About this role

We’re looking someone who can support the team to maintain our strong online presence by delivering engaging, creative digital content. This role is about collaborating with colleagues, applying your knowledge of digital platforms, and actively developing your skills to keep pace with emerging trends.

Based in our busy Communications team, you will be responsible for creating compelling and engaging online copy for a range of platforms, as well as managing and growing our social media communities to amplify our brand, working across the organisation, for example:

• Supporting our Philanthropy team to engage donors in our work and through our series of events.
• Helping our Policy team to increase the knowledge of their recommendations for change among opinion formers and decision makers through social media.
• Working directly with the Investment team and our portfolio partners to gather and share their insights and stories.

Day-to-day you might be writing and repurposing blog content for our online channels, working with our Creative Content Officer and Media and Communications Officer producing multi-media content to support our events programme, or using insights and data to keep our digital content relevant and our audiences engaged.

We are looking for someone creative and driven, who shares our ambition and can help keep us on top of emerging digital trends.

You’ll know your way around social media platforms including X / Twitter and LinkedIn and tools like and Hootsuite and Google Analytics. You will also be able to produce excellent written content for an online audience including social media posts and blogs, with scope to grow within the role over time.

• Writing clear, concise and engaging copy for a variety of online platforms including social media, blogs, websites and email marketing.
• Supporting the Senior Communications Manager to manage our online brand, including how people interact with and interpret our work, by creating and scheduling content for social media and digital platforms using agreed templates and tone of voice.
• Liaising closely with our Creative Content Officer and Media and Communications Officer to produce compelling multi-media products that can be used across our platforms.
• Maintaining accurate records and trackers for posts, engagement data, and campaign timelines.
• Supporting the Communications team by preparing materials for events and online campaigns.
• Monitoring and optimising our digital channels, ensuring content is consistently high-quality, well structured, on brand and performing at its best. 
• Using data and feedback to improve content quality and relevance.
• Collaborating with colleagues across teams to ensure consistency and timely delivery of our digital communications content.
• Assisting the Head of Communications in the development, implementation and monitoring of our internal communications strategy, including our regular staff newsletter.

We are a small but vastly experienced team of family support/volunteer Coordinators, delivering highly respected volunteer-led home visiting support to families in the early years. 

We are looking for someone to provide direct support to families and also recruit, train and support a team of local parent/carer volunteers who will provide weekly home visiting and community support to families.

You will work  with other professionals from universal and specialist services to provide a coordinated response to families’ needs. We are helping a university students' union find a new Finance and Resource Director as they embark on a period of restructure in the Senior Leadership Team. Stella Maris is the official maritime charity of the Catholic Church.  We are looking for a Regional Port Chaplain for Immingham and the South Humber Ports to support seafarers, fishers and their families.

In this unique and rewarding role, you'll be the welcoming face of Stella Maris in your region, visiting ships, listening to crew members, and offering practical, pastoral and spiritual support to anyone in need, regardless of faith or background.

About the role

No two days are the same.  You might spend the morning visiting ships and listening to crew members' stories, help someone contact their family back home, support a seafarer in crisis, or offer a quiet moment of prayer on deck.

You'll also recruit and support a team of volunteers, work closely with other maritime charities and local partners, and build strong relationships with parishes, dioceses, and port authorities.  You'll be part of a nationwide network of Stella Maris chaplains, supported through regular meetings, retreats and professional development opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Visit ships regularly to meet seafarers and fishers, responding to their pastoral, practical and spiritual needs.
• Provide practical help such as transport, communication access, and emergency or crisis support.
• Offer spiritual care to Catholic seafarers and facilitate the religious needs of those from other faiths.
• Recruit, train and support Stella Maris volunteers.
• Work collaboratively with other maritime charities.
• Maintain strong relationships with local parishes, the Diocese of Nottingham, and port stakeholders such as the Harbour Master, shipping agents and welfare committees.

The Multiple System Atrophy Trust (MSA Trust) is the UK and Eire’s leading national charity offering vital support to people affected by MSA – a terminal neurodegenerative disease. 

About the Role

To lead on the Trust’s Policy and Communications work. To ensure our strategy and work in this area is led by the specific needs of people affected by MSA. This will require effective contact between the Trust and people affected by MSA, a range of health and care professionals; in order to develop their engagement in a professional and supportive way. To be an ambassador for change in wider society, working in the best interests of people affected by MSA. To develop and ensure effective external communications and dialogue with people affected by MSA and facilitate positive collaboration with other relevant agencies and policymakers. We are particularly keen to speak with interested candidates who enjoy cultivating high-value relationships from scratch and stewarding five- and six-figure corporate partnerships, and/or major donor relationships.

• Demonstrable significant experience working in corporate fundraising (experience in major donor and trusts & foundations fundraising would also be of benefit).

We’re looking for a Parish and Appeals Fundraiser to join our growing and supportive fundraising team at an exciting time of development. This is a brand-new role where you’ll help shape our approach to fundraising from the ground up — growing and supporting individual giving in our parishes, helping to build a new CMS, developing diocesan-wide appeals, and co-creating a simple and effective legacy campaign.

You’ll be working in a collaborative, welcoming environment with people who are passionate about making a difference and open to new ideas. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised and detail-focused, and is comfortable working across different platforms.

About the Role

Appointment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, though reduced hours and flexi-time will be considered.

Salary & Benefits: £ 30,131 - £33,406 per annum, 25 holidays, plus statutory bank holidays and 5 Diocesan closure days.

Main Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the Senior Fundraiser to refine and roll-out the parish fundraising programme.
• Work collaboratively with the Senior Fundraiser and Deputy Chief Operating Officer to devise and deliver a programme of annual diocesan appeals.
• Develop and deliver clear and engaging content for print, digital, website and social media elements of the appeal.
• Ensure donors and users have an accessible and seamless experience across all channels.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, checking and seeking advice where necessary.
• Implement and maintain a diocesan Customer Management System
• Prepare and share donation reports and feedback for each parish programme and diocesan appeal.
• Review and analyse reports to gain insights into donor behaviour and improve future fundraising activity.
• Develop and implement a simple legacy strategy
• Work collaboratively with the Senior Fundraiser and Trust Fundraiser to explore and develop other fundraising income streams.
• Research and keep abreast of industry activity and trends.
• Undertake any other reasonable tasks as required by the department/ diocese.

In the role you will:

• Lead and Inspire: Manage and motivate a dedicated team, ensuring they receive high quality supervision, training, and support.
• Champion Safety & Quality: Take ownership of Health & Safety compliance, safeguarding standards, and quality assurance measures including CQC and internal audits.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee budgets, payroll, and service delivery with a focus on efficiency and high standards.
• Empower Survivors: Ensure service users receive the care and advocacy they need to rebuild their lives.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in team management and compliance within a care or support setting.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, safeguarding, and quality frameworks.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
• Experience in modern slavery support is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided.
