We are seeking an MOD Heathlands Project Manager to join our cause.

The MOD Project Manager is responsible for the general oversight and operational management of designated Ministry of Defence (MOD) project sites, ensuring the effective delivery of conservation objectives, contractual commitments, and habitat management programmes.

Acting as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the MOD and Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), the postholder will maintain strong relationships with MOD and DIO representatives, contractors, partners, and other key stakeholders. Along with the Senior Estates Manager, they will provide oversight of site operations and ensure that management activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with organisational and contractual requirements.

The postholder will be expected to balance hands-on operational delivery with strategic planning, ensuring MOD project sites are managed effectively, within budget, and in line with organisational objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll coordinate the review and implementation of management plans across MOD sites, ensuring that conservation objectives are achieved while meeting the requirements of Countryside Stewardship agreements, the MOD training estate and any other contractual obligations. You’ll also be responsible for the procurement, supervision, and performance management of contractors, ensuring work is completed to the required standards and within agreed budgets and timescales.

You’ll lead major infrastructure and capital works programmes across MOD sites, overseeing projects from planning and development through to delivery and completion. The postholder will retain practical management responsibility for those sites and activities not delegated to the Reserves Officer or Heathland Officer.

You’ll also be responsible for direct line management of the Reserves Officer (MOD North) and Heathland Officer (MOD North), providing leadership, support, and performance oversight to ensure the successful delivery of site-based activities.

In addition, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day welfare of livestock on MOD sites, ensuring high standards of animal husbandry and seek support from the HIWWT Grazing Team where issues arise beyond basic livestock knowledge. As part of the management programme, you’ll be expected to feed into grazing plans and ensuring compliance of livestock whilst grazing MOD sites.

Your profile
Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on paid media execution, budget management, and optimisation for in-house paid social and PPC (including CALM’s Google Grant).
• Maintain and enhance website content performance, build high-converting landing pages, and implement SEO, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
• Write, build, and evaluate ongoing email campaigns and automated supporter journeys to drive engagement and action.
• Oversee GTM and GA4 tracking, communicate performance insights across teams, and maintain strict GDPR and cookie compliance.
• Lead and innovate by line managing the Digital Marketing Officer, testing new digital channels, and supporting broader MarComms team projects.

Competencies

• Strong understanding of paid social, including audience selection, creative approach, and account structures.

We are recruiting for qualified counsellor or therapist to join our team and deliver our service at Felpham Community College in Felpham, Bognor Regis. You will be working with a range of clients within the Dialogue Thresholds and working to a 6-8 session model. You will be working alongside another experienced Dialogue School Counsellor and working closely with the Student Services Pastoral team at the college.

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about making a difference to lives of the children they work with. You will provide an ethical, professional counselling service at Felpham Community College and will establish good professional working relationships with key school staff.

This will include discussion of referrals, managing a session timetable within the school day and agreeing a process for students coming to and from sessions.

You will be required to undertake assessments with parents/carers and counselling sessions with children, complete all associated admin and attend regular clinical supervision and line management meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Run a suitable appointment system flexible to the needs of the school, offering students appropriate assessments and counselling appointments.
• Manage the tight time boundaries of the role and the often complex and varied workload.
• Liaise with school staff over referrals, waiting lists and appointments.
• Carry out initial clinical and risk assessments and establish appropriate referral pathways with other services where appropriate. Continually assess risk throughout each student’s counselling.
• Follow YMCA Dialogue safeguarding procedures; to know who the School’s Designated Safeguarding Officer/s is and how to contact them when a safeguarding concern arises.
• Work at all times within the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
• Maintain individual membership of the BACP and to become a Registered Member (or other professional body such as HCPC).
• You will establish good professional working relationships with key school staff.

Qualifications, knowledge, and experience

You will have a genuine interest in working with children and young people of primary and secondary school age, together with experience of building effective therapeutic relationships. You will bring a professional, flexible approach, excellent interpersonal and time management skills, and ideally have experience of counselling children and young people using creative therapeutic approaches. Experience of working within a school setting would be advantageous.

Essential:

• Counselling or psychotherapy qualification at Level 4 minimum; Level 6 or above is desirable – along with two years’ or 450+ hours post qualifying experience in face-to-face individual counselling or therapy with young people (preferred), including experience of working with risk-related issues as a qualified counsellor.
• You will already have a sound understanding of child protection and vulnerable adult safeguarding issues, policies, and procedures.
• You will already have proven experience in safeguarding children and young people, responding to, managing, and referring safeguarding issues.
• You will already have a BACP Membership; BACP Registered or Accredited. Or other professional body e.g. HCPC.

About the role

As our Associate Director, Investment Development, you will design, structure and scale blended and private/commercial finance solutions for water and water-related investments — water for cities, water for industries and water for nature — and work closely with our CEO, Chief Investment Officer, in-country teams, investors, DFIs and programme partners to drive sustainable change.

