What is The Multibank?
The Multibank is a clothes, bedding, baby, hygiene, toys and furniture bank all rolled into one.
Our idea is simple: businesses have surplus products that people need, while local charities and community organisations know the families who need them. The Multibank connects the two — getting essential products to people experiencing poverty, free at the point of delivery and with dignity at every step.
We were founded on the belief that businesses can help solve a social problem while addressing a business challenge. We take perfectly good products that businesses can no longer sell and put them to good use, helping alleviate some of the everyday challenges faced by families across the UK, while keeping products in use and contributing to a more sustainable economy.
While surplus is at the heart of our model, we also welcome product donations and use at-cost purchasing where needed to ensure we can provide the right products to meet demand.
We are a growing national charity, with an expanding network of Multibanks and an increasingly diverse group of business partners. As we grow, we're developing the supply partnerships, systems and processes needed to get more of the right products to more people.
What is the role and its impact?
We're looking for an experienced Supply & Partnerships Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day supply function at The Multibank.
You'll make sure products move efficiently from our supply partners through the Multibank network, while building strong relationships with suppliers and regional Multibanks and continually improving how we manage supply.
This is a hands-on role with significant responsibility. You'll manage the detail of stock offers, allocations and logistics, while also understanding the bigger picture and identifying opportunities to improve our systems, processes and supply base.
You'll work closely with the Director of Supply & Partnerships, taking ownership of operational supply and creating capacity for the Director to focus on strategic supply growth, senior partnerships and supporting the development of the wider Multibank network.
It's an opportunity to play a key role in helping The Multibank scale — ensuring we have the products, partnerships and systems needed to meet growing demand.
What you'll be working on
Supply operations

This job is for you if…
Experience of logistics, surplus redistribution, donations or working within the charity/social impact sector would be advantageous, but you don't need to come from a traditional logistics background. We're interested in transferable experience and people who can demonstrate strong organisation, relationship management, problem-solving and attention to detail.
A growing charity
The Multibank is a relatively young charity that has grown quickly, with an entrepreneurial and ambitious culture. We are now at an exciting stage of development, building our team and putting the structures, policies and processes in place to support our next phase of growth. Many of these are still in their infancy, which means there is plenty of opportunity to shape how we work. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be comfortable with some ambiguity, enjoy finding practical solutions and be excited by the opportunity to help build the systems and processes of a growing charity.
Why join The Multibank?
This is an exciting time to join The Multibank. We're growing our national network and developing the supply model needed to support that growth.
You'll have the opportunity to shape how we manage supply at scale, strengthen relationships with businesses and help build access to the right products for the communities we support.
You'll also have significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a tangible difference in a small, ambitious and rapidly growing charity.
How to apply
Alongside your CV, please provide a short covering statement addressing the following:
We expect significant interest in this role and may close the advert early if we receive a strong field of candidates.
Additional details
We believe in flexibility and trust. We’re happy to work with the successful candidate to find a working pattern that works for both them and the organisation. This could include flexibility around when hours are worked, alongside the option to consider a slightly reduced-hours arrangement for the right candidate.
We're a small and growing team, so there will be times when collaboration and availability are important, but we focus on outcomes rather than being prescriptive about when or where work is done.
We also recognise that people don't always meet every requirement listed in a job description. If you're excited about the role and can demonstrate strong organisational, relationship-building and problem-solving skills, we'd encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't exactly match everything we've described. The role involves occasional UK travel, including to meet supply partners, Multibanks and colleagues.
The Director of Supply & Partnerships is based in the North West, and the ability to travel to Preston / Manchester on occasion is advantageous, particularly during the induction period.
The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.

Join our Independent Sexual Violence Advisor Team
We are growing our specialist Independent Sexual Violence Advisor Team and are looking for exceptional people to join us as Adult ISVAs, Children and Young People’s ISVAs (CHISVAs), and a Family ISVA.
If you are passionate about making a real difference to the lives of survivors of sexual violence, want work that is meaningful, challenging and genuinely impactful, and are excited by the opportunity to develop specialist expertise, we want to hear from you.
You do not need to have worked as an ISVA, CHISVA or Family ISVA before. We are open to applicants who understand the complexity and responsibility of these roles, who bring strong transferable skills, and who can demonstrate the compassion, resilience, professional curiosity and commitment needed to support survivors through some of the most difficult experiences of their lives.
