We are looking for a Service Lead and a Support Worker to join our team on a fixed term contract to help guide children and families on their healing journey.
Position: Bounce Back for Kids (BB4K) Service Lead
Fixed term 12 months, full time – 37 hours per week, weekdays
Location: Oxford or Reading with frequent travel. Role covers casework activity across Oxfordshire.
Salary range: £35,502 to £43,389 per annum

About the roles:

About you:
A successful Service Lead will have professional expertise in the field of domestic abuse and hold a qualification or professional experience in social care or childcare support work.
You’ll be experienced at managing a team with effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues. You’ll also have experience of working with vulnerable parents and/or children in a range of community settings and adept at delivering groupwork programmes.
A successful Support Worker will need a good understanding of domestic abuse and the impact on children and families (or an interest in working in this field), with experience of delivering groupwork programmes for vulnerable parents and/or children.

The role:
This role is responsible for managing and overseeing the in-house payroll and pension functions at the Globe. The role ensures that there is a compliant, accurate and timely payroll for approximately 375 permanent employees, and a further 400 variable workforce of casual, PAYE and non-PAYE workers via monthly and weekly payrolls across the year. Oversight and account management of four pension schemes (NOW pensions, Aviva, Equity, and Musicians Union) is also a key part of this role. The Payroll Manager works with Payroll Assistant and other key stakeholders across departments to create automated process, ensure appropriate controls are in place, problem solve payroll and pension queries, and to make sure our systems are working for the organisation.
The Payroll Manager is responsible for preparing payroll outputs and reports for review; ensuring that final authorisation, sign-off and release of payroll payments are forwarded timely to senior members of the Finance and People & Culture teams, in line with agreed controls and delegated authorities. About the Role
The OUT Side OUT Spoken Navigator supports male survivors and survivor allies as they prepare to leave prison or another secure setting and rebuild their lives in the community. The role provides intensive, trauma-informed support shaped around each person’s individual circumstances, including completing risk and needs assessments and developing a tailored support plan. You’ll help people navigate challenges around housing, healthcare, benefits, employment and community connections, working closely with prison, probation, health, social care and other partner agencies. The aim is to reduce barriers; strengthen stability and ensure people continue to feel supported throughout the transition from custody into the community.
About You
You’ll have experience of providing one-to-one support or advocacy to people with complex needs and be comfortable working with trauma, risk and the challenges that can accompany release from custody. Experience within criminal justice, mental health, housing, social care or community services would be particularly helpful, as would an understanding of sexual harms affecting boys and men. You’ll be able to build trusting relationships while maintaining clear professional boundaries, manage competing priorities and work confidently with a range of partner agencies. Main Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to coordinate our accreditation scheme. The role will work with our network of employers, and support new organisations through the accreditation process.
The Programme Officer will support our work across the South East and support our managers to grow and deepen engagement with Living Wage Employers through our associated schemes. You will help to ensure our resources and publicity materials are well written and up-to-date, and to coordinate events to grow our employer network.

Purpose of the role

Head of Support and Advocacy
The Head of Support and Advocacy provides operational leadership across We Are Survivors’ support and advocacy services. Working closely with the Service Director, Operations Director and Executive Team, the role ensures services are effective, well governed and meet the needs of survivors and their loved ones. This includes overseeing our trauma-informed, survivor-centred approach; monitoring service performance; safeguarding and record-keeping; and ensuring contractual commitments and quality standards are met. Head of Support and Advocacy
You’ll be an experienced operational or clinical leader who is comfortable overseeing services that work with trauma, mental health and complex needs.
