Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for an Interim PMO Lead to establish and manage a Project Management Office (PMO) supporting significant organisational transformation initiatives, based in London.

About the role

Reporting to the Director of Performance and Technology, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and embedding project management excellence across Centrepoint. You’ll influence how projects are governed, ensure best practice is adopted, and support the delivery of complex change initiatives that will help drive Centrepoint’s future success.

As Interim PMO Lead, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing a robust PMO structure that enables the organisation to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to establish effective governance, risk management, and reporting frameworks, ensuring that all transformation activities are aligned with Centrepoint’s strategic objectives. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference by building capability, driving continuous improvement, and embedding a culture of accountability and excellence in project delivery. Hybrid Working

Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model. The requirement is a minimum of 50% of your working week. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (e.g., two days one week and three days the next). For colleagues on different contracts (including part-time or compressed contracts) this will be adjusted accordingly.

About you

• You have proven experience leading or managing a PMO or project governance function.
• You hold a recognised professional qualification in project management (such as Prince2, APM, or Lean Six Sigma).
• You have a strong track record of delivering business transformation in large, complex organisations.

The Role:
The Health and Safety Manager will take a lead role in strengthening the organisation’s health and safety framework, ensuring compliance with all relevant HSE legislation and RSH expectations. The role will involve developing and embedding a proportionate HSMS, managing the rollout of a new digital health and safety portal, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) Implementation
• Develop and implement a comprehensive HSMS tailored to the scale and operations of the association.
• Review and enhance existing health and safety policies, risk assessments, and procedures.

• Prepare and present reports, performance metrics, and compliance evidence for Board and Audit Committee meetings.
• Support readiness for any regulatory engagement, audits, or inspections.

Collaboration with Third-Party Provider
• Act as the main liaison with the external Health and Safety Portal provider.
• Lead on system configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live processes.
• Oversee user training and ensure the portal becomes embedded in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure the system supports ongoing compliance monitoring and reporting requirements.

Person specifications:
Essential:
• IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent).
• Proven experience implementing or managing a Health and Safety Management System, ideally within housing, property management, or a similar regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of UK health and safety legislation and compliance frameworks.
• Experience of working to meet the Regulator of Social Housing standards or equivalent regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently within a small organisation and deliver practical, proportionate solutions.

Desirable:
• Experience implementing or managing a digital health and safety portal or compliance management system.
• Knowledge of housing asset compliance areas (gas, fire, electrical, asbestos, water hygiene, lifts, etc.).
• Experience working in or with a registered housing provider.

Temporary workers are vital to the continuous and effective running of St Mungo’s services. We have our bank of around 370 casual locum workers who, along with a range of temporary agency partners, cover staffing gaps across the organisation.

Working as part of a small sub-team within the wider Resourcing Team you will join us as a Resourcing Administrator and play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding and retention of casual workers and temporary agency staff across the organisation.

In this varied and interesting role, you will:

• Provide administrative support for a range of People activities relating to temporary staff, including recruitment, compliance, onboarding, payroll, L&D and offboarding.
• Carry out all pre-employment checks for casual workers to St Mungo’s Locum Bank, processing a high volume of applications from various sources including staff leavers, agency workers, students, volunteers and external applicants.
• Be the first point of contact for day-to-day queries from locums, managers and agencies, dealing promptly and effectively by phone, email and in person.
• Conduct agency audits and contribute to the ongoing compliance monitoring of agencies on St Mungo’s Agency Preferred Supplier List (PSL).

In this role you will be required to work flexibly for at least 2 days per week from our Central Office in London. This allows for training, in person collaboration, team building, line management and other relationship building opportunities. We support a flexible approach to work with opportunities for agile working for the rest of your week; from home, or other St Mungo’s London or regional locations. 

About you

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have exceptional customer-service skills and proven experience working in a busy service environment.
• Strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to work on and prioritise a range of different and competing tasks.
• A close eye for detail and an appreciation of the importance of accuracy when monitoring and inputting People data.
• Some experience of working with database management systems – this may be a staff booking system, a core People system, ATS or LMS.
• The ability to problem-solve and the tenacity to see tasks through to completion.

Whilst advantageous, you don’t necessarily need to have extensive experience in a Recruitment or People role; what’s important is having a pro-active, ‘can do’ attitude, along with a willingness to learn!

About The Bridge Homelessness To Hope

We began in 2008 with a mission to help people who are homeless in Leicester by providing them with hot food, drinks and most importantly, companionship and we have evolved from there to the service we provide today.

Our staff team and volunteers derive from many backgrounds and religions, all with one common goal: to help those who are on the street move from despair to hope.

