About the role:
You will join our Global Fundraising department to help us grow our income across digital channels, enabling us to reach more people affected by landmines and conflict around the world. You will drive the delivery of MAG’s digital fundraising, campaigns, and engagement activity to raise vital funds and ensure an inspiring supporter experience for our donors in the UK and US. You will take responsibility for audience growth across social and search campaigns, developing and delivering compelling content to drive action and engagement. You will strive to improve and optimise our digital activity, taking a data-driven approach to inform and implement recommendations to improve our engagement across all channels. About you:
You will be a fundraising professional with experience running digital campaigns and raising income through digital channels that expand reach, impact and income. You will be self-motivated, creative and have the ability to manage and produce digital content which drives action, while using the latest trends and developments in social media to engage with audiences. You will have excellent digital skills and the ability to build, monitor, and analyse complex data and translate this into actionable recommendations. You will have experience managing and growing online communities, including experience using a website CMS and email platforms. You will be personable and approachable, able to build relationships across all levels of the organisation as well as with external agencies and suppliers.

We’re looking for a creative and organised Design Officer to join our Marketing team on a FTC until August 2027. This is an opportunity to play a key role in helping people recognise The National Lottery Community Fund and understand the difference our funding makes to communities across the UK.
Working closely with the Brand Manager and colleagues across Communications and Engagement, you’ll help create clear, accessible and engaging design materials for a wide range of channels. Terms
The role is a full-time (five days per week) on an 18-month fixed-term. The annual salary is £42,193 per annum less any required deductions for income tax and national insurance.
This role is based in Reprieve’s London office. Reprieve operates a hybrid working model and we require staff to work 40% of their working hours from the London office and the rest of the week from home. Reset is a bold new incubation designed to dramatically change the lives of some of the most vulnerable children in England today for the better.
Reset exists for children who are on, or at risk of being placed on Deprivation of Liberty orders due to the high risks they face from themselves or others, their complex and intersecting needs, and due to the lack of effective support available.
The children Reset will support are likely to be aged 12 to 18 and face complex challenges that often stem from the impact of traumatic childhood experiences, such as mental ill-health, self-harming, being sexually and/or criminally exploited and getting caught in harmful risk-taking behaviours including the use of harmful substances such as drugs and alcohol.
Reset is determined to ensure that, wherever possible, children are able to thrive back within their own families and/or communities.
About the role

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supporter Care and Donation Processing professional to join our high performing Supporter Care Team at Brooke. You will work as part of a busy Supporter Care and Fulfilment team providing high quality donation processing and fulfilment services, and the highest levels of supporter care. You will be responsible for completing donation and fulfilment day-to-day tasks within a busy Supporter Care team, including liaising/collaborating closely with the Finance and Database teams and other internal teams; always with a view to providing a first class donor experience whilst also seeking to retain and increase support of Brooke.
You will be joining a busy team, working very closely with Supporter Care colleagues to deliver excellent service provision to a variety of stakeholders and will support across both the Donation & Fulfilment, and Supporter Contact areas to ensure excellent Supporter Care provision at every touch point, for every supporter who interacts with us.
Criteria
You will have good experience of providing excellent supporter care to supporters and processing donations and fulfilment related work within a Supporter Care or Customer Services team, be able to communicate effectively with different audiences via a range of channels, and be able to demonstrate a passion for Brooke’s cause and talk confidently about our operational work.
You will need to multitask effectively, and have strong experience of handling complex administrative processes and being able to prioritise your workload and multitask effectively, enlisting support from other team members to do so. About the Role
The Street Engagement Team is an innovative service that works across the West End/Westminster. The team offers an outreach response to people experiencing homelessness and also leads on several other CSTM projects that cover accommodation and health inclusion service offers.
You will be managing and leading a multi-disciplinary team who provides a blend of both long-term and short-term support to people experiencing multiple levels of disadvantages and interconnecting needs. Modelling a psychologically informed approach, you will manage a team who develops and builds relationships so that every person gets the support they need to move them away from their experiences of homelessness. Through a compassionate and adaptive leadership and management style, you will enable creativity, and professional curiosity, strengthen resilience, and team well-being to be able to meet the different needs and aspirations of the people we support. With a working knowledge of housing options, health inclusion approaches and social care entitlements, you will be both strength-based and solution focused, maximising and developing partnerships internally and externally to enhance service provision. You will be committed to embedding coproduction, so that service provision continues to improve and evolve. You will be organised, analytical and reflective with an ability to balance competing priorities.
