At Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), we’re on the lookout for a trailblazing Digital Communities & Partnerships Officer. Your role will be to help CALM connect with content creators, the gaming sector, and their communities, working together to raise life-saving cash and build a culture of suicide preventers.

Fresh off the back of our biggest fundraising year ever in the digital space, we’re investing in our ambitious and creative team to keep that momentum going. Your main mission out of the gate? Joining our project team to deliver the fifth year of CALM’s epic partnership with Jingle Jam - one of the world’s biggest and best gaming-led charity events. We need someone to deliver outstanding stewardship, enable unforgettable supporter journeys, and cook up the kind of ‘Wow!’ moments that rally online communities to life-saving action.

YOUR JOB IN A NUTSHELL

You'll be right in the thick of our Jingle Jam 2026 delivery, while also spending some of your time supporting other creators and gaming-led fundraising. You'll look after our amazing community of supporters, help build pipelines for gaming companies we can partner with, and collaborate across CALM to make sure everything we do runs smoothly, safely, and accurately.

LONG-TERM PLANS

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract to start. Because our immediate, laser-focused priority is smashing our Jingle Jam 2026 partnership in December, we need someone who can hit the ground running for this crucial period.

Your profile

This isn’t a rigid checklist, but here is what we’d love you to bring to the table:

• Fundraising Experience: You have proven experience of working in fundraising for charity, including how to chat to supporters, and how to craft and deliver outstanding supporter journeys

• Gaming & Creator Understanding: You have a proven interest in and/or knowledge of content creators and/or the gaming world. Bonus points if you’ve used platforms like Discord, Tiltify, and Twitch

• Relationship-building: You can chat authentically to digital-first stakeholders, community members, and internal teams alike

• Organised & On It: You’ll need to be able to jump in, juggle deadlines, and keep your project work tracking smoothly

• Passionate: A genuine empathy for CALM’s mission to prevent suicide

About the Role

The Medical Sciences Development team works collaboratively with colleagues across the Division and the wider Development and Alumni Engagement team to secure philanthropic support for research priorities across Oxford’s medical sciences community.

Community Fundraiser (Covering North Liverpool, Southport, Knowsley & St Helens)

As part of our community team, you will place our supporters at the heart of everything you do by cultivating and stewarding relationships to provide a first-class experience. You are outgoing, independent, able to work instinctively, and confident in making approaches to garner new support.  You will have the ability to translate our story to develop and inspire our volunteers and engage with a wide range of community contacts and high street corporates. Do you have experience working with families and children aged 0-13, a good understanding of the needs of vulnerable families and a relevant vocational or academic qualification?

Welcare is recruiting an experienced Family Support Worker to deliver a broad-based preventative and responsive support service for families with children up to the age of 13 in partnership with schools, churches, the local authority and other agencies, in the London boroughs of Bromley and Greenwich.Local knowledge of Bromley and Greenwich areas would be an advantage.

You will be delivering practical and emotional support to enhance the lived experiences of children and families through one-to-one support and group work programmes.  The post requires working with families in person and online remote working.  The office base is in Community House, Bromley.

About us

The Sir Martin Gilbert Learning Centre is an educational charity whose mission is to educate young people about who Jews are and the contributions they have made to society. Our free workshops are integrated with the National Curriculum and rooted in academic research. Since launching in January 2024, we've reached over 5,800 students and built partnerships with schools across England, Scotland and Wales.

We're now entering an ambitious phase of growth, developing deeper relationships with select Focus Schools and building towards a national reach of 25,000 students per year.

The role

This is far more than a management job. As our first School Partnerships Manager, you'll lead our outreach to schools and play a central role in shaping how the Centre develops and grows. Working closely with the Director, you'll drive the number of schools accessing our programmes, deepen relationships with existing partners, and help design our Focus School programme from the ground up.

You'll spend your time:

• Building and stewarding relationships with teachers, heads of department, and senior school leaders
• Proactively identifying and contacting prospective partner schools through outreach, networking and events
• Managing the full partnership lifecycle, from first contact through booking, delivery and follow-up
• Shaping our Focus School programme and contributing ideas for curriculum development
• Representing the Centre at conferences and educational events

• You have experience working directly in or with schools, and understand what motivates teachers and senior leaders
• You've worked in relationship management, outreach, partnership development, sales or business development
• You're a confident, persuasive communicator - comfortable on outreach calls, in writing, and presenting in person
• You're self-motivated, well organised, and thrive in a small, ambitious team
• You're genuinely committed to our mission and excited to help shape a young charity at a pivotal moment
