JOB PURPOSE  

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, and reporting directly to the CEO, this role is of critical importance in supporting The Passage to achieve its vision and mission.

The Executive Assistant provides dedicated support to the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team, with key tasks including action tracking, minute taking, developing resources and materials for events, diary management and regularly being the first point of contact for individuals and organisations seeking to liaise with the CEO/Senior Leadership Team. We expect the post holder will have excellent relationship management skills, sound experience of using Office 365 products, strong organisational skills and the ability to support the smooth running of the Executive Team and governance functions.

The post holder will facilitate effective governance support systems, including organising meetings and supporting Trustees and Committee members to fulfil their roles where needed. They will also have excellent professional standards of confidentiality and discretion in all areas of work, including assisting and supporting high profile events at The Passage. 

MAIN DUTIES 

• Support the effective governance systems of The Passage Group (P2000, Passage Housing Services and Passage Trading Services) by ensuring effective Trustee and Committee member recruitment, induction and continued professional development.

• Support each Chair of Board with the implementation and ongoing review of a skills matrix system. 

• Act as the first point of contact for external bodies and individuals who wish to communicate with the Chief Executive, ensuring that the organisation is professionally represented and seen as accessible and responsive. 

• Liaise with Board members, teams and external organisations as necessary to facilitate the work of the Senior Leadership Team. 

• Assist the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team to project manage specific pieces of work and assist with the relationship management of key stakeholders. 

• Maintain professional standards of confidentiality and discretion in all areas of work. 

• Develop and manage systems that provide effective support for the Chief Executive and Senior Leadership Team, including diary management, scheduling and servicing meetings, project planning and monitoring communications.

• Assist in producing resources and other materials for the Senior Leadership Team as required. 

• Assist and support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team with the management and running of high-profile events as required. 

• Provide administrative support to Senior Leadership Team, Board and all Governance Committees including the production of annual governance meeting schedules, correspondence and minutes, and compiling and circulating papers.

• Maintain an up to date and accessible filing system for the Chief Executive and ensure that all information is stored in an accessible manner on SharePoint, adhering to data protection requirements. 

• Arrange meetings for the Chief Executive providing links with those involved and preparing hospitality, papers, and all practical arrangements. 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

• In conjunction with your Line Manager, continuously develop the role to ensure that all tasks are being undertaken in an effective and appropriate manner which meets the strategic aims and objectives of The Passage. 

• Participate in internal/external meetings as required, and attend training events, conferences and other functions as necessary. 

• Participate in regular supervision, annual appraisal and identifying individual professional and personal development and training needs. 

• Ensure that all The Passage policies and procedures are being adhered to, particularly those relating to Health and Safety, Code of Practice and Confidentiality. 

• Contribute to the effective implementation of The Passage’s Diversity and Equality Policy as it affects both The Passage and its work with vulnerable adults. 

• Undertake your role in a professional manner at all times to maintain a high-quality standard of work in accordance with the aims, values and ethos of The Passage.

About the Role

We are looking for Programme Governance Lead to manage and oversee the successful delivery of all programmes/projects within the Programmes Directorate by establishing and leading consistent governance and assurance. The postholder will strengthen programme governance, reporting and risk management ensuring programmes are delivered by agreed methodologies and in a consistent manner.

Key Responsibilities

As our Programme Governance Lead, you will:

• Define, implement and maintain an agreed methodology for programme/project lifecycle governance.
• Chair programme/project boards and ensuring decisions, and actions are documented and actioned.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies which are not captured by Programme Portfolio Leads. Ensure consistent risk management across projects and programmes. Proactively identify cross-programme/project risks and issues (including those not visible to project/programme leads), implement mitigations, and escalate risks/issues to the Director of Programmes and COO as required. Assess programme/project risks against the NYA risk register and update the register accordingly.
• Produce and present monthly programme governance reports at the Directorate Programme Board, providing clear portfolio-level insight (milestones, deliverables, RAG status, KPIs, benefits, and financial/resource assumptions) to enable effective senior decision-making and assurance.
• Design and run governance routines (e.g., project start-up, weekly/monthly reviews, decision logs, change control) and support high-quality papers and actions for directorate governance forums; ensure timely escalation of material risks, issues and decisions to the COO.
• Support teams to evidence compliance with funder/contractual requirements; ensure appropriate documentation, approvals and version control are in place and accessible.
• Implement and maintain a robust lessons-learned process (during and post-delivery) and ensure findings are integrated into future programmes/projects through updated standards, templates, training and assurance checkpoints.

