LOCATION: This role is based at the Crann Centre in Ovens, County Cork. There is an opportunity for hybrid working with the SMT currently working 1 day from home. 

BACKGROUND 

Crann supports children, adults and families living with neuro-physical disabilities across Munster. Through a community-based, family-centred approach, Crann delivers specialist services that focus on health, wellbeing and participation across the lifespan. The organisation currently supports over 800 families and works closely with individuals, carers and professionals to address the real and practical challenges faced by families living with lifelong disability. 

Since commencing services in 2019, Crann has grown steadily in both scale and ambition. The organisation is now entering a new phase focused on long-term sustainability, evidence-informed practice and strengthening its ability to deliver services and influence how disability supports are planned and delivered. 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

Crann is now seeking to appoint a Head of Fundraising, a senior leadership role responsible for developing and leading a sustainable fundraising function to support the organisation’s mission and future growth. This is a newly created role and represents a shift from organically grown, CEO-led fundraising to a more structured and strategic approach that supports scale, complexity and long-term financial sustainability. 

Reporting to the CEO and sitting on the Senior Management Team, the Head of Fundraising will be responsible for setting fundraising strategy, translating it into clear operational plans, and ensuring the systems, structures and ways of working are in place to deliver consistent and diversified income. The role will involve leading and developing a small fundraising team, strengthening capability, clarity and accountability across the function. 

In addition to building the fundraising function, the Head of Fundraising will personally manage a portfolio of key donor relationships and income streams, working directly with funders, donors, partners and stakeholders. The role will also contribute to the organisation’s longer-term ambitions, including preparing for future capital fundraising and supporting deeper engagement from senior leaders and the Board in fundraising activity.

Harris Hill is thrilled to partner with Christian Aid, to hire their new Digital Performance Advisor, to work in either London, Cardiff, Edinburgh or Warrington. The Digital Performance Advisor will be the driving force behind understanding and improving their online performance. This role is central to how they use data and insight to make impactful decisions across digital, fundraising, campaigning and supporter engagement.

This is a specialist analyst role and the organisation’s subject matter expert in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

Your essential skills and experience:

• Proven expertise in digital analysis and insight, with experience producing data-driven reports and actionable recommendations
• Experience working for a charity or non-profit
• Advanced GA4 knowledge, including funnels, segmentation, lifecycle reporting and (where relevant) e-commerce tracking. Strong understanding of the transition from Universal Analytics (GA3) to GA4 and its implications
• Experience using tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, and behavioural analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar, Contentsquare)
• Ability to interpret A/B testing and experimentation results to inform optimisation decisions
• Experience managing tracking requirements, tag management and integrating digital data with CRM systems

About the role 

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of the Frontline Improvement Project, ensuring it meets organisational priorities and delivers measurable, sustainable change. You will provide structured project leadership, maintain accountability for progress, and coordinate cross‑functional activity to keep the project on track in terms of scope, time, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Leadership Team in planning, developing, testing, and implementing all elements of the Frontline Improvement Project.
• Coordinate the project by establishing clear structures, plans, and processes that enable effective collaboration across departments.
• Lead designated workstreams and maintain strong communication between teams and stakeholders.
• Provide regular performance reporting in line with PMO and governance standards, outlining progress, risks, opportunities, and required decisions.
• Work with stakeholders to develop, monitor, and track project objectives and KPIs.
• Conduct operational and financial analysis to ensure efficient project delivery and recommend improvements where needed.
• Ensure high‑quality engagement, training, compliance, and budget management throughout all project activities.

This is a full‑time position working 35 hours per week on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role will require occasional travel typically a few times per month to PDSA sites for visits or team meetings.

• Proven track record of delivering business change initiatives while effectively managing multiple workstreams.

• The confidence to interpret data and insights and convert them into practical, outcome-focused solutions.
• Experience working closely with front‑line teams in operational, healthcare, social care, or veterinary settings is beneficial, though not essential.
• A Business Analysis qualification would be beneficial but is not essential.

This exciting CRM Officer role will support the data team with data imports, data selections and processing of income.

The Foundation has just started using a new CRM after undergoing a CRM migration from Raiser’s Edge, a very exciting time to be joining the Foundation! This role, alongside with other members of the CRM team, will liaise with the CRM Project Teams to support and ensure the successful outcome of the project and get us up to BAU.

What does the role involve?

• Manage data processes, imports and exports of all fundraising data including direct debits, new donors, email signups etc. in accordance with agreed protocols and in agreement with CRM Manager.
• Ensure that the use of the Fundraising database and the capture of all data from supporters or prospects conforms to data protection guidelines including GDPR relating to supporter preferences and consent.
• Support training for colleagues using the new CRM (Beacon) and help ensure all members are trained and kept up to date on new features and enhancements as they require to do their job effectively.
• Support the reconciliation of the bank statement with Beacon and ensure the Finance team know where to find information to enable accurate coding for management accounts.

What skills, knowledge and experience are we looking for?​

• Demonstrable relevant experience working in Fundraising, or a Charity database team role using Raiser’s Edge or any database similar, with experience of CRMs in general.
• Evidenced experience of managing high volumes of personal data using a large and complex supporter/CRM database.
• Evidenced ability to think analytically and deliver the most effective and accurate solutions for data capture, manipulation and reporting.

