Job Purpose
We’re looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Executive to ensure BHS supporters and partners feel thanked, informed and proud to be part of our community. As part of the performance marketing team, and reporting into the Campaign Manager- Supporter Engagement & Retention, you will help deliver email campaigns, supporter journeys and content that strengthens loyalty, supports our charitable work and improves the supporter experience.
What you’ll be doing:
Creating and writing engaging email campaigns, newsletters and supporter updates that inform and involve audiences in our work.
Helping to build supporter journeys that thank, inspire and keep people connected to grow our community.
Working with teams across marketing, membership, fundraising, volunteers, education and charitable impact areas.
Using data and testing to understand and improve the supporter journey to grow engagement and retention.

What you won’t be doing:
You won’t be working with a single audience- you’ll support a range of BHS supporters and partners including members, donors, coaches and volunteers and be involved in many areas of BHS.
You won’t be working alone. You will be working within a supportive performance marketing team and collaborating closely with the wider marketing, communications and fundraising department.
You won’t need charity or equestrian experience, although either would be helpful.
