The Foundation Partnerships team at the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) builds long term relationships with private, institutional, and statutory funders. As Foundations Manager, you will research, develop and manage relationships with our partners and prospects, with a particular focus on partnerships at the six and seven-figure level. The Case Manager will strive to make contact and work on a one to one basis with perpetrators whose victims have been identified as high risk at MARAC to pro- actively secure engagement, influence attitudinal and behavioural change and link to complementary services. To do this, the Case Manager will work with existing agencies in each pilot site to design a co-ordinated, strategic individual intervention plan to address identified needs and risks and promote understanding of the impact of abusive behaviours. Throughout the intervention the Case Manager will work closely with the IDVA service to review risk, develop safety plans and improve outcomes for all parties involved.
The Case Manager will be responsible over the long term for delivering outcomes, to achieve behaviour change with each service user.
Responsibilities Interagency work
· Work to embed the Case Manager role into multi-agency responses to domestic abuse in the area.
· Effective understanding and implementation of institutional advocacy by pro- socially challenging partner agencies, acknowledging best practice and striving for change to benefit the individual, the service and the sector.
· Support other professionals in responding to service users in a way that is coterminous with the aims and ethos of the Drive Project.
· Working closing with other professionals to ensure that risk management and safeguarding duties are effectively met.
· Develop and maintain effective partnership working with statutory, private and voluntary agencies to address the issue of domestic abuse.

Case management

Recording and administration
· Ensure that case files and records are accurate and complete, and are kept and in compliance with Data Protection Act requirements.

· Weekly maintenance and accurate and secure audit trail of all relevant communication.

Direct work with service users
· Maintain a proactive response to service users, continuously providing positive options for behaviour change throughout the service users time in the Drive project

The Culture and Operations Director (COD) ensures Frontline is a high-performing, well-governed charity with a strong culture of freedom and responsibility - a place people can do their best work to achieve Frontline’s mission.
They have strategic responsibility for charity-wide planning to ensure Frontline’s operational functions, effectively support teams to navigate challenges whilst maximising new opportunities. Purpose of the job
To drive forward Thames21’s ‘Thames Valley’ (broadly Oxfordshire/ Buckinghamshire/ Berkshire) catchment areas programme in line with our 5-year plan and future strategies ensuring appropriate integration across Thames21 and partner organisations. The postholder requires operational experience and knowledge at catchment scale as well as project and people management experience. They will take a strategic overview of the programme and guide our growth in the thematical and geographical area, with a particular focus on the following outcomes.
- Work with 20 farmers each year to reduce diffuse pollution at source and flood risk.
- Offer advice on nature-based solutions and grant funding to farmers and landowners.
- Plant 30,000 trees annually.
- Input and support the achievement of other applicable 5-year plan targets. i.e. River restoration and catchment scale monitoring.
- Increase Thames21 presence in the Thames Valley, identifying opportunities, supporting, and complimenting the work of other NGOs and regional Rivers Trusts.
- Developing up bid initiatives to support our work within communities
The role is a relatively new area of work for Thames21 and may consist of supporting a range of projects and programmes including Catchment Partnerships, Farm Clusters and Natural Flood Management.
Finally, the postholder will take a lead in progressing Thames21’s resilience strategy i.e. working closely with the Fundraising Team, the Catchment Partnership Team, and partner organisations to increase private and public investment to deliver healthy resilient rivers and catchments.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
You will oversee and manage the delivery of diverse projects. Role Expectations
The successful candidate will be required to provide legal advice across areas of law including but not limited to grant making, contracts, procurement, charity, litigation, insolvency, subsidy control, debt recovery and public law.
In addition to providing substantive advice, the role requires a solicitor to be able to research and upskill on new areas of law very swiftly. It is also expected that the solicitor will use their legal knowledge to help improve the Fund’s internal processes and precedents, as well as ensuring that the Fund complies with statutory and regulatory frameworks at all times.
The bulk of the solicitor’s workload will consist of autonomous matters and legal queries. These will need to be answered in a timely manner. Support and supervision is always available and the legal team works on a very collaborative basis. The solicitor will also work with colleagues on larger scale projects when the opportunity arises.
Experience working in a busy in-house or private practice environment would be ideal, as would experience dealing with a range of clients, and experience with public law or public bodies. Knowledge of debt recovery/litigation and subsidy control law would be beneficial, as would experience gained in the UK.
