About the role:
As a Project Worker at our Stacey Street service in Islington, you’ll support adults who have experienced homelessness or rough sleeping to rebuild stability and move towards independent living. This is a hands-on role in a busy hostel environment where no two days are the same.
You’ll work directly with residents who may be navigating challenges linked to mental health, substance use, trauma or contact with the criminal justice system. Through strengths-based support planning and clear risk management, you’ll help individuals identify goals, overcome barriers and take practical steps forward. From supporting someone to engage with treatment, to sustaining a tenancy or accessing training and employment, your work will focus on realistic, sustainable progress.
Day to day, you’ll build trusted relationships whilst maintaining professional boundaries. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate the right support at the right time, ensuring residents are prepared for successful move-on. You’ll keep accurate records, respond calmly in challenging situations and contribute to a psychologically informed environment where people feel respected and motivated to change.
This role is about creating momentum. By helping residents move from crisis towards stability, you’ll play a key part in freeing up hostel spaces for others in urgent need and strengthening SHP’s mission to end homelessness for good. Product Marketing Coordinator
This role is critical in ensuring Dot Dot Dot’s property offer meets market demand, business needs, and our social mission.
You will manage key parts of the property product lifecycle - from defining value propositions and preparing properties for launch, through to marketing, viewings, and quality control. Working closely with Marketing and Services teams, you’ll help ensure our properties are well‑positioned, well‑presented, and successfully filled.
This is a varied, hands‑on role combining strategic thinking with operational delivery, and desk‑based work with regular visits to properties. You’ll be supported in role by our senior marketing coordinator and head of marketing and business development.
The fundamentals of the role
Marketing and sales enablement
- Develop property messaging, value propositions, and supporting materials.
- Ensure each property has strong visual assets, including photography, video, and written content.
- Create and maintain property information sheets for internal and external use.
- Coordinate property‑related communications, including Mailchimp viewing emails and location‑based social media content.
- Work with the Marketing team to deliver campaigns, promotions, and go‑to‑market activity.
Viewings organisation and coordination
- Plan, schedule, and continuously improve the property viewings process.
- Supervise and support a small team of property viewing assistants (PVAs), including training, quality oversight, and timesheet approval.
- Ensure PVAs have accurate, up‑to‑date product information, sales guidance, and customer engagement support.
- Occasionally attend viewings to assess quality and gather feedback.
Go-to-market planning and execution
- Visit properties to understand condition, local context, and customer appeal.
- Support property launch planning, including pricing, audience targeting, and marketing tactics.
- Coordinate with Marketing to implement campaigns that attract high‑quality guardians.
- Track and report on the performance of property launches and viewings.
- Work cross‑functionally to ensure alignment between product, marketing, and service standards.
Product vision and positioning
- Support the definition and development of clear, compelling property value propositions.
- Ensure property products align with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends.
- Work with Marketing and Services to connect operational quality with external positioning.
Market and customer insight
- Research market needs, pricing, locations, and competitor activity.
- Develop and refine guardian personas to support effective targeting and communication.
- Share insights across the business to inform marketing, sales, and product decisions.
- Handle applicant information responsibly, ensuring personal data is recorded, stored and shared in line with GDPR requirements and Dot Dot Dot’s data protection policies.
Product lifecycle management
- Liaise with Services during property setup to ensure standards and product features are embedded from the outset.
- Oversee the property journey from setup through launch and occupation.
- Ensure properties are ready for viewings and occupancy through clear coordination and communication.

We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑focused Property Inspector to join our Facilities and Health & Safety team. You’ll play a key role in helping Julian House maintain safe, high‑quality, well‑managed buildings across our property portfolio.
With around 140 properties across the South West, ranging from residential homes to hostels, retail shops and offices, this role is central to ensuring every building meets required safety and compliance standards.

What you’ll be doing:
- Inspecting properties across the portfolio and producing clear, accurate reports.

- Uploading your findings, track actions, and meeting KPI expectations.

Key responsibilities

About the role
Since 2018, the LRU has grown its membership to over 6000 renters across London. Through our six branches, we support renters to take action to transform the housing system. Organising in communities, the LRU runs training, facilitates peer support, takes collective action and campaigns on local issues, to grow our power.

Furnishing Futures is a charity that creates beautiful healing homes for women and children who have escaped domestic abuse, and been given empty social housing, using unwanted furniture from the interiors industry. We are looking for a Senior Specialist Support Worker, to provide maternity cover for 12 months managing our specialist support service and providing focussed support to beneficiaries.
Our specialist support team works alongside our home designers to provide advice and support on a range of issues to help alleviate social isolation for survivors, as well as facilitating women’s groups and managing relationships with referral partners.
We are looking for someone with experience supporting vulnerable people with complex needs from a wide variety of backgrounds, and an understanding of the impact of deprivation, discrimination and domestic abuse on individuals, families and communities. Based in Leyton you will be managing a small team and helping the charity develop its service across London.
We support women and children placed in empty social housing after escaping domestic abuse by giving them holistic support and furnishing their homes.

- Co create and deliver Neighbourhood and Estate Plans with residents to improve housing services, environments and customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, partners and contractors to remove service barriers and ensure high service performance and compliance including building safety
- Manage tenancy related matters, responding to resident queries, supporting complaint investigations and completing viewings and sign ups for new residents
- Conduct property visits, estate inspections and fire door safety checks ensuring issues are identified and resolved
- Lead on anti social behaviour case management and build strong relationships with residents, associations and local stakeholders
- Oversee estate services and communal repairs, manage service contracts and provide tenancy sustainment support including guidance on benefits and welfare
About You
You will demonstrate a flexible, proactive and customer focused approach to your work. You will have around 2 to 3 years experience within a registered social housing provider, charity or local authority setting.
Essential skills and experience include:
- Experience supporting vulnerable or older residents including the ability to assess needs and identify potential risks
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to deliver sustainable housing and tenancy solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and make confident, well informed decisions

YMCA St Helens is looking for an experienced and motivated Volunteer Manager to lead the development of our volunteering programme across housing, youth, early years and community services.
You will recruit, train and support volunteers, ensuring they feel valued, confident and equipped to make a meaningful impact. Working closely with colleagues and partners, you will create diverse volunteer opportunities, strengthen community relationships and develop our corporate volunteering offer.
