Kineara is looking for someone who can grow our fundraising potential and engage key stakeholders across the sector, while delivering engaging communications and outreach campaigns that demonstrate our social value and grow our support base. They will play a key role in helping Kineara develop our newly formed charitable arm, alongside our community interest company, to generate income through engaging fundraising campaigns, impact-driven communications and strategic relationship-building with existing and potential funders.
You will work closely with project managers and SLT (Senior Leadership Team) to identify how support services can reduce barriers to secure housing, work and school; prevent evictions and homelessness; and improve health and wellbeing of people facing challenges. You’ll use this understanding to motivate new stakeholders to invest in our work - whether charitable trusts, corporate foundations or individuals.
You will feel real ownership over your work and need to be self-starting, flexible and hungry to grow with an already impactful charity with a strong social mission and vision. You will be keen to understand how our work makes a difference to people and use our impact to demonstrate our social value.This role crosscuts a range of key charitable specialisms, so you may have experience working in communications and be keen to widen your skillset; you may have a background in impact evaluation; or you may have worked in fundraising or development for a non-profit. We are keen to invite candidates with a range of experience from a variety of non-profit roles and are especially interested to meet candidates who have been part of – or are ready to be part of - the strategic growth of a charitable organisation.

Develop, contribute to and implement impact-driven and strategic communications campaigns that build Kineara’s fundraising capacity and raise awareness of the issues

Develop brand identity for Kineara’s new charitable arm, ensuring it is consistent across all activities in the organisation, while maintaining Kineara’s overall ‘look and feel’ to ensure coherence in branding, colours, messaging, style and approach.

Manage the creation, development, distribution of compelling, impact-driven story-telling about Kineara’s work and beneficiaries using interviews, blogs, case studies, etc.

Fundraising

The Relationship Fundraising team at Alzheimer’s Research UK (ARUK) is responsible for securing income from individuals, regional businesses and groups fundraising in the community, effectively managing relationships to maximise income.
The Relationship Fundraising role will play a significant part in contributing to a high-performing fundraising team. The role will cover area of West London.
You will report to the Relationship Fundraising Manager and support the Head of Relationship Fundraising & Volunteering to drive the continued growth of the charity’s fundraising income in your area. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy, finance, and reporting
· Responsibility for stewardship and relationship building with supporters within the region.
· Identify and apply for ‘Charity of the Year’ partnerships with corporates in the region, account manage these relationships up to a value of £50,000 per annum and support the Partnership Development Team with national partnerships in your region.
· Support existing volunteer fundraisers to encourage continued loyalty to the charity and to maximise funds raised, in accordance with fundraising legislation and good practice.

About Access
Access - The Foundation for Social Investment works to ensure that charities and social enterprises can access the finance they need to sustain or grow their impact. Access is currently implementing a new CRM and Grant Management System (Salesforce-based, delivered by implementation partner Vera) to support its programmes, partner relationships, and reporting needs. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the system is delivered well and that Access is ready to operate it confidently at go-live.
Position Overview
Access is seeking a Salesforce Implementation & Delivery Manager on a fixed-term basis to support the delivery of its Salesforce-based CRM and Grant Management System.
Reporting to the Project Manager, this role will combine:
- strong project coordination and delivery management,
- hands-on Salesforce CRM expertise, and
- practical change management capability to help staff adapt to new systems and ways of working.
As Access does not have Salesforce expertise in-house, this role will act as a key internal point of reference, helping to review and sense-check design decisions, manage delivery risks, and ensure that the system being built is usable, well understood, and ready for go-live.
This is not a developer or Salesforce Administrator role, but it does require strong Salesforce CRM experience, alongside proven ability to support users through change, structure complex projects, and keep delivery on track. The role will continue through early post–go live to support transition into business-as-usual and handover to the incoming System Administrator.

We’re seeking a dedicated Community & Events Co-ordinator to support delivery of inspiring events; support the growth of our community using digital tools; and to help grow and nurture our vibrant network of volunteers.
Key responsibilities:
· Volunteer Recruitment and Engagement:
o Use digital tactics and initiatives to drive volunteer recruitment, manage our volunteer recruitment onboarding process and inspire a new community of volunteers to join CPRE Hertfordshire.
o Attend volunteering fairs in Hertfordshire to recruit new volunteers.
· Event Co-ordination:
o Organise and manage community events from conception to execution including our annual Countryside Day.
o Utilise strong project management skills, including digital project management tools, working closely with the Chief Executive where appropriate, to oversee logistics, budgets, and outcomes.
o Attend and support community events on behalf of CPRE Hertfordshire including using our contactless machine for merchandise sales.
o Grow the number of community talks CPRE Hertfordshire delivers across Hertfordshire to increase awareness of our charity and its mission.
· Digital Membership Communications:
o Use our digital CRM, MS Dynamics, to set up automated membership renewals campaigns to retain our members.
o Support the Chief Executive with digital membership updates and communications as and when needed.
o Support Chief Executive with supporter to membership digital conversion campaigns.
· Online merchandise sales:
o Take responsibility for our e-commerce including copywriting for digital communications and finding new digital channels to sell our merchandise through.
· Performance Monitoring:
o Track and report on community engagement initiatives, including events, using digital data, online analytics and feedback to refine strategies and ensure ongoing success.
· Administrative Support:
o Maintain up-to-date digital volunteer records in our CRM and ensure compliance with GDPR.
o Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive as and when required.
o Manage various tasks related to the upkeep of the office.
Role requirements:
· Strong digital skills including proven success using a digital CRM, email software, and a working knowledge of various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
· Strong project management and organisational skills including using digital tools to juggle multiple projects, track progress and meet deadlines.
· A natural people person with proven experience in coordinating community-based activities including digital and in-person events.
· Willingness to travel regularly across Hertfordshire to attend events which may sometimes be at weekends.
· Experience as a volunteer; or working with, recruiting or coordinating volunteers.
· Proven ability to build partnerships and networks within local communities.
· Passion for environmental causes, particularly in protecting the countryside.