We are an outreach to the homeless and to those who just have nowhere to go and no-one to turn to. Through our Hub we support those who are hardest to reach by seeking to:​

· Be a place where guests (never service users or clients) can feel secure, trustful and not feel judged.

· Run services that are supplied by people who understand their challenges and are empathetic to them.

Purpose of the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Operations Manager ensures the effective day-to-day running of The Bridge Homelessness To Hope’s services — including Drop-In Hub and supported accommodation — maintaining safe, high-quality delivery and ensuring that staff and volunteers are supported to provide compassionate and effective support for people experiencing homelessness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership and Management

· Work with the CEO to ensure The Bridge Homelessness To Hope’s mission and values are lived out in practice.

· Translate strategic plans into operational work plans with clear targets and outcomes.

· Provide visible leadership within the Hub and accommodation projects, modelling best practice.

· Deputise for the CEO as required.

· Ensure systems and culture of effective internal communications, including team meetings, and day-to-day communications protocols.

2. Housing and Hub Operations

· Oversee housing operations, including maintenance, furnishing, and equipment.

· Ensure compliance with housing regulations, leases, and health and safety

· Manage contractors and cleaners for accommodation and Hub facilities.

· Oversee resident induction, behaviour issues, crises, and breaches of licence.

· Oversee housing records and inspection reports.

· Ensure accurate and timely housing benefit claims, payments, and record keeping.

· Liaise with property owners and coordinate day-to-day housing management tasks.

· Oversee Hub operations, ensuring high standards of delivery and effective support for guests.

3. People Management

· Line manage staff team, ensuring clear supervision and accountability.

· Recruit new staff, including advertising, short-listing, interviewing.

· Conduct regular one-to-ones and appraisals with all staff.

· Oversee staff induction, development, and wellbeing.

· Ensure appropriate training for regulatory and practice updates.

· Manage performance issues, grievances, and disciplinaries in line with policy.

4. Service Delivery and Impact

· Ensure safe, effective, and compassionate service delivery across all operational areas.

· Maintain systems for effective data capture, monitoring, and reporting.

· Support evaluation, reporting, and improvement processes.

· Contribute to safeguarding oversight and incident management.

· Lead on-site crisis response and staff support during incidents.

5. Financial and Administrative Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day housing income and expenditure.

· Ensure operational efficiency through effective systems and processes.

· Support administrative and compliance processes across the charity.

6. Risk Management and Compliance

· Maintain and regularly review the organisational risk register.

· Manage operational risks, including safeguarding, health & safety, and reputational issues.

· Ensure all incidents and concerns are recorded and followed up appropriately.

7. External Relations

· Liaise with local authorities, housing benefit officers, and partner agencies.

· Represent The Bridge Homelessness to Hope at relevant operational meetings and networks.

· Ensure accurate signposting and referrals for service users.

Other

· Other trouble-shooting, providing cover, general advice etc.

What You Need

Essential:

• Proven experience in operations or office management.
• Strong organisational skills.

About the role

The Lead Worker - Coaching role at Crisis Skylight South Wales is a varied and fulfilling role. You will assist people who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless by assessing their needs and offering appropriate interventions (coaching, information, advice and guidance, advocacy and direct support) and use a variety of communication skills to develop, follow and review a personalised plan to end their homelessness sustainably.

You will have access to regular one to one supervision sessions and facilitated reflective practice sessions to support the positive impact of the role; working collaboratively with internal colleagues and external services is also an important aspect of the role to ensure that individuals are able to access the services they need.

About you

• Ability to motivate and encourage individuals to maintain their access to the service by working through the changes they have identified and supporting them to recognise their progress.
• Current knowledge of health and safety issues and safeguarding procedures to ensure a safe environment is provided for individual’s accessing the service, staff, volunteers, supporters and visitors.
• Being able to support team members, including volunteers, by sharing your knowledge and skills and by working constructively together to end the homelessness of the individuals accessing the service.

• Ability to collaborate with partner organisations to maintain service knowledge, referral pathways and manage safeguarding concerns. When necessary, advocate for individuals to ensure that they are able to receive, engage or continue to access services appropriate to their needs.

• Knowledge and experience of coaching which assists individuals experiencing homelessness through a process of strengths based personal change; coupled with the ability to recognise when other interventions like IAG, advocacy or direct assistance may be needed.

• You may have experience in working within a relevant sector such as homelessness, mental health, drug and alcohol treatment, criminal justice, domestic abuse, modern day slavery or employability support. You may also hold or develop one or more areas of expertise such as housing access, homelessness / housing legislation, welfare benefits, employment support, health services, drug and alcohol treatment, MAPPA, MARAC or criminal justice services. This may enhance the effectiveness of the services’ ability to support members and engage effectively with partners.

