We’re looking for a CRM Product Owner to take ownership of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM, ensuring it runs effectively day to day while continuously improving how it supports the organisation. You’ll oversee integrations and data flows across systems, maintain high standards of data quality, and make sure teams across fundraising, digital and finance can rely on accurate, accessible data to deliver campaigns, track income and engage supporters.
We’re also looking for someone who can lead the ongoing development and prioritisation of CRM improvements, working closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and solve problems. You’ll support and guide CRM team members, ensuring work is delivered against priorities and that the system continues to evolve to meet the needs of a fast-paced, insight-driven organisation.
This role requires regular travel to our London office, typically once per month or as the role demands.

About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join our Finance team on a 9-month fixed term contract and play a key role in supporting the organisation during an important period of systems change.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will provide high‑quality accounting support across the Group, while also supporting colleagues who are working on the development and implementation of a new finance system. You will also act as a trusted finance business partner to members of the Leadership Team, supporting informed decision‑making across the organisation.

About You
Are you a CCAB or CIMA qualified accountant with experience in charity finance, looking for an opportunity to make a difference while working in a collaborative and supportive environment?
You will bring experience of working in a business‑partnering finance role, with the confidence to build strong relationships across an organisation. You’ll be comfortable supporting audits and statutory reporting, with a proactive and solution‑focused approach.
You will also demonstrate:
- Experience of charity accounting and statutory reporting
- Evidence of working in a partnering approach to finance

- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial information clearly

Experience of finance systems development, charity tax (VAT, corporation tax, Gift Aid) and advanced Excel skills would be beneficial, but not essential.

You are willing and able to travel as required for in-person meetings and events to Downton (SP5 3RB) or London, with occasionally travel to other UK locations. Central London travel will be by train.
You are also comfortable staying away from home overnight on occasion, when required to support events or team activities.

About the Campaigns and Public Affairs Manager role
In this varied and exciting position, you will manage high profile WI campaigns and play a key role in achieving change on key issues affecting women and their community.
The Campaigns and Public Affairs Manager provides essential management of the Public Affairs team and its activities- including campaigning, lobbying, research and policy work- whilst working closely with the Director of Campaigns and Membership to maintain a strategic overview of the department’s work.

The ability to represent the NFWI externally- to civil servants, government departments and external organisations- as well as working closely with volunteers and members at a grassroots level is also key.

The Role
We are looking for a strategically-minded Regional Service Manager to lead the South East Gambling Harms Partnership. You will be the architect of our strategic engagement, building trusted partnerships with NHS commissioners and local authorities to ensure gambling harms are a priority in local health responses. About You
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, highly organised, and have fundraising experience within the education or charity sector.
Required Qualifications & experience
● Proven experience in fundraising, development, or a related field, ideally within an educational or non-profit organisation.
● Strong knowledge of fundraising best practices, including major gifts, regular giving, legacy giving, grant writing, and event management.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including current and former parents, alumni, pupils, staff, Governors and donors.
● Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlineseffectively.
● A passion for education and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities facing independent schools.

About Rockinghorse Children’s Charity
Rockinghorse Children’s Charity supports sick and disabled children across Sussex. We support babies, children and young people, along with their families, at The Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital and The Trevor Mann Baby Unit in Brighton and all of the specialist children’s wards and baby units throughout Sussex.
We deliver and fund projects that enable doctors and nurses to do more. In 2025 we launched our five-year strategic plan, which prioritised our activities to enable us to support more babies, children and teenagers. As we enter the final year of this strategy the charity continues to expand and develop its projects and services children all over Sussex.

Interviews will be with the Head of Finance & Operations and the Senior Projects Manager and will consist of a series of set questions (the same for each candidate) about your skills, experience and knowledge relating to the post (Essential, Desirable and Work skills).
The interview will also be an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the role, the charity and the process of recruitment.
The role will be available from 1st June 2026 (depending on post holder’s availability).