For applicants who are not already qualified, Lincolnshire Rape Crisis will fully fund the accredited ISVA qualification relevant to your role. You will be supported to attend training within your working time and given the support you need to successfully complete your qualification and develop your specialist practice.
This is a huge opportunity to join an experienced, ambitious and dynamic team, develop a career in specialist sexual violence advocacy, and become part of an organisation delivering critical services to survivors across Lincolnshire.
If you want a role where your work matters, where you can keep developing, and where you have the opportunity to create meaningful change for survivors, we would love to hear from you.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Lincolnshire Rape Crisis and become part of a highly skilled, ambitious and values-led organisation committed to transforming the support available to people affected by sexual violence and abuse.
As an Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA), you will provide specialist, trauma-informed and survivor-centred advocacy to survivors across Lincolnshire. You will support individuals whether or not they choose to report to the police, helping them understand their rights and options, access appropriate services and make informed decisions about their support.
For clients who choose to report, you will help them navigate every stage of the criminal justice process, from making an initial report and progressing through a police investigation to decisions made by the Crown Prosecution Service and any subsequent court proceedings. You will explain complex processes in a clear and accessible way, provide regular updates, liaise with criminal justice agencies, support clients to prepare for court and attend court with them where required.
You will provide consistent, independent advocacy throughout each client’s journey, ensuring their voice, choices and wellbeing remain central. You will work closely with the police, courts, Crown Prosecution Service, health services, safeguarding teams and voluntary-sector partners, while remaining independent from the criminal justice system.
The role includes managing a varied caseload, developing individual support and safety plans, identifying and responding to risk, maintaining accurate and confidential records, and advocating confidently on behalf of clients. You will be supported by an experienced management team, regular supervision, specialist training and a wider multidisciplinary team passionate about delivering exceptional services.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for dynamic, motivated and compassionate individuals with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be able to communicate sensitively with people who may be distressed, overwhelmed or experiencing significant uncertainty, while also engaging confidently and professionally with a wide range of agencies.
You will be resilient, highly organised and able to manage a demanding caseload without losing sight of the individual person behind each case. You will demonstrate sound professional judgement, strong boundaries and the ability to remain calm, responsive and solution-focused in complex situations.
We are particularly interested in applicants who:
Experience of advocacy, casework or supporting people within health, social care, criminal justice, safeguarding or the voluntary sector would be advantageous. Knowledge of the criminal justice system and the impact of sexual violence is desirable; however, we also welcome applicants with strong transferable skills and the commitment and ability to develop specialist knowledge.
Why Join Lincolnshire Rape Crisis?
Lincolnshire Rape Crisis is a growing, innovative and specialist organisation with an established reputation for providing high-quality services to survivors of sexual violence and abuse. We are proud of our skilled workforce, strong partnerships and commitment to ensuring survivors receive the support, advocacy and choices they deserve.
You will join a supportive and forward-thinking organisation where your professional development, wellbeing and contribution will be valued. We invest in our staff through specialist training, structured supervision, reflective practice and opportunities to develop within an expanding range of services.
Our work is challenging, purposeful and genuinely life-changing. We are looking for people who want to bring their skills, energy and ideas to an organisation that is ambitious for its clients, its staff and the communities it serves.
We offer trauma informed therapeutic and advocacy support to anyone who has experienced any form of sexual violence at any point in their life.
The client requests no contact from agencies or media sales.

Specifically, there is much to do to re-engage lapsed donors and to build a healthy pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new donors join our programme. Our mid-value donor programme also requires further development to enable the cultivation of future Major Donors. The Head of Philanthropy will work closely with the Director of Fundraising & Communications to dedicate time and attention to a strong portfolio of donors, and will contribute to the wider development of fundraising and communications strategies through senior team forum and all-staff forums. The post-holder will be key in taking our Philanthropy programme to the next level, building on key existing relationships, increasing income and opportunities generated by our team’s augmentation and growth and elevating the experience of supporting Noah’s Ark.

This is an exciting role to take a small charity to the next level. As the sole salaried employee of Summer Hype, you will have real autonomy to shape how the charity operates, grows and deepens its impact. This is not a role for someone who wants to follow a rigid script — it is for a self-starter who sees the potential in a brilliant organisation and wants to be the person who helps it flourish.
Crucially, you will not be starting from scratch. Summer Hype has more than ten years of successful delivery behind it, a committed community of participants and leaders, and meaningful roots in Hackney. What we need now is someone to take everything we have built and unlock the next chapter.