We are seeking a passionate and recovery-focused Community Engagement Practitioner to join the Personality Disorders (PD) Pathway, part of the Complex Emotional Needs (CEN) Service. This multidisciplinary team provides specialist psychological support to service users with complex emotional and interpersonal needs.

You will help service users build meaningful lives beyond services by fostering community connections, supporting recovery planning, and promoting personal empowerment. Treatment approaches include Structured Clinical Management (SCM), Mentalisation-Based Therapy (MBT), and other evidence-based models.

What do I need to bring with me?

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. We also value lived experience of the areas we support, so if you feel comfortable, please do mention this on your application.

Here's what the team will be looking for

The team will be seeking candidates who demonstrate a solid foundation in mental health care, ideally holding NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience. They value individuals with a clear understanding of recovery principles, peer support, and the ability to work effectively with service users and external agencies. Familiarity with multidisciplinary team functions, care planning, risk assessment, and knowledge of the Mental Health Act and local resources will be essential. Strong communication and group facilitation skills, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure and act professionally, are highly regarded. Candidates should be able to build positive therapeutic relationships while maintaining boundaries, work independently as well as collaboratively, and provide practical support that adapts to changing needs. Competence in IT systems and record-keeping, particularly RIO, and the ability to serve as a positive, caring role model will round out the qualities the team is looking for.

As a Support Worker at Ace of Clubs drop-in day centre supporting people who are homeless and facing adversity, you will play a key role in supporting individuals who may be navigating chaotic lifestyles, trauma, and multiple disadvantages. You will provide practical and emotional support, help people access essential services, and work to empower them to move towards independence.

Your role will involve working directly with service users, managing case records, liaising with partner agencies, and contributing to the smooth running of our busy centre. Ultimately, you will support people to overcome barriers, develop essential skills, and build confidence in navigating life challenges and providing advocacy where needed.  In particular, you will be on duty as Support Worker during our busy, daily lunchtime service - responding to the needs of a variety of guests – on a busy day we can reach 150 – 200 guests visiting our service.

In addition, Ace of Clubs works with a wide range of volunteers and partners on a daily basis including food partners, health partners, corporate, individual and client volunteers.  Your role will also be required to support the team in the smooth functioning of these areas, for example liaising with partners on site, showing around volunteers or feeding back any issues during lunch service.

You will also be required to support the Centre Manager with the operations and building’s co-ordination, including carrying out weekly health and safety checks as required, i.e. fire alarm checks, legionella checks etc., meeting onsite contractors, counting and logging cash takings, responding and filtering the central email account and making food and supplies orders. You will be provided with comprehensive training in these areas.

About the role 

Based in the PDT team this role will contribute towards Your Place’s overarching mission to end homelessness one person at a time and meet organisational KPI’s around outcome based contracts.

In response to an increasing proportion of residents who have been referred to us holding refugee status we are seeking to develop our supported accommodation services to meet the particular needs of this group.

This role will be responsible for developing our services to make them more accessible to our resident population who are from a migrant background. This includes:

• Developing our move on offer to residents from a migrant background including the design and delivery of move on training in particular ensuring that they have a realistic understanding of the housing market and to provide the appropriate support to enable them to maintain accommodation in future.

• The development of bespoke accommodation pathways and support to ensure that barriers that migrants face within housing market are overcome.

• To identify and liaise with reputable private sector landlords including on issues such as rent, housing standards and tenure.

• Working with Frontline Services colleagues to improve accessibility and cultural relevance of services to resident from a migrant background that promotes inclusivity and is trauma informed.

• To provide additional support to Housing Service team around Clearing House referrals where appropriate.

Responsibilities 

• To work with residents/tenants to develop culturally accessible resources to prepare them for a move to appropriate accommodation, including advice and support on move-on accommodation, rent deposit schemes, understanding tenancies, budgeting, accessing utilities and services, and accessing welfare/housing benefits and grants.

• Identify and liaise with landlords, building relationships to secure move on accommodation for residents. Negotiate reasonable rents and deposit/advance payments.

• Receive details of appropriate properties from landlords, view property for suitability and carry out Health & Safety check.

• Ensure that properties meet relevant standards for safe occupancy (Housing Health & Safety Rating Systems, LA Licencing).

Liaison with landlord for access. Managing expectations of both resident and landlord. Identify and apply for grants for move on funds for residents.

• Where residents have additional support or care needs to lead and co-ordinate on finding specialist accommodation.

• Keep up to date and inform team on changes in law, local authority conditions and benefits that affect move on. Respond to changes and implement strategy.