Communications Officer - Lost Woods of the Low Weald and Downs

The Communications Officer has a key role to play in planning and delivering communications for the Lost Woods of the Low Weald and Downs project. The Communications Officer will create and deliver the annual communications plan, working closely with partners to promote activities and events, write, edit, co-ordinate and publish content across various channels, including the website, social media, press, and print and online marketing materials. They will work with external suppliers to build and launch a new website, and plan and implement communications and marketing campaigns, while progressively improving organisational understanding of what works for different audiences. They will also look to maximise opportunities to promote NLHF’s funding and the support from National Lottery players.

The Role:
• Field enquiries from all stakeholders including journalists, politicians, partners and the general public including management of the Lost Woods email inbox.
• Create and distribute press releases and statements as needed.
• Work with partners to plan, create, manage and update communications channels including website, social media accounts, email, press etc.
• Plan and create multi-media communications materials and campaigns including films to support projects.
• Working with partners and designers, produce, edit and distribute updates and materials for external and internal audiences.
• Provide communications support for project partners and campaigns.
• Work with partners to promote and showcase project activities and events.
• Provide creative, editorial and operational support for communications projects and report on progress.
• Ensure National Lottery Heritage Fund /National Lottery Player support is promoted through project communications and report on results.

Your new role

We are looking for an experienced Trusts and Grants Fundraiser to join our friendly and dedicated team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new community based service supporting offenders as they transition from prison back into the community; rather than a custodial setting, where residents are able to go out into the community depending on their licence restrictions. As our Housing Lead, you play a vital role in supporting residents futures by working closely with housing stakeholders and residents to create tailored, effective move on plans. You help ensure people have the right tools, support and opportunities to rebuild their lives, reconnect with the community and move forward with confidence in their rehabilitation journey.

Some Key Responsibilities include:

• Act as the main point of contact between landlords, housing associations, local authorities, private landlords, wider Social Interest Group Services, and our residents
• Work with the wider team to support residents with their long term needs
• Provide specialist support to the wider team to ensure they are regularly trained and kept up to date with policies and procedures, including government changes
• Provide regular reports and updates
• Manage current resident tenancies, ensuring timely rent payment
• Support with property and building management and maintenance including scheduling repairs

About You

We're looking for someone who has knowledge on different types of tenancies, an understanding of the types of needs of our resident group, and able to provide tailored solutions to meet their long term goals. You will have a true passion to support in making a change, supporting rehabilitation, and providing opportunities to people to make positive changes to their lives, and reintegrate into society. You will have a general understanding of the criminal justice system, and/or have experience supporting people with multiple/complex needs. Further, you will have:

• Previous experience in coordinating/delivering activities and interventions with people from different backgrounds
• Experience of working with people of complex backgrounds and/or a good understanding of the sector
• Knowledge of risk management and risk assessment
• Knowledge of license conditions and public protection
• Knowledge of tenancy management, able to share knowledge with others in the team and residents
• Understanding of the housing and social needs of people with multiple and complex needs
• The ability to use, learn and adapt to IT at an intermediate level, including Microsoft and other software programs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral. Ability to form and build effective relationships and rapport with others
• Ability to influence and negotiate positive outcomes with others; Proactive in making decisions

About the Role

We’re looking for a Dual Diagnosis Worker with expertise in mental health and substance use to join our team in Croydon. Based in a residential service, you’ll support residents with mental health, complex needs, and dual diagnosis. In this role, you’ll use your specialist knowledge to help both residents and the wider team overcome personal challenges. 

You’ll use evidence-based approaches to support recovery, independence, and integration through holistic assessments. As a comorbidity specialist, you’ll guide the team in achieving positive outcomes for residents. Your main duties include:

• Undertake joint holistic assessments, risk assessments, care plans, and interventions to support harm reduction and minimisation.
• Set up realistic and flexible strengths-based support plans, working closely with colleagues and support teams to support and advise on interventions and approaches to meet individual needs.
• Help reduce episodes of crisis and assist residents/participants to access services which can offer alternatives to crisis support.
• Work closely with support staff and clinical teams to support and advise them on interventions and approaches to meet resident/participant comorbid, complex mental health and substance misuse needs.
• Support multi-disciplinary teams and the wider community teams with support, advice, signposting, and move on care planning. 

About You

We are looking for someone who has specialist knowledge on how to support individuals with comorbid and complex needs, with experience in interventions, and in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have practical experience and relevant qualifications, and be skilled in engaging reluctant individuals. You must be resilient, proactive, and a strong problem solver to build the trusting relationships essential for this role.

Each session will include personalised communication and support based upon the needs of a wide range of participants. The Healthy Living Coach will provide the information, resources and encouragement that will enable these individuals to make positive, lasting changes in their lifestyle.

Responsibilities and Duties specific to this role

1. Support the Health Project Manager with the delivery and monitoring of the Healthy Living Project.
2. Deliver accessible health and wellbeing training sessions for adults with people with learning disabilities and/or autism in community venues across Wandsworth with a focus on cooking practice, nutrition, physical activity, and behaviour change.
3. Support the Health Project Manager with all administrative tasks to support the smooth delivery of the Healthy Living Project.
4. Promote Generate’s Health Training and easy read work.

The successful candidate will have experience of facilitating accessible sessions to support adults with learning disabilities in community venues, experience of using person-centred approaches with people with a learning disability and/or autism and have the ability to travel to training locations within South London (Wandsworth in particular).
