Job Purpose
The Project and Engagement Coordinator will play a central role in the implementation, coordination and day-to-day delivery of the Partners for Change project. Hosted by Stay and working across the wider partnership, the postholder will help ensure that the project delivers a high-quality, joined-up, trauma-informed and person-centred response to homelessness, rough sleeping, housing insecurity, multiple disadvantage and crisis across Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin.
This is both an operational and strategic role. The postholder will coordinate activity across partners, support delivery against agreed outputs and outcomes, manage data and reporting requirements, and help maintain strong communication, consistency and shared practice across the project.
A key part of the role will be the direct line management and operational oversight of the Intensive Support Workers. The Project and Engagement Coordinator will provide leadership, supervision, caseload oversight, quality assurance and day-to-day guidance to the Intensive Support Worker team, ensuring that support is well coordinated, responsive, safe and effective.
The role will also lead on engagement activity linked to the project, including partnership working, community engagement, peer support approaches, co-production, service development and the promotion of client voice. The postholder will help act as the operational bridge between frontline delivery, partner coordination, and project performance.

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you’ll be the escalation point from our People Operations team and will apply your specialist employee relations knowledge and expertise to provide professional and pragmatic employee relations advice on a range of employee relations (ER) issues, policies and processes.

About you

The organisation are seeking a highly experienced senior leader who can drive forward the strategy across committed fundraising and communications teams and build a high-performing, insight-led function with clear accountability for income growth, focused on securing and scaling high-value funding across major donors, corporates, philanthropy and strategic partnerships. The postholder will be accountable for delivering and growing income against ambitious targets, with a particular focus on high-value and strategic funding streams. The postholder will lead a communications strategy that drives engagement, strengthens brand and directly supports fundraising and income generation.
The selected candidate will have a proven track record of securing and scaling high-value income, including major gifts, corporate partnerships and strategic funding relationships. You will be a self-start, a clear strategic thinker, and a pace-setter within an organisation growing and making enormous impact. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will work with trustees and other senior volunteers to enhance and drive forward high-level relationships for the organisation.

Philanthropy Officer

We’re looking for a motivated and confident fundraiser to join the High Value Engagement team, helping to grow our philanthropy programme and ensure everyone affected by stroke can access the support they need to rebuild their lives.

Position: CE407 Philanthropy Officer
Location: Home-based with regular travel to the London office. Occasional national travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: Circa £31,700 per annum (inner London weighting £3,950 per annum/pro rata or outer London weighting £2,457 per annum/pro rata may be applied in accordance with where you live)

The Role
Reporting to the Philanthropy Manager, the Philanthropy Officer will manage and grow a portfolio of supporters, focusing on cultivating and stewarding lower-level major donors. You’ll build strong, authentic relationships through thoughtful stewardship, and compelling communications, while identifying new prospects and securing vital income. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a new role, contribute fresh ideas, and work collaboratively across the organisation.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Managing and developing a portfolio of supporters to meet agreed income targets
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with supporters through high-quality stewardship and engagement
· Identifying and researching new funding prospects to grow the donor pipeline
· Developing and delivering compelling written communications, including donor updates and funding proposals
About You
You will be/ have experience/have a proven record of:
· A passion for the cause and commitment to supporting people affected by stroke
· Experience or knowledge of major donor fundraising (or transferable relationship-based fundraising/sales experience)
· Building and managing effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
· Producing high-quality, engaging written content tailored to different audiences
· Researching prospects and identifying new funding opportunities
