About the Role

As a Caseworker, you will provide structured, tailored support plans based on holistic assessments for individuals affected by crime. You will make initial contact with victims via the telephone, then tailor the support to them explaining our services, and assessing the impact of crime. Your responsibilities will include developing, delivering, and monitoring safety and support plans, providing resources, interventions, and information to service users.

As a Caseworker you will:

• Manage a caseload of self-referred & referred service users, providing information & advocacy to help them navigate the criminal justice process.
• Conduct risk & needs assessments, ensuring each victim receives tailored support & information.
• Identify barriers to accessing services & work with partners to provide ongoing support.
• Keep accurate & confidential case records on a bespoke case management system
• Make calls to offer support to victims of domestic abuse, delivering immediate support.
• Develop, deliver and monitor safety and support plans for those affected by crime who accept ongoing support
• Liaise and actively engage with other local providers to share information on the VS service offer
• Work as part of a team with staff and the volunteer team to provide a seamless service to clients

About You

You will have an understanding of the impact of crime on victims & experience in delivering services within a statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency setting. Experience in managing a caseload and of completing risk & needs assessments would be beneficial.

You will need:

• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT skills, including the ability to navigate and utilise bespoke case management systems effectively and an ability to use Microsoft Office applications to a high standard
• Good organisational & time management skills, able to manage competing needs and priorities.
• To work effectively both as part of a team & independently
• To develop & maintain partnerships with internal & external organisations.
• The ability to maintain professional boundaries & confidentiality.
• Personal resilience to manage exposure to highly emotional or sensitive demands of the role

About the role
The Governance Officer will work closely with the Head of Governance to support the effective and efficient functioning of the board of governors, its committees, the Foundation’s subsidiary company, Medtrust, and other aspects of corporate governance. The role sits within the Company Secretary’s team, which is responsible for the Foundation’s governance, compliance, risk and assurance processes.

The post-holder will provide high-quality secretariat and governance support, helping to ensure that agendas, papers, minutes, forward plans, governance records and key meetings are accurate, timely and delivered to agreed standards. They will also support governance meetings and events, maintain governance systems and registers, assist with policy and regulatory compliance processes, contribute to governance learning and effectiveness work, and provide administrative support to the People Forum.

Deliver high-quality governance and secretariat support for the board and its committees, including agendas, papers, meeting support, minutes and forward planning. This will include providing the secretariat for at least one committee and supporting the Head of Governance with the effective administration of the overall governance structure.
Plan and coordinate in-person, hybrid and virtual governance meetings and events, including board meetings, committee meetings, governor information sessions, awaydays and board dinners.
Maintain accurate governance systems, records, trackers and registers, supporting transparency, compliance and effective governance assurance.

Support the operation of governance frameworks, including policy reviews, delegated authority processes, declarations of interest, hospitality and gifts, governors’ grants, and regulatory filing requirements.
The successful candidate will have experience of supporting senior managers, governors, trustees or committee members; excellent organisational skills; strong written and verbal communication skills, including accurate minute-taking; and confidence using tools such as Microsoft Office, Acrobat and Teams to support governance or administrative work to a high standard.

Mindful Mums is an award-winning perinatal mental health and wellbeing peer support project that builds resilience and confidence in women and birthing people in the first year of motherhood.

We are seeking a sessional Project Worker to facilitate our structured, psychoeducational groups alongside our peer support volunteers. Within these groups, you will provide a safe, non-judgmental space for women and birthing people to share their experiences, meet others and discuss the challenges that come during early parenthood. You will also assist volunteers to deliver effective groups, providing appropriate support and guidance.

Our formats include; antenatal, postnatal, specialist groups for women from the global majority (Diversity Matters), Young Mums and weekly walking groups.

You will be a highly skilled facilitator with good knowledge of perinatal mental health and experience supporting people with mental health problems. Your exceptional organisation skills will support the successful delivery of the project and ensure that it is evaluated effectively.

• appreciate the pressures and stresses facing women and birthing people during pregnancy and as new parents.

