We are currently recruiting a Partnerships Manager, for an exciting role within the charitable foundation of a globally renowned sporting event and club.
The charitable foundation provides grants and financial support and donates resources such as physical gifts and use of its facilities. It works with charity partners locally, nationally and internationally to champion opportunity for all. The foundation has a rich selection of programmes with a focus on the community based in South West London in particular, as well as a national sport for development programme and international charity partners. In 2024 grants and donations totalled more than £5 million.
The role:
This is a central role within the Foundation team to manage, develop and maintain partnerships and programmes with national and international charities, corporate partners and colleagues across the business. This role offers high visibility across the organisation and is ideal for someone who thrives on acting as a brand ambassador, networking and building relationships.
You will work with a diverse range of stakeholders, to manage multiple partnerships, oversee the delivery of programme activities and events and track and monitor the overall success of these partnerships. You will also work closely with the team, business colleagues, charity and corporate partners to identify new opportunities to develop and promote the partnerships. This will include designing and delivering programmes and events that are mutually beneficial, as well as collaborating on materials, content and publications to promote the foundation’s partnership work.
Full time role, 35 hours per week.
Hybrid working, with usually three-days at the office in South West London.
The person:
The ideal candidate will be highly skilled at building inspiring, energising and positive relationships, with a strong track record of developing and managing partnerships and programmes across a variety of stakeholders. You will be confident as a brand ambassador connecting with people and bringing a problem-solving and collaborative approach. This role needs a natural communicator who leads with positivity and clarity, building relationships with existing and new contacts at all levels, including service users, colleagues, board and senior management level. You will be accountable for creating and delivering against large scale partnership plans and developing new activities and events in collaboration with existing partners. They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of developing and delivering partnerships with charity/voluntary sector organisations as well as businesses, particularly in the sport for development field.

Experience using a CRM system to cultivate new business will be a key asset in this role.

The charity is looking for an experienced fundraiser to lead the team across a period of maternity leave. The Individual Giving team look after donors across philanthropy, corporate, members and legators. Internally this role is called the Head of Individual Giving, the job title has been amended for this selection process to reflect the broader remit of the role beyond regular donors.
The post holder will, in conjunction with the Director of Development, set and embed Scottish Operas Individual Giving strategy and will personally solicit gifts and steward key donors, whilst supporting and overseeing the work of the Individual Giving team.

Free To Fly is a registered charity supporting expectant mothers to leave abusive relationships and protect their unborn babies. Following successful fundraising and network-building in Portsmouth, they have appointed Charisma to support the recruitment of a Charity Manager, to lead and launch their Portsmouth project.
As their first paid employee, the Charity Manager, reporting to the Board of Trustees, will lead the day to day operational, strategic and business functions of the charity. You will be agreeing budgets and managing finances (with support and input from our Board and accountants), recruiting and mentoring volunteer teams, ambassadors, and future paid team members, driving fundraising via corporate partnerships, individual giving, events, and other income streams. With a responsibility for ensuring the charity’s sustainability, growth, and impact you will be the face and voice, representing the charity at meetings, events and in the media.
The successful candidate will be:
- Experienced in charity operations, including finance, HR, marketing, and fundraising, with a strong understanding of policy compliance and development.
- Responsible for increasing funding, driving growth and impact.
- Trauma informed and skilled in safeguarding and survivor support, with experience working sensitively with victims/survivors of abuse and protecting vulnerable adults and children.
- Excellent communicator and networker, able to build strong partnerships and represent the charity with professionalism and empathy.
- Organised, analytical, and self-motivated, with proven leadership ability, high computer literacy (Microsoft 365), and a results-focused, KPI-driven approach.
- Values-led and committed to growth, demonstrating flexibility, reliability, and alignment with the charity’s ethos and commitment to continuous development.
You will be based in Portsmouth, willing to travel and work occasional unsociable hours, with your own vehicle covered by business use insurance. This is a home-based role, and it is essential that you can work in a private working space with secure WIFI.
An Enhanced DBS check is also required (exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974).

The Communications Manager will be central to this mission, leading high-impact communications across brand and corporate partnerships, media, and talent to amplify Mission 44’s visibility and impact. This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with global brands like Formula 1, lululemon, Hot Wheels, and HP on bold campaigns that drive real change for young people.
The role will lead and manage communications across Mission 44’s brand and corporate partnerships, acting as the primary contact and fostering long-term, trusted relationships. The role will develop and execute integrated communications plans, deliver compelling storytelling, and collaborate with internal teams and partners - including Lewis Hamilton Ventures - to amplify impact, drive engagement, and support organisational objectives.
The role also supports media relations, managing the day-to-day delivery of our media agency partnership to secure high-quality coverage, and playing a central role in talent engagement, connecting key talent to meaningful campaigns and moments that elevate Mission 44’s mission globally.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
BRAND & FUNDRAISING COMMUNICATIONS (70%)

Manage communications across Mission 44’s portfolio of brand and corporate partners, serving as the primary contact.

Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with partners to strengthen engagement and impact.

The role of Corporate Partnerships Assistant will give you the opportunity to work with our wide portfolio of corporate partners and support the Corporate Partnerships Coordinator to build on our relationships. You will support with managing relationships, processing donations, maintaining databases, and assisting the account management team, offering a chance for you to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.
In this exciting role you will:
- Provide admin support to the team, keep the corporate supporter database (Raiser’s Edge) accurately maintained and up to date and assist with data gathering, reporting and insights.
- Provide excellent customer service, manage, respond and direct corporate partnership enquiries via email, and telephone.
- Support the planning and delivery of corporate partnership activities by working with both partners and St Mungo’s teams.
- Follow fundraising best practices, adhere to St Mungo’s policies, and contribute to a supportive team culture.
- You will work closely with the Coordinator, who will provide you with support, supervision and training to develop the necessary skills to succeed in this role.
In this role, you’ll work flexibly across different locations and activities, giving you the chance to engage with teams across St Mungo’s and external partners. You’ll also be required to spend time at our Central London office for training, collaboration, and team building. We support agile working for the rest of the week - whether from home or other St Mungo’s sites in London or regional locations.