The team supports over 60 psychology‑focused member networks, each with its own specialist interests and passions. About the Role
As Senior Member Network Account Manager, you will be the main contact for several Member Networks, including Divisions. You’ll support and guide volunteers across multiple committees, helping them deliver activity for their members confidently and effectively. This includes advising on governance, finance, volunteer recruitment, events and wider activity planning. You will also build strong relationships, lead projects, and work closely with teams across the organisation to strengthen collaboration and network growth.
A day in the life may include:
- Advising volunteers on governance, finance, awards, planning and compliance matters
- Ensuring Networks deliver their activity plans, managing timelines and aligning work to strategic goals and budgets
- Supporting events and projects that drive member engagement, including budgeting, venue liaison and travel bookings
- Managing inboxes and responding to enquiries with clear advice and signposting

- Sharing best practice and improving processes, tools and systems as needed
- Maintaining documents in Google Workspace, including budgets, reports and committee lists.

Our plan for 2025 to 2027 focuses on strengthening our commitment to working with schools, families, and communities. We want to help people feel more confident talking about money. We will prioritise financial literacy in education and aim to increase funding for financial education programmes. Our goal is to ensure all children can make informed financial decisions as they grow up.

We are looking for a relationship-driven Corporate Fundraiser to manage and grow our corporate partnerships and support our mission to improve financial education for children and young people across the UK.
This role will focus primarily on account management of existing corporate partners, most of whom are based in London and work within the financial services sector. Corporate partners support the charity through donations, participation in a collaborative supporter group, and employee volunteering.
A key part of the role will be coordinating our corporate volunteering programme, particularly school-based volunteering sessions where corporate employees deliver financial education workshops. You will manage the end-to-end process, working closely with corporate partners, schools and internal colleagues to ensure high-quality delivery.
You will also support new business development, helping to identify and secure new corporate partnerships, and will use Salesforce to manage relationships, pipelines and reporting.

- Manage and steward a portfolio of corporate partners

The Active Ageing Coordinator will run BIAS’s very popular twice-weekly active ageing lunch clubs in Dollis Hill and Cricklewood, which attract over 50 attendees per session, working with a team of volunteers to coordinate activities including Irish music, dancing and bingo. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic person who is happy to take a hands-on approach to the development and delivery of our active ageing project. You will need to have strong people skills and the ability to proactively build positive relationships with volunteers and service users, along with excellent organisational abilities.
The project (funded by the Irish Government’s Emigrant Support Programme) will also involve delivering occasional special events for club members, such as St Patrick’s Day and Christmas celebrations and health and wellbeing days. You will need a strong capacity to build relationships and partnerships with other organisations and community groups in the borough, and a willingness to work with the leadership team on the marketing and development of the clubs, including via social media.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take the lead on the day-to-day running of BIAS’s two active ageing clubs in Brent, ensuring that they are welcoming, accessible and available to all.
- Carry out administrative tasks necessary for the successful running of the clubs, including shopping for club supplies, preparing refreshments, setting up music, organising entertainment and banking attendance fees, working within agreed budgets.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all club members during club sessions, and manage communication and additional engagement with members outside of club sessions.
- Record and maintain member and attendance information in BIAS’s client management system.
- Where needed and possible, provide support to BIAS’s Active Ageing Coordinator in Haringey borough, and cooperate on joint club initiatives.
- Working in close cooperation with BIAS’s Volunteer Manager, encourage volunteer recruitment and retention and supervise volunteers during club sessions, ensuring that they have a safe working environment and a positive, fulfilling volunteering experience.
- Contribute to the promotion of the active ageing clubs in the local community, help create content and manage community interactions on BIAS’s social media accounts, and represent BIAS at occasional community events.
- Organise an annual summer outing for club members, and work closely with the leadership team on the organisation of a Christmas event for the wider BIAS community.
- Plan annual Health and Wellbeing Days in cooperation with local health networks, and work with the management team to identify other possible initiatives to improve the health and wellbeing of active ageing club members.
- Develop and maintain good relations with other cultural organisations and community groups in Brent, with the aim of promoting cooperation and cross-cultural exchanges.
- Work with the management team to identify opportunities for expansion of the active ageing project and ways to increase community engagement with BIAS.
- Attend regular supervision sessions with the Head of Operations, and be willing to undertake training and professional development as needed.
These are the basic duties required of the Active Ageing Coordinator. However, it is necessary for all staff to be flexible and you may be required from time to time to perform other reasonable duties which are required for the efficient running of the organisation. We will also offer training opportunities to support your career development.
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK. This post will require travel to club venues and transport of club supplies, so access to a car is required.

BIAS is a local charity which has supported England’s largest Irish community for over forty-five years. We deliver our support through our welfare advice drop-in service, our active ageing clubs and our Be-a-friend volunteer scheme. We raise over £2 million in extra income for the most vulnerable every year and have over 3000 attendances at our club services. BIAS has exciting plans for further expansion and has a range of medium- to long-term grant funding streams, including from Ireland’s Emigrant Support Programme.
