Purpose of the job

As Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be joining a supportive and highly ambitious Corporate Partnerships Team sitting within the wider Fundraising Department. You will work closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Communications and Marketing, Delivery and Impact, collaborating to maximise the value and impact of corporate partnerships.

You will be working across both account management and new business, building on your knowledge and expertise across these two disciplines to proactively spot new income generation opportunities for the charity, as well as unlock non-financial support through skills-based volunteering, pro bono projects, and collaborative communications and brand engagement opportunities. This role also includes line management responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

Account Management

• Lead on the account management of a portfolio of UK Youth’s high-value corporate partners, maximising income and wider partnership value for UK Youth.

• Work cross-organisationally to design and deliver high-quality engagement opportunities for new and existing partners, with a focus on skills-based volunteering, pro bono support, commercial products, and integrated communications, storytelling and brand engagement opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with Communications and Marketing to amplify partnerships, ensuring strong visibility, compelling storytelling and mutual brand value.

New Business

• Work closely with the Head of Corporate Partnerships and Corporate Partnerships Manager (New Business) to build and maintain a strong, well-qualified pipeline of new opportunities.

• Proactively approach new companies within priority sectors, developing and delivering high-quality pitches and tailored propositions to secure new partnerships.

• Support the team to conduct thorough due diligence and capacity analysis on new partnerships and re-funding opportunities.

Line Management and Team

• Line manage one Corporate Partnerships Officer who primarily supports account management, while also contributing to new business activity, enabling them to deliver excellent partnership management and identify opportunities to maximise income and support.

• Uphold and maintain account management and new business processes, including individual stewardship plans, accurate recording of activity on the CRM, income pipeline tracking and due diligence.

As Legacy and In-Memory Manager you will be responsible for leading your team to drive transformational change, through the delivery of our legacy and in-memory growth strategy. 

You will set objectives and oversee team activity to deliver the entire legacy journey with the aim of achieving significant long-term growth in revenue income to support our ambitious plans to bring Maggie’s cancer care to everyone who needs us. 

You will be responsible for working collaboratively with teams from across Maggie’s to engage them in the importance of legacy and in-memory giving. 

You will manage external agencies and suppliers to deliver excellent work, on time and to budget.  You will also manage end-to-end, multi-channel campaigns including the delivery of these through colleagues and agencies.

The Philanthropy Administrator is the backbone of a team that raises up to £18m each year to support young people across the UK. This role brings rhythm, structure and momentum to busy, high‑value fundraising activity, making sure ideas turn into action and plans land smoothly. Your organisation and coordination keep the philanthropy team focused, effective and able to deliver at pace.

You will keep the engine running day to day. This includes coordinating donor events and engagement activity, managing CRM updates and RSVPs, arranging travel and logistics, supporting senior colleagues and keeping finances, invoices and budgets on track. Whether you are pulling together event packs, setting up meetings or making sure suppliers are paid on time, your work removes friction and creates space for fundraisers to do what they do best: build relationships and secure vital funding.

When the philanthropy team is well supported, income flows and that income funds programmes that help young people develop skills, confidence and opportunities for the future. About you

You will love autonomy and will enjoy working collaboratively across the fundraising department and wider organisation. You’ll be a retention specialist with plenty of experience leading digital and traditional direct marketing programmes, and you’ll be able to take a strategic approach to delivery, independently taking on key areas of the retention and upgrade programmes.

You’ll be fully responsible for planning and assessing the fundraising campaigns you lead, and you’ll focus on optimising performance to deliver income and a retained, loyal base of supporters to power our fundraising and campaigns. You’ll draw on key retention metrics, and you’ll have our supporters at the heart of your decision-making to inform stewardship.

Essential criteria

• Leading complex multi-channel direct marketing campaigns - Proven, hands-on experience in strategising, developing, and leading complex, multi-channel direct marketing campaigns that steward, retain and develop regular financial supporters. Specifically, through mass email campaigns, digital journeys and retention mailings
   
• Deliver an exceptional supporter experience - Experience leading on the development of engaging communications that enhance supporter experience
   
• Data analysis and planning - Able to analyse and interpret campaign performance data across multiple channels, drawing out meaningful insights and translating them into clear actions and recommendations
   
• Experience supporting planning and budgeting processes - Support the annual planning and budgeting process, and ongoing forecasts for relevant areas of the fundraising programme
   
• Organisation and prioritisation - Proven ability to manage competing demands across multiple projects with limited capacity, including how they make and communicate prioritisation decisions and see tasks through to a clear outcome
   
• Collaboration and influence - Able to demonstrate a time they have successfully brought others round to their point of view, showing skills in persuasion, clear communication, and navigating different perspectives constructively.

The Role

The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, operational management and external representation for the charity. Reporting to the Chair of Trustees, you will be responsible for delivering the Board’s strategic direction and business plan, growing the supporter base, strengthening financial resilience and ensuring our campaigning remains impactful and aligned with our mission and values.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with:

● Senior leadership experience or aligned and transferable experience and skills in a charity, membership organisation or similar environment.