We are seeking a Sessional Project Worker to join our Perinatal Outreach service, to co-facilitate group support for perinatal clients (pregnant women and birthing people of children less than 2 years old) within the London Boroughs of Bromley and Greenwich.

You will help to support women under the care of the Oxleas Perinatal Mental Health Team with moderate to severe mental health challenges who have been identified as requiring additional practical and social support.

You will attend a regular programme of perinatal support groups and activities that encourage women to access outreach support within the local community, develop social networks and reduce isolation as part of their recovery plan. Current activities include weekly play sessions, walking group, soft play, picnics and monthly outings.

Applicants should have a good understanding of mental health challenges in the perinatal period alongside experience of responding to emotional crisis and managing risk. An ability to adapt to multiple and diverse needs, to be proactive and work independently but collaboratively is essential for this role.

• Provide administrative support and maintenance for the FinDock application, including ensuring data accuracy, proper record management and seamless financial integration with the wider Salesforce environment.

• Manage our Salesforce NPC org, running the audits and release cycles. Working collaboratively with stakeholders to define and document development requirements, and prioritise the backlog.

• Continuously improving our products you’ll provide guidance and support with evaluation, scoping, configuration, testing and release management.

You'll manage campaigns from concept through to evaluation, monitor performance against targets and budgets, and ensure all activity meets fundraising and compliance standards. You'll also support the development of our Individual Giving and Legacies Executive and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture.

We are looking for a Tennis Development Officer to support the delivery of tennis as one of our Focus Sports. The role combines tennis delivery with desk-based sports administration and student engagement. We are looking for someone passionate about developing tennis in all forms - from running beginner friendly sessions to working with students to co-create community volunteering projects.

We are looking for an Innovation Officer (Portfolio) to help grow and strengthen this impact. You will sit within our Innovation Team in the Research and Influencing Directorate, supporting performance, relationships and learning across our investment portfolio.

What you’ll do 
You will manage relationships with our innovation portfolio partners, monitoring progress, impact and reach, seeking opportunities for wider implementation and scale of innovations, how can we drive opportunities for wider adoption and growth of innovations? 
You will help us understand the impact of our innovation portfolio by turning project data into clear, useful insight through dashboards and analysis. .How do we frame data to focus on outcomes and emphasise real world change?  
You will track the return on investment of innovations within the portfolio, monitoring quarterly   sales and annual returns to understand whether innovations are delivering the expected impact and sustainability. How do we balance impact, growth and financial return? 
You will help with operational delivery, including due diligence, contracting, and invoicing. How do we keep the behind the scenes work steady so innovation can move forward? 
You will also help share the work of our team and innovators we support  through events, communications, and engagement. How do we make impact feel real and support innovations to be accessible to others? 
You will support learning and evaluation to understand what works and why. How do we make space for learning, not just delivery? 
Key responsibilities include: 

- Manage portfolio partner relationships through regular engagement, meetings, and stakeholder support 
- Develop and maintain impact metrics and dashboards to track portfolio performance, returns, and impact 
- Monitor financial performance including sales, returns, and quarterly partner reporting 
- Review and analyse partner reports to identify progress, risks, and key themes across the portfolio 
- Support income-generation opportunities by identifying routes for testing, implementation, and scaling 
- Monitor compliance requirements including contractual obligations and brand-licensing agreements 
- Lead evaluation activity by designing, commissioning, and monitoring evaluations with partners 
- Prepare and coordinate partner representation and involvement in meetings and events 
- Support operational processes such as invoicing, due diligence, contracting, and onboarding of new partners 
- Collaborate across teams and contribute to continuous improvement of portfolio management and reporting

About The Role

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Car Parking Attendant to join our team and be the first point of contact for visitors arriving at the Arboretum. This role is all about providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service from the moment visitors arrive, ensuring they are guided safely and efficiently to their parking spaces. You’ll be representing the Arboretum, so a helpful attitude, strong communication skills, and a good knowledge of the site are essential. You'll also be supporting the wider team with site presentation, keeping the car park areas tidy and well-maintained.

The role involves working closely with the Grounds, Caretaking, and Events teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support for larger on-site events.