The role

As a Senior Coach you will be working on the frontline delivering high quality one-to-one support to a caseload of young people across London. You will support young people to recognise and capitalise on their strengths by taking a coaching approach. The Woodland Trust is looking for a Senior Legacy Officer to support the strategic objectives of the Legacy Income Management Team by administering and managing legacies left to the Woodland Trust, ensuring that all legacy income is secured, protected and maximised. 

The Role:
•    Manage a complex caseload of legacy files, including pecuniary, residuary, specific gifts, and life interest trusts, protecting income where legal challenges arise.

Key duties and responsibilities

The post holder will:

Lead Mind's Gift Aid function to maximise income from fundraising activities.

Work cross-functionally with Fundraising, Finance and Compliance teams to optimise Gift Aid performance.

Ensure best practice in the collection, processing and claiming of Gift Aid across all income streams.

Monitor, improve and embed efficient Gift Aid processes, adapting to new products and income opportunities.

Provide insight and reporting to teams to help maximise Gift Aid income and performance.

Develop clear, engaging messaging to promote tax-efficient giving to supporters.

Maintain full compliance with HMRC regulations and internal governance requirements.

Act as Mind's subject matter expert and first point of contact for all Gift Aid queries.

Build strong relationships with HMRC, sector peers and internal stakeholders to share best practice.

Lead on Gift Aid audits, including HMRC visits, ensuring robust audit trails and implementation of recommendations.

Oversee document management and archiving systems for Gift Aid declarations, including third-party records.

Contribute to wider organisational objectives through leadership, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Job purpose

The Assistant Director - Digital and Innovation leads the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of Villiers Park’s digital education provision. This includes the design and delivery of online learning experiences, the development of digital and physical resources for use across programmes, and ensuring that digital delivery is accessible, safeguarded and aligned with the organisation’s mission.

The role also provides strategic and operational leadership for Leadership Challenge, Villiers Park’s national student outreach and social action programme. This includes programme design, partner engagement, monitoring and evaluation, and ensuring the programme is effectively resourced and financially sustainable.

Working closely with the Head of Programmes, Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Communications and Fundraising teams, and external partners, the postholder supports the development of digital innovation, programme resourcing and Leadership Challenge activity to enhance reach, impact and quality. 

Key responsibilities:

FORCE Cancer Charity is seeking an experienced Events Fundraiser (fixed term for 12 months) to join our friendly and dedicated Income Generation team. This role is central to delivering and growing our events programme, generating vital income to support people affected by cancer across Exeter and the wider Devon community.

You will take the lead on planning, managing and delivering our existing in‑house events, including our flagship Nello Cycle Ride, while also developing new fundraising opportunities through events, campaigns and supporter‑led activities. With our 40th anniversary in 2027, you will play a key role in shaping an ambitious and engaging programme of events that celebrates FORCE’s impact and inspires even more people to get involved.

A vital part of the role will involve building strong relationships with supporters, volunteers, suppliers and local businesses. You will provide exceptional stewardship, ensuring everyone involved feels supported, appreciated and motivated to continue their fundraising journey with FORCE.

Working closely with the wider Income Generation team, you will contribute to marketing activity, volunteer engagement, supporter communications and the development of new fundraising initiatives. You will also maintain accurate event and participant records, respond to enquiries with warmth and professionalism, and ensure all events are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role

The Global Financial Controller is responsible for leading Lumos’ financial control, reporting and compliance framework across the organisation, ensuring strong stewardship, financial integrity and transparency across all entities and jurisdictions.
