Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Senior Quantitative Policy and Research Officer to join our Policy and Research team based in London.
We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support and life skills in order to get them back into education, training and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037.
Together with our partners, we support over 15,000 young people each year.
The Policy and Research team at Centrepoint provides the evidence base for the organisation’s policy and influencing work, using research, data and the experiences of young people to understand the causes and scale of youth homelessness and identify effective solutions. The team leads research across a range of policy areas, produces Centrepoint’s Youth Homelessness Databank, analyses national and local data, and translates findings into clear policy recommendations. It also supports external influencing, engaging with Government, Parliament, local authorities and other organisations to ensure evidence is used to shape policy and improve outcomes for young people.
Hybrid Working
Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model. The requirement is a minimum of 50% of your working week. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (e.g., two days one week and three days the next). For colleagues on different contracts (including part-time or compressed contracts) this will be adjusted accordingly.

The Role
The Director of Conferencing is a new role, created to lead the strategic development and delivery of Clare’s conferencing business, which provides a vital income stream to enable the College to sustain its core educational mission. The role-holder will manage key client and partner relationships, and drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic market positioning, while remaining sensitive to the needs of the College community and the rhythms of the academic year. In addition, the role-holder will have overall responsibility for the events team including support services.

Zarach is well established in West Yorkshire and Doncaster. We are now continuing to grow across the Yorkshire region, with a launch in Hull, Bridlington and Goole in October. We are looking to recruit a Family Engagement Officer to join our dedicated Yorkshire team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key part in the growth and development of our vital service as we expand into the East Riding.
As our ideal candidate you will be happy to travel in and around Hull and the East Riding. You will be able to travel regularly to meet with the team and conduct home visits across the region. You will play a crucial role in generating income that will positively support the delivery of existing and new community trust projects. In this role, you'll build and nurture strong relationships with schools, clients, partners, and key stakeholders including businesses.
You will lead on the sales of our high-quality schools programmes and packages that are delivered by our dedicated schools team, providing meaningful impact to a range of students. You will identify and close new opportunities with businesses, as well as schools, to meet agreed growth targets.
