We are flexible about both hours and where you work. The role is 37 hours per week full-time, but we welcome applications from people looking for part-time or other flexible working arrangements. We are also open to both office and home-based working; for colleagues based at our London office (N1), we operate a hybrid working model with an expectation of office attendance twice per week.

About you:
You will be a finance professional with significant experience in either commercial or NGO environments, including preparation of business planning in complex scenarios and multiple currencies. We're looking for a Supporter Data Selections & Imports Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring our fundraising and marketing teams have the high-quality data they need to engage supporters, grow income and help more young people build brighter futures.
This is an exciting opportunity to combine your technical expertise with collaboration and problem-solving. Working closely with colleagues across fundraising, marketing and supporter data, you'll manage complex data selections, oversee data imports into Microsoft Dynamics and use SQL to deliver accurate, timely insights that power successful campaigns. Your work will directly support fundraising activity and ensure every supporter has the best possible experience.
