands and rivers), including experience of volunteer and community engagement.
• You will have experience developing and delivering training programmes (preferably including accredited training through a recognised body) directly and/or through procured providers in environmental or countryside skills
• You will have experience working with, developing and managing land management and owning partners.
• You will have previous experience in roles involving public facing communications, including for example, public consultation, media work, lobbying and event management.
• You’ll be experienced in delivering community led projects and activity plans (Heritage Fund or other) and the creation and management of volunteer groups e.g. “Friends of Groups”
• You will be qualified to HND/Degree level in environmental/heritage related, community development, volunteer management and project delivery or related field is desirable.
• A full driving licence and ability to undertake travel across a wide area. Overnight stays may be required.

The purpose of this role is to deliver FSSW’s FareChance programme, including employability learning and practical logistics sessions alongside support and collaboration with the Employability Programme Facilitator. The FareChance programme currently works with young people aged between 18 – 25 who experience additional barriers to accessing education, training, or employment. The young people are supported to learn new skills, build confidence, and realise their full potential. 

FareChance provides a unique combination of two parts: the first is working alongside other volunteers and staff learning key warehouse and logistics skills, getting firsthand practical experience; the second is tailored employability sessions in small groups with 1-1 specialist support. 

The Employability Programme Lead will lead on running the employability workshops. This role will provide 1-1 support for young people where required and provide signposting and referrals to other specialist services. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting people to thrive and be sensitive to the inequality and power imbalance faced by young people today. They will have experience of supporting young people to achieve their goals and can bring these skills to deliver FareChance. This role will coach as well as co-ordinate the programme whilst supporting the growth of an innovative, supportive, and caring employability pathway for people to overcome barriers and move closer to the future they deserve. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Programme Delivery 

• Support the Employability Programme Facilitator to deliver practical warehouse activity sessions 

• Working with the Operations team to ensure smooth integration of our participants and the programme into every aspect of the operation. 

• Lead in providing tailored programme coaching/mentoring: 

• Set up and monitor an action plan for each participant with realistic goals to overcome barriers they face. 

• Provide advice and guidance, build confidence and support participants with appropriate resources for their next steps (including CV writing and interview skills)

• Identify project management opportunities and build plans with relevant staff in the wider team. 

• Lead on developing and preparing programme resources. 

• Identify specific needs and risks, liaising with senior colleagues, create and maintain risk assessments with individuals to ensure safety in the workplace.

Programme Development 

• Lead on the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of participants (currently 18–25-year-olds with possibility of expanding this range) onto the FareChance Programme. 

• Work with the Volunteer Team to ensure smooth transitions to and from FareChance to Volunteering where applicable. 

• Build a Youth Steering/Co-production group to design, deliver and evaluate the programmes.

External partnerships and relationship building 

• Work with the Head of Employability and Volunteering to develop our network of statutory, charity and business partnerships to increase referral pathways into and out of the programme.

• Build a network of signposting for participants across the programme including local businesses and apprenticeship opportunities.

Reporting and Administration 

• Maintain quality records of all participant information, including interventions with project participants, ensuring that such data is stored within the requirements of the Data Protection Act and FSSW policies and procedures 

• Work alongside the Head of Employability and Volunteering around any incidents or safeguarding concerns. Signpost to external agencies where appropriate. 

• Work with the fundraising and communications teams on internal and external reporting for FareChance, including gathering quantitative and qualitative data 

• Deliver programme data and, in conjunction with the Head of Employability and Volunteering, analyse and feed into future programmes

Headway East London is looking for a creative and values-driven Communications Officer to support and develop the voice of Headway East London – working with our community of brain injury survivors, volunteers, and staff to co-produce content that shares our stories, increases awareness and broadens our reach.

You’ll play a central role in promoting our services, supporting income generation, and amplifying the voices of our members through a range of marketing and communications activity. You’ll balance digital know-how with a collaborative approach, developing accessible, engaging content across channels including our website, social media, e- newsletters, and print materials.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications Delivery

• Deliver and support the implementation of our communications and marketing strategy across all channels (digital and print).
• Support a regular calendar of activity across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, BlueSky, YouTube) to maintain and grow a network of online supporters.
• Support on maintaining and developing content for the Headway East London website (using WordPress and Elementor), including blog posts, service pages and events.
• Create engaging, relevant and accessible content including copy, video, photography, audio and graphics (using Canva), in line with brand guidelines and accessibility principles.
• Co-ordinate monthly e-newsletters and other communications using Mailchimp to a variety of audiences.

Community & Co-Production

• Work with our members(services users - people with brain injury),volunteers and staff to co-create content that reflects their voices and experiences.
• Ensure accessibility is embedded in all communications, including use of plain English, inclusive visuals, and a variety of formats.
• Engage the wider Headway East London community in developing campaigns, storytelling, and communications planning.

Campaigns, Partnerships & Income Generation

• Support fundraising and development teams to plan and deliver digital campaigns that increase donations, engagement and awareness.
• Explore opportunities for brand development, partnerships and earned media that align with our values and strategic priorities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with local and national media outlets and stakeholders.

• Support internal communication needs across the organisation, helping teams stay informed and connected across multiple sites.

Overview

FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking with the aim to break the cycle of abuse and support all to live free from fear. We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery.

