About the role
CTI is part of a housing-led response to ending homelessness. CTI is an evidence-based model, designed for times of transition for people who require support to navigate often fragmented systems. It uses a time limited case management approach to support people through a period of transition which works towards preventing and ending homelessness.
The model is strictly time limited and prescriptive in its application and Crisis’ CTI pilot will run close to the CTI principles. The timing of movement through the phases is defined by the Programme model.
CTI consists of four main phases:
The post holder will be working within the framework of CTI, supporting prison leavers from prison into accommodation, thus preventing homelessness on release from custody.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have experience of delivering person centred support with statutory and non-statutory services within the criminal justice system, offering coaching and mentoring, learning support and/or personal development training, ideally working to matrix standards. You will also have an appreciation of delivering this within a time limited framework.
You will demonstrate knowledge of issues affecting homeless or vulnerably housed individuals which could include mental illness, addiction, the benefit system and housing. Being committed to empowering homeless and vulnerably housed individuals is essential to this role.

The Cathedral Safeguarding Officer (CSO) is a Liverpool Diocesan employee who is responsible for leading and promoting safeguarding across Liverpool Cathedral, ensuring that safeguarding is embedded throughout its ministry, governance and operations. The King’s Trust International is looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to join us on an interim basis to lead the delivery of digital products and data platforms that support young people around the world to learn, earn and thrive. This is a hands-on delivery role, working across a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that new and existing digital solutions are well planned, effectively delivered and continuously improved.
We have a growing portfolio of digital products, including mobile-based learning tools, educational games and learning management systems. These products support a global audience of young people and our network of delivery partners, and we want to continue evolving them so they remain engaging, accessible and effective.
As these digital products are critical to scaling the reach of our global programmes, you will help ensure a clear and well-managed delivery pipeline is in place. Working closely with the Product Owner, you will lead the delivery of these products and support their successful adoption across our programmes.
You will be an excellent communicator who can translate complex information clearly for different audiences, build trusted relationships and keep stakeholders informed and engaged. You will also be confident coaching colleagues and supporting junior team members.

We are part of One Bexley; a partnership of 8 local charities who have come together to support local people with care and support needs in new and creative ways. Working as a Trusted Assessor based in Bexley Mencap you will enable people to find the right support services that meet their needs and fulfil their personal goals, supporting them to maintain their independence for as long as possible and helping them to plan ahead. You will do this by building trusting relationships with individuals and their families, identifying the strengths that they have as well as their support needs and linking people with existing services and networks in their local neighbourhood.
About the role
The Trusted Assessor supports adults with care and support needs through strengths-based assessment, support planning and review. You will work alongside adults with a learning disability and neurodiverse people to understand what is important to them, identify their strengths, assess eligible needs and develop personalised support plans that promote independence, wellbeing and positive risk taking. You will also help people understand Care Act processes, personal budgets and Direct Payments where appropriate, while working closely with health, social care and voluntary sector partners.
About You
You will share our commitment to putting people first, treating everyone with dignity and respect, and recognising the importance of listening to lived experience. You will ideally have experience of assessment, support planning or care coordination and be confident building trusting relationships with people from a wide range of backgrounds. Most importantly, you will believe in strengths-based, person-centred practice and enjoy working collaboratively to achieve better outcomes.
We are seeking a motivated and organised candidate with experience in social care, support planning or a related advice-based role. You will be someone who understands person-centred support and believes in helping people have real choice and control in their lives. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about improving outcomes for people with care and support needs.
You will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trusted relationships with residents. You will also need the confidence to explain complex information clearly, support people to understand their responsibilities, and manage a varied caseload effectively.
You will need to be approachable, solutions-focused and able to work independently. Strong organisational skills and good IT skills are essential to ensure accurate record keeping and effective case management.
