Islamic Relief UK (IRUK) is recruiting for the position of Supporter Officer – Corporate Services on a fixed term maternity cover basis, to be based from its Waterloo Office, London. The organisation is currently operating to a hybrid working model.

The role will provide a comprehensive administrative and office management support to the Head of Corporate Services and the department. To establish and maintain effective communication with all departments/units and between offices and other functions of IRUK where relevant. Provide support to Corporate Services activities and projects and to help ensure effective delivery of corporate services strategy and work plan.

The successful candidate must have:

Experience:

• Substantial experience working as an Administrator/PA providing support to a Head of Department / senior manager.
• Demonstrable experience in attending and minuting managerial / executive meetings and assisting with the production of reports.
• Proven experience of working with budgets and strategy and maintaining financial records.
• Proven experience of diary and correspondence management.
• Experience of successfully providing full administrative support to a busy department including collating, monitoring and disseminating information to stakeholders.

Skills:

• Excellent organisational and administration skills. 
• Strong written communication skills necessary to draft letters, minutes, reports and other documentation.

APB exists to support Religious Order Bursars (and others) involved in the management of their charities. A vacancy in the post of General Secretary will arise later this year due to the retirement of the current post holder.

The General Secretary is responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of the Association which has over 200 members. • Demonstrable experience using data insight and analysis to inform decision making.

Our holiday and weekend activities give parents and carers a break while providing participants a safe, welcoming space to have fun and receive the care they need. Our coordinators plan, arrange and deliver a programme of activities shaped around the needs of the young people, making the most of local opportunities, from heritage sites and outdoor adventures, to sports, arts and crafts, cooking, and team challenges. These sessions help children build friendships, grow in confidence, and express themselves in a fun, supportive space.

1 x CYP Coordinator- Short Breaks Family Days- 30 hours- Kent wide

Family days bring families together to create special memories and enjoy time with others who share similar experiences. The coordinator develops and facilitates activity days which involve the whole family and provide opportunities to build friendships and connections with others. Activities take place at outdoor centres, local heritage sites and museums, as well as organised beach days and community centre-based workshops and activities.

Applicants should have relevant experience of working or volunteering with children and young people in education, health or social care, and have exceptional organisation and communication skills. 

The roles are 30 hours per week, working Wednesday to Saturday. In school holiday periods, more activities take place on weekdays (instead of Saturdays), so flexibility is needed.

Following the successful secondment of a valued team member, we are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our Wales team as an Operations Officer on a fixed‑term basis.
 

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the operational delivery and development of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE), helping more young people to access our life‑changing programmes.
 

As an Operations Officer, you will manage and support a portfolio of Licensed Organisations (LOs) to ensure the delivery of a high‑quality DofE programme. Most LOs are schools, but you will also work with a diverse range of partners, including colleges, local authorities, charities, pupil referral units, youth groups and young offender institutions.
 

You will work closely with a team of Operations Officers across Wales, each responsible for their own portfolio. The role is field‑based, involving regular travel to meetings and events. When not attending meetings, you will work from home, and applicants must live within or very close to the allocated portfolio area.
 

Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for day‑to‑day contact with LOs and for supporting delivery of the Wales Business Plan. You will be a passionate advocate for the DofE, motivated to help achieve our ambition of giving more than one million young people the opportunity to participate in our programmes.

Welsh Language

Key Accountabilities

Our Go Anywhere, Do Anything (GADA) project is part of our social inclusion provision at Share. It sees volunteers and students go on regular social outings to do things our students want to do. Our volunteers make this possible, supporting our students to navigate challenges and have fun on the trips. We currently run 36 GADA trips a year but are only scratching the surface of demand. We are looking for someone to support the growth of this project to 65 trips a year.

Main responsibilities

• You’ll work with our students to co-design a programme of GADA trips, as well as sign up students and volunteers to the trips.

• You’ll recruit and train GADA volunteers and support them on trips.

• You’ll organise GADA trips, including risk assessing them, planning how to make them accessible, carrying out administration such as buying tickets, and providing volunteers with the information they need.

• You’ll provide broader volunteer support, helping to deliver inductions for new volunteers, including supporting with interviews, taster days and induction training.

• You will support volunteer check-ins and surveys for all volunteers, including those in non-GADA roles.

• You’ll have experience of working or volunteering with people who need support, either in your personal or professional life.

• You’ll have experience of coordinating volunteers or projects, preferably in a community setting.

• You can build good working relationships with a range of stakeholders, including volunteers, staff, students, families, carers and external venues.

The Programmes Coordinator plays a central role in delivering our community-based services. You will coordinate and support the delivery of programmes, peer-support groups, drop-ins, and activities, while managing referrals and supporting accessible, person-centred service delivery.

ALAG is a user-led, pan-London membership charity supporting autistic adults without a learning disability. The Autism Hub sits under ALAG and provides advocacy, peer support, counselling, advice, activities, and training—connecting people to services that improve wellbeing and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate referrals, assessments, and service allocation
• Organise groups, drop-ins, and community activities
• Support delivery of counselling and advocacy services
• Manage schedules, bookings, venues, and online sessions
• Handle enquiries, inboxes, and appointment coordination

Impact & Communications Coordinator

Salary: c.£30,000

FEAST With Us (FEAST) is looking for a driven and creative Impact & Communications Coordinator to lead the measurement, evaluation and communication of our work tackling food insecurity across London. This pivotal role combines impact evaluation, data analysis and storytelling—using evidence to improve our services, strengthen fundraising, and clearly communicate the difference FEAST makes to individuals and communities.

About Us

FEAST improves the nutrition, wellbeing and health of people at risk of food insecurity. We deliver nutritious community meals, and Healthy Eating on a Budget programmes across London venues, working in partnership with charities and community organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FEAST’s impact measurement, evaluation and learning, including Theory of Change and impact frameworks
• Collect, analyse and interpret qualitative and quantitative impact data
• Produce accessible impact reports, case studies and insights
• Support funding applications and reporting with robust evidence
• Develop and deliver FEAST’s communications and marketing strategy
• Create engaging digital and print content (website, social media, newsletters, reports)
• Manage FEAST’s website and ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice
• Build relationships with partners, ambassadors and stakeholders

About You

You will have:

• At least 2 years’ experience in charity impact/evaluation
• At least 2 years’ experience in communications or marketing
• Strong data analysis, writing and storytelling skills
• Excellent organisation and project management abilities
• Experience using tools such as Excel, PowerBI, Mailchimp, CMS/WordPress and Canva
• A strong commitment to FEAST’s mission and values

Knowledge of food insecurity, nutrition, PowerBI dashboards, PR or policy work is desirable.
