About the Role 

This is a leadership opportunity to shape how the Foundation designs, delivers and strengthens its programmes across England and Wales. 

As Head of Programme Design and Organisational Development, you will lead the Foundation’s approach to programme design, organisational development and volunteering, ensuring everything we do is high quality, evidence-informed and grounded in lived experience.

About the role
As our Engagement Officer, you’ll play a key role in raising awareness of Police Care UK, strengthening relationships across policing and local communities, and supporting events and initiatives that increase engagement, partnerships, and income generation. Events Planning & Delivery

• Develop, promote and deliver a programme of events in our garden sites, emphasising the uniqueness of each site, as well as assist with larger fundraising events
• Customer relations: First point of contact for new bookings and enquiries via phone and email ; Conduct site visits for potential clients
• Financial & event administration: Draw up quotes for hire costs, process and approve invoices & payments, manage events budgets, track spending and income, manage contracting, scheduling, menus, brochures and terms and conditions (parts to be carried out by Office Assistant)

Partnerships and relationships

• Actively maintain relationships and networks with individuals, organisations and developers
• Understand, value and work together with the GG team to ensure that there is a good balance between commercial priorities and community priorities, to avoid clashing with or limiting the use of spaces for educational and community events. Where possible add value by merging commercial and community.

Communications and Creative Campaigns

• Support delivery of existing communications strategy across the organisation, including monthly newsletter, regular social media schedule, practical copyediting, typesetting and design support for annual outputs.

• Utilise existing branding guidelines and templates to create consistent social graphics, newsletter headers and venue hire documents

About the role

CAFOD is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis across Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT).

You’ll shape and assure digital and data-driven change, ensuring initiatives are clearly defined, value-focused, and aligned with real organisational needs. Acting as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, you’ll help deliver effective, sustainable improvements across CAFOD.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for digital and data change initiatives

• Support teams to define problems, assess options, and identify solutions

• Ensure requirements are clear, prioritised, and delivery-ready

• Lead and support testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation

• Facilitate workshops and support decision-making

• Contribute to governance, planning, and continuous improvement

About you

• Significant experience in business analysis at a senior level

• Strong skills in problem definition, process improvement, and solution design

• Experience translating business needs into clear requirements (e.g. Jira tickets)

• Understanding of digital delivery and software development lifecycles

• Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Experience supporting or leading UAT

Desirable: Salesforce or Tableau certification

The role

Reporting to the CEO, this new role will ensure MediCinema’s financial strength, operational excellence and people-centred culture as we consolidate our recent growth and proceed with our plans for more sites across the UK. You will lead finance, HR and organisational operations, overseeing systems, compliance and high-quality corporate services that support our national expansion.

From financial planning and audit, to overseeing IT and digital development, to ensuring a solid HR strategy and people practices, you will ensure the infrastructure behind our therapeutic services remains robust, efficient and future-ready. A hands-on leader (supported by external experts), you will bring clarity, rigour and creativity to a purpose-led charity striving to improve patient experiences across the NHS.

About you

We are seeking a collaborative, ambitious and hands-on leader with:

• Solid experience overseeing finance functions, budgeting, forecasting and statutory reporting
• A strong understanding of HR, operations, compliance and governance in small or growing organisations
• Excellent project management skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