In this role, you will:

• Support the structuring of commercially viable investments in water-saving technologies and process improvements for the textiles wet-processing industry in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and scale this work to other garment clusters, countries and industries.
• Lead the provision of advisory services supporting the evaluation, negotiation and implementation of mini- and mega PPP/concession investments in water supply and sanitation in Lagos, Nigeria.
• Originate, structure and develop opportunities for private investment in water supply and sanitation across RWA's target expansion markets.
• Work with consortium partners in the FCDO-funded Just Transitions for Water Security (JTWS) programme to mobilise public and private finance for climate resilience interventions set out in National Adaptation Plans and other partner engagements.
• Support the scaling of finance mobilisation under the Water Forward initiative launched by the World Bank Group and eight partner multilateral development banks: Water for People, Water for Food and Water for the Planet.
• Lead the conceptualisation and scaling of innovative financing instruments — including blue and nature-linked outcomes-based bonds, blended finance facilities and guarantees — and newly structured services such as Wastewater as a Service, leasing models and vendor financing.

To be successful, you will need:

• A graduate degree in economics, business administration, finance, engineering or a related field — or a first degree in one of these fields combined with specialised experience in project development or within a financial institution.
• At least 10 years' professional experience, including substantial transactional experience gained with a developer, within a financial institution, or in transaction advisory.
• At least five years' experience in the financing of private sector infrastructure (project finance, PPPs) and/or the financing of corporate water stewardship investments.
• Ability to investigate complex problems and propose innovative financing solutions, adapting structures thoughtfully to a wide range of country contexts.
• Experience leading teams and managing consultants, developing collaborative relationships and mentoring others with a high degree of cultural sensitivity.

Kids is a national charity that supports disabled children, young people and their families, helping them to thrive and reach their full potential. Through a wide range of services, advice and advocacy, Kids empowers children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to access opportunities, have their voices heard, and overcome barriers to inclusion.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Strategy, Partnerships and Advocacy, you will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team spanning communications, policy and influencing, and youth voice. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering an ambitious communications and external affairs strategy that raises the profile of Kids, strengthens stakeholder relationships, and supports the charity's mission to create a world where all kinds of kids have all kinds of opportunities.

Context of post

Reducing the Risk of Domestic Abuse is a company and charity set up to:

• provide inclusive services that reduce the risk of domestic abuse and promote the safety, choices and welfare of those affected
• enhance awareness of the nature and prevalence of domestic violence and help to foster good practice and an integrated multi integrated approach.
• The postholder will work in the high-risk team and be managed by the Service Manager with support from the Senior IDVA.
• A structured training and induction programme is in place to ensure new staff members are knowledgeable, confident and comfortable with the role.
• After 6 months of experience, the applicant will attend the Safelives IDVA training.
• Workload will be adjusted and study time will be given for attendance at training.
• Salary will be uplifted on successful completion of the course.

The trustees collectively have expertise in domestic abuse, child protection, criminal justice, voluntary sector governance, local authority community safety, training and quality assurance. While primarily a local charity the trustees anticipate that, with a focus on quality, some of the work of the charity may contribute to broader good practice development. The charity participates in a number of multi agency partnerships responsible for aspects of the county’s integrated domestic abuse strategy.

Function

The first priority of the charity is to provide an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor Service for the county. The post holder will be a member of the IDVA team and provide a pro-active service to victims of domestic violence to keep them safe and promote their wellbeing. They will use their skills to assess the risk a client is in, deliver a service appropriate to the level of risk and have a particular focus on providing an intensive service to those at high risk. The post holder will have the skills to act as lead professional, working to ensure an integrated service and co-ordinating multi agency work to keep people safe, in addition to working with victims and signposting to other services.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the Oxfordshire IDVA team to provide pro-active service and advice to victims at high risk of harm from domestic abuse to keep them and their children safe
• Risk assess and deliver service in keeping with the result
• Undertake safety planning with clients
• Develop individual service plans to meet the specific risks clients face
• Where relevant also support victims in their role as primary carers for their children
• Manage a caseload
• Maintain and update records of all cases
• Participate in champion networks and work closely with outreach workers and any other dedicated DA services as appropriate
• Participate in MARAC framework: refer clients to, attend and participate in meetings, follow-up on actions agreed in MARAC
• Keep other relevant services informed about important changes in client’s situation
• Support clients through the criminal justice system, explaining the procedures and their role and rights within that system
• Ensure that clients are immediately informed of any CJS developments and advised on any aspect affecting their safety
• Explain housing, civil and criminal legal options to clients
• Ensure that clients access the services to which they are entitled
• Refer on and arrange meetings with other agencies/services as necessary e.g. solicitors, benefit agencies, etc.
• Note and feedback to other agencies any consistent difficulties clients are having accessing their service
• Help clients develop their own support network
• Follow procedures and protocols so that the safety of the clients is kept central to any process
• Ensure Reducing the Risk fulfils its responsibilities in relation to safeguarding children
• Understand the legal framework relating to the protection of children, and the policy and procedures of Oxfordshire Safeguarding Children’s Board – including specific guidelines applied to the voluntary sector
• Participate in supervision and support systems for the service, and in training and professional development
• Bring casework issues and regular difficulties clients are having to the attention of the manager; contribute to efforts to improve Reducing the Risk practice and procedures and/or to work through multi agency partnerships to improve multi agency practice
• Any additional responsibilities as reasonably requested by the manager or trustees

The nature of this post will require flexibility to meet work needs as they arise. This may occassionally entail some work outside normal office hours. The post holder will be expected to adopt a flexible attitude to their duties. These may have to be varied after discussion, subject to the needs of the service and in keeping with the general profile of the post. There will also sometimes be a necessity to work effectively under pressure.

Appointment to the post will be subject to full enhanced DSB checks.

Full drivers licence with the use of a car for work