Where we are heading
Our ambition is clear: we want to be reaching 100 or more young people in Hackney every year. To get there, we know we need to do more — more in-year engagement with our existing participants and leaders, more activities across the school holidays, and a deeper, more visible presence in the borough. We believe there is enormous untapped potential within Summer Hype, and this role exists to realise it.
Some of the directions we are excited to explore include:
• Increasing in-year engagement with current and alumni participants and leaders — social events, skills sessions, community activities
• Deepening relationships with schools and community organisations that already know and trust us
• Growing our profile across Hackney so that Summer Hype becomes a recognised and respected name in the borough
• Longer term, we want to explore expanding our residential offering to other school holiday periods, building on the success of our summer programme
The person who takes on this role will have the chance to shape what this growth looks like. You will report to a Board of Trustees who are committed to Summer Hype's future and will support your work. Beyond that, Summer Hype has a wider community of talented alumni, youth leaders and volunteers — people who genuinely care about what we do. One of the exciting challenges of this role is finding ways to bring that community into more regular, meaningful engagement throughout the year; they are an asset waiting to be activated.
While you will have a supportive Trustee team guiding you, you will need to be comfortable owning your work, making decisions and driving things forward. In return, you will have genuine freedom to shape what the role looks like and real scope to leave your mark on a charity that is ready to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Camp Delivery & Participant Recruitment
• Identify and build relationships with referrers (schools, youth clubs and community organisations) to recruit new participants, including attending face-to-face meetings and maintaining a proactive presence in the community
• Manage all communication with participants' families — from initial sign-up through to post-camp follow-up — ensuring every family feels genuinely connected to Summer Hype
• Coordinate all camp logistics including securing the venue, arranging transport, ordering materials, working with the leadership team to plan the weekly programme and manage resources
• Serve as the logistical support during the residential week, supporting the volunteer Heads of Camp and liaising with site staff, coaches and families
• Collect feedback and data from participants, families and referees, working with the Fundraising and Impact Trustee
Leader Coordination
• Manage the leadership application process and coordinate a team of youth leaders for the summer programme
• Plan and deliver pre-camp training weekends and writing weekends, including sourcing venues and external speakers where appropriate
• Organise ongoing team-building activities and social events to strengthen the Summer Hype leader community
• Ensure all DBS checks are completed and records are kept up to date
Community Building and Year-Round Programming
• Develop and deliver activities throughout the year for current and alumni participants, leaders and families — helping to build a thriving Summer Hype community beyond the summer
• Embed Summer Hype within the wider Hackney community by forging links with local organisations, businesses and community groups
• Seek opportunities for sponsorship, in-kind support and local partnerships to strengthen our presence in the borough
Governance & Administration
• Maintain accurate records and data management systems in line with our data protection and safeguarding policies
• Ensure relevant charity documentation is organised, current and compliant
• Support the Board of Trustees with reporting and governance requirements
We expect flexibility will be needed across the core responsibilities (set out above). Additionally, after an initial period, the role has potential to flex to include some or all of the below responsibilities, following agreement between the successful job holder and Trustees.
Fundraising & Financial Sustainability
• Research, write and submit grant applications; manage relationships with funders and attend grant meetings
• Identify and develop new income streams including local business partnerships and in-kind support
• Lead on fundraising campaigns, including coordinating matched-funding drives and supporter communications, working closely with the existing fundraising Trustee and volunteers.
• driving the campaign, liaising with the leaders for coordinated posts
• Be responsible for compiling the end of year report for Charity Commision/website
Communications & Digital Presence
• Keep the Summer Hype website and social media presence up to date and look for opportunities to make it a more engaging and informative resource. Trustees are open to creative ideas to strengthen Summer Hype’s social media presence.
• Send regular email updates to supporters and donors, nurturing those relationships over time
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is energised by the mission of Summer Hype and excited by the challenge of building something. You don't need to have done every part of this role before — but you do need to be the kind of person who figures things out, takes initiative and cares deeply about young people.
Essential
• Experience in an operational, co-ordination or project management role (charity sector experience is welcome but not required)
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in building relationships with a range of stakeholders
• A genuine commitment to the mission of Summer Hype and to the young people of Hackney
• Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently
• Experience using standard digital tools (email, spreadsheets, social media)
Desirable
• Experience of grant writing or fundraising
• Experience working in or alongside a youth, education or community organisation
• Familiarity with safeguarding requirements and best practice
• Experience managing or supporting social media accounts and digital communications
• Knowledge of the Hackney community or East London voluntary sector