● Direct experience or transferable experience of campaigning, influencing, advocacy or policy work.

● Strong organisational leadership and operational management skills.

● Knowledge and experience of fundraising, membership growth, partnership working and charity operations.

● The ability to inspire staff, trustees, volunteers, members and supporters.

● A values-driven approach and a strong understanding of, or connection to, the Yorkshire Dales and the issues affecting it.

Experience in a similar setting may be transferable, and we welcome candidates who can demonstrate the skills, insight and leadership needed to succeed in the role.

Working Arrangements

This is a permanent role, offered as either:

● Part-time: 4 days per week, or.

● Full-time: 37 hours per week.

The salary is £50,000 per annum FTE, with part-time hours paid pro rata.

The role is based at Canal Wharf, Eshton Road, Gargrave, BD23 3PN, with some flexibility around working hours and location by agreement. Regular travel across the Yorkshire Dales and occasional evening and weekend working will be required. Ideally, the successful candidate will live in, or within approximately 30 miles of, the perimeter of the Yorkshire Dales.

We offer:

● 22 days annual leave, rising to 27 days after five years’ service, plus English bank holidays, pro rata for part-time hours.

● Additional paid leave over the Christmas and New Year office closure.

● An enhanced employer pension contribution of 5% via NEST.

Audience Research and Insight Analyst

About the role
Sitting within Greenpeace UK's Insight and Analytics Team, this role works cross-organisationally with campaigners, organisers, and fundraisers to ensure audience evidence and behavioural insight shape strategy, communications, and supporter engagement.
You'll deliver end-to-end audience research, combining survey design, social listening, and external landscape analysis with behavioural science principles. A key part of the role is translating complex data into insight that teams can confidently use to inform real-world decisions and action.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and delivering audience and market research, applying behavioural science and psychology to understand motivations, barriers, and real-world decision-making
• Analysing quantitative and qualitative data and translating findings into clear, strategic, and actionable insight
• Conducting and interpreting social listening and external landscape analysis to track public attitudes, narratives, and emerging trends
• Applying behavioural frameworks to support campaign strategy, communications, and fundraising approaches

About you
You'll be analytically strong, curious about people, and motivated by the impact insight can have when it is applied well.
You'll bring:

• Experience delivering audience or market research to inform strategic thinking and decision-making
• Strong understanding of research methodologies, particularly questionnaire design
• Experience using social listening tools such as Talkwalker, Brandwatch, or similar
• An interest in, or experience applying, behavioural science or psychology within an audience, campaigning, or policy context

The Role

As an Independent Domestic Violence Advocate you will ensure that male survivors’ safety & housing needs are met.  You will provide specialist support at the moment of crisis, providing advocacy & support to access safe accommodation ensuring the safety, security & dignity of service users & their children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that male survivors’ safety and housing needs are met by supporting survivors to access safe accommodation
• Provide a pro-active, high quality, frontline service to victims of domestic abuse through on-going risk assessment, individual safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support.
• Work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse

About You

Ideally, you will have knowledge about legal remedies for domestic abuse victims and have experience working with drug, alcohol, and mental health issues. An understanding benefits, housing, and homelessness would also be beneficial.

• Experience of providing support those affected by domestic abuse 
• An understanding of the principles of risk assessment, safety planning and risk management for victims of domestic abuse and their children
• Knowledge of safeguarding issues, and the legal responsibilities surrounding these issues.

• Strong communication, negotiation and advisory skills, both written and verbal when interacting with a range of agencies and individuals.

Resettlement is not just about finding a room. It’s about widening options, challenging barriers and advocating for people who may struggle to access housing on their own. Job Purpose

We are looking for a versatile and enthusiastic public-facing team member to support the development, launch and operation of ANT’s new commercial ventures - including plans to launch ecotourism, commercial rental offerings at Lower Chew Forest and carry out scoping of green burials - to start generating commercial income which can go back into supporting the charity’s ongoing work. 

This is a dynamic role that will involve supporting the successful launch and operation of new ventures through focusing on optimising and improving the experience of paying visitors to the site, taking into account all aspects of their journey with us - from hearing about us and booking to their actual visit, and onto aftercare and follow-ups to encourage repeat visits. As part of this, the role will also support the development of new branding and marketing materials and ‘added value’ extras that can enhance the visitor experience and generate additional revenue.

You will be joining a small but mighty team working hard to make exciting new ideas a reality and a success.

Main responsibilities

• Leading on ensuring excellent visitor experience, including facilitating bookings; fielding customer service needs, enquiries & issues (digital, on the phone and in person); identifying and solving or escalating issues; and tailoring our digital marketing and on-site offerings to ensure guest satisfaction

• Supporting with the development of new branding and marketing materials for commercial ventures as required, focusing initially on our new ecotourism offering at Lower Chew Forest
