As Charleston approaches its 50th anniversary in 2030, the 2030 Campaigns Manager will coordinate a number of projects to support Charleston's long-term ambitions. Working closely with the Director, who leads Charleston's endowment campaign, and the Head of Development, the postholder will play a key role in supporting Charleston's £15 million endowment campaign and coordinating the 50 for 50 campaign, which aims to secure 50 significant Bloomsbury works by 2030.

About the Role
We are looking for a Chief Operations Officer to lead the operations team, join the management team and support the CEO. Your priorities will be to oversee all fundraising, including campaigns, major donors and grant applications. You will oversee the HR of the organisation, including recruitment and disciplinaries. In partnership with the CEO and finance officer you will be jointly responsible for finance within the organisation. We are looking for a Senior Philanthropy Executive to join our Partnerships & Philanthropy team and help grow income from CHAS’s mid-level giving audience. This role will focus on building strong relationships with donors and prospects who typically give £1,500–£9,999 per year, while identifying new opportunities to grow supporter loyalty, increase giving, and develop major gift prospects.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys thoughtful relationship management by combining compelling communication and proactive donor development. Who you’ll work with: Your line manager will be the Head of Fundraising. There is also a full-time Fundraising Officer in the team who will provide some support for this role. Where you’ll work: All Voice 21 staff work remotely and this is a home-based role, with some travel expected to our London office (near Victoria station) and elsewhere for meetings. Occasional overnight stays may be required. Voice 21 pays all travel and accommodation expenses.

Income Generation
• Develop funding strategies for prospective trusts, identifying the strongest organisational and project matches and recommending the most effective approach.