This ISAC role is set within the Wiltshire Domestic Abuse service, providing specialist stalking advice, consultancy and support to high risk victims of domestic abuse stalking across Wiltshire. You will be working in a multiagency environment including police, other statutory bodies and third sector organisations to respond to and safeguard high risk victims, bridging gaps in their support.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with high risk victims of domestic abuse stalking, providing a targeted service, promoting safety as the central issue and thus reducing the risk of serious harm or death.
• To provide this service both at time of crisis and in longer term e.g. safety planning, risk assessing advocacy, support through the criminal justice/civil legal process and liaison with other statutory and voluntary agencies.

• Give information and support to those experiencing stalking, enabling and empowering them to make positive choices about options available to them and assist them in regaining control of their lives.
• Support other agencies in the identification and referral of stalking issues via promotion of service and institutional advocacy.
• Offer professional consultancy, training and advice to other agencies on stalking.

About the role

This role will provide leadership and management for CCLC particularly focused on the Legal Practice Unit’s legal aid billing operations. Through systematic and efficient management, the post-holder will play a pivotal role in CCLC’s financial and operational sustainability. The role will be accountable for maximising the unit’s legal aid billing in controlled work, certificated work and inter partes costs and will hold responsibility for the unit’s billing systems. It will also be responsible for private fees billing. The post-holder will oversee the smooth running of legal aid billing including through line management of the billing team. The post-holder will work very closely with legal, operations and administrative staff. The role will act as a key point of contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders including Coram’s central finance team who will support the role with grant fund management and overall accounting functions for CCLC. The post-holder will support the Managing Director of Legal Practice and Children’s Rights and department heads in the successful maintenance of our relationship with the Legal Aid Agency. Where appropriate they will be deputising for the Managing Director on legal aid and financial matters.

The role would suit a highly organised and efficient legal aid lawyer, or a finance or billing professional with solid experience of legal practice and a deep understanding of the challenges of legal aid. Whilst candidates with direct experience of legal billing (and more specifically civil legal aid billing) are welcomed, we recognise that this is a highly specialised and niche field. As such, this role could suit a highly experienced solicitor who appreciates the important role developing sustainable businesses plays in ensuring access to justice and who therefore wishes to move into practice and financial management. They will need an aptitude for processing large amounts of data, developing and managing spreadsheets and improving organisational systems. However, they will be well supported through training, an enthusiastic and competent junior billing team, the central finance team and an outsourced legal cashiering company, as well as a friendly and collaborative management team including the Managing Director and the Heads of Education Law, Community Care Law and Immigration and Asylum Law.

This is a largely office-based role in order to fully provide support to the billing team. However, some remote / hybrid working may be possible depending the experience of the candidate after the initial settling in period and there will be flexibility over how the three days will be spread across the week (within working hours). The team are mostly based in the London office and with one billing team member in Colchester so the post holder may require some occasional travel.

Purpose of the role

The Research Officer plays a central role in delivering Race Against Dementia’s research activity, helping to strengthen our research programmes and support the researchers we fund. • The Newcastle Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. Duties and responsibilities
 

• Responsible for the delivery of Action Tutoring’s tutoring programmes in partner schools, whether online or face to face. This includes working closely to manage all key stakeholders: schools, pupils and volunteer tutors; regularly attending weekly tutoring sessions; leading on reviewing and improving programme delivery, using data to reliably assess programme performance.
• Responsible for overseeing the quality of tutoring, engaging in quality assurance processes, and providing feedback to volunteer tutors to ensure effective and impactful delivery. • Update and accurately maintain Action Tutoring’s database, including collecting timely data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, such as attendance records, baseline and interim assessments and pupil surveys. Reporting regularly on key performance indicators to key stakeholders and using them to enhance programme delivery. Work with the Programme Manager on business development, approaching new schools that might be interested in working with Action Tutoring.

Qualification criteria:

The nature of this role will also require you to demonstrate adaptability, resilience and the ability to cope with some uncertainty. 

This position would suit you if you’re looking to develop your experience in the education or charity sectors. Existing experience of working with young people and/or project management in a charity or education setting would be an asset. Music Youth Worker

We are seeking a passionate Music Youth Worker to use creativity and music to inspire young people, build confidence, and support their personal development.

Position: Music Youth Worker
Salary: £13.85 per hour (London Living Wage)
Location: Burnt Oak, North London.
Hours: Between 9 and 26 hours per week –

• Tuesday 15:35 - 21:15
• Saturday 09:45 - 14:15
• Saturday evenings (paid at a premium of £15.42 per hour)

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and energetic Music Youth Worker to support young people through high quality music activity. Working as part of a wider youth work and arts team, you will deliver engaging music sessions that are fun, inclusive, and developmental, helping young people explore their creativity and grow their skills.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering one to one and group music sessions for young people
• Teaching music skills including instrument tuition, music production and or vocal coaching
• Planning and preparing engaging sessions that respond to young people’s interests
• Supporting young people at all ability levels, from beginners to those considering music as a career
• Building positive, professional relationships with young people, colleagues, and volunteers
• Creating a safe, inclusive and energetic environment during sessions
• Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging participation
• Supporting cross team projects such as performances or showcases
• Adhering to safeguarding, health and safety, and equality policies at all times
• Contributing flexibly across the youth space when required

About you

You will be enthusiastic about music and committed to supporting young people to reach their potential. You will bring energy, creativity, and a strong youth centred approach to everything you do.

You will ideally have:

• Experience delivering face to face activities with young people
• Experience delivering music based activities such as instrument tuition, production or vocal coaching
• Confidence working with young people with diverse needs and backgrounds
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• A positive, can do attitude and willingness to learn
• A relevant music or production qualification
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
• A strong commitment to safeguarding young people
