You will be a qualified (IAPT) Talking Therapies, Low Intensity Therapist (PWP).
You will be actively committed to developing your skills in cognitive behavioural therapy in a primary care mental health setting. You will provide a Primary Care Psychological Therapies Service to customers of Mind in Bexley IAPT with common mental health problems such as anxiety and depression, mainly of a mild to moderate severity and impact, primarily Steps 1 and 2 (Stepped Care).
You will deliver high quality, high volume, evidence-based low intensity therapy which will be short term and primarily cognitive behavioural and self-management interventions.
PWPs will offer a wide range of interventions, including telephone and online treatment CBT programmes, psycho-educational groups, courses, workshops, webinars and one-to-one work.
This is a fast-paced role and carries a high-volume caseload. The role is varied and constantly evolving.

The Reconciling Leaders Network (RLN) has a vision for the church to be a reconciling presence in conflict and communities, with a purpose to mobilise a generation of reconcilers, pursuing a just and flourishing world. RLN works across the Anglican Communion and ecumenically, supporting a ministry of peacebuilding and reconciliation, with a small and agile team (currently six team members).
Reconciling Leaders Network (RLN) has developed Difference, growing a cohort of global champions and a network of leaders focusing on reconciliation as a mission.
Difference (difference.rln.global) aims to encourage, support and mobilise a generation to live out their calling as peacemakers and reconcilers, pursuing a just flourishing world. This role will seek to deliver significant growth and engagement of Difference.
What you'll be doing
The Head of Communications and Partnerships (for Reconciling Leaders Network) will lead RLN's communications, marketing, and digital engagement strategy, ensuring our message is clear, compelling, and consistent across all channels, extending the reach and engagement of Difference. This role is central to shaping how RLN and Difference are experienced by audiences in the UK and globally.
The successful candidate will bring understanding of the reconciliation and peacebuilding sector, as well as the geo-political and church contexts in which RLN operates. They will be a strategic thinker, a skilled marketeer, theologically astute and a relationship builder who is committed to equity, diversity, inclusion and justice, and brings cultural sensitivity to their work and leadership.
The post holder will support the bold objectives for this reconciliation ministry. They will have budgetary and line-management responsibilities and work with external agencies and freelancers to deliver outcomes.
You will work with and through Anglican systems, structures and networks as well ecumenically across different Christian denominations and other organisations - reaching a global audience. As well as working with civic, community and multinational organisations and networks.
Key role requirements
- You will need experience working with senior leadership to translate strategic goals into measurable communication plans and outcomes
- This is a 2-year fixed-term contract or secondment for internal NCI staff (extension dependant on funding)
- An enhanced DBS check (with child barring) will be required as part of our pre-employment checks

Strategy and Delivery
- Develop and deliver RLN's communications strategy in alignment with organisational goals.

- Create and implement campaigns and tactics, working with all forms of media, to grow a network of reconcilers, extending the reach and engagement with Difference and RLN initiatives.
- Strategically contribute to the sustainability of RLN & Difference through fundraising efforts and income generation.
- Oversee the user journey and experience across all channels (website, resource hub, social media, emails etc.), ensuring they are optimised and effective.
- Develop strategic external partnerships and collaborations to increase engagement with reconciliation and the Difference course.
- Shape and steward RLN's narrative within the church and reconciliation sector, in alignment with the organisations vision and purpose.
- Lead on storytelling and content creation across digital, print, and social media (including copy writing- Christian prayers, devotionals).
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, reflecting RLN's visual identity and invitational tone of voice.
Team and Project Management
- Commission and manage external suppliers and consultants, including contracts and delivery against objectives.
- Prepare and manage the communications budget.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures and with regulatory and charitable organisational requirements.
- Future line-management responsibility. Setting objectives and supporting the delivery of the communications plan.
- Oversee and implement workstreams, for example, emails, social media, and the day-to-day communications schedule of Difference.
Product Development
- Provide strategic insight and implement future developments of Difference resources and RLN initiatives.
- Manage updates, amends and edits to the Difference courses and training materials, (including translations, copywriting bible studies)
- Ensure distribution channels are integral in the development of new resources.
- Ensure all resources faithfully express the values, theology and branding of RLN and Difference.
Impact & Insights
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of the Difference course and recommend improvements.
- Optimise Difference website, social media and the Training and Resources hub
- Track and report on key indicators.
- Contribute to fundraising efforts, write impact reports for the director, governance structures and funding grants.
The team works closely and collaboratively, providing assistance across portfolio areas at times when extra capacity is needed. As such, an important part of this role will be to help out other team areas as required and as capacity allows.

People Systems and Reporting Specialist
The purpose of the People Team in delivering the organisations goals is to empower our colleagues to thrive by shaping exceptional experiences and culture that unlocks their potential — so ARUK can realise it's vision of a world free from the fear, harm and heartbreak of dementia.
To be able to deliver this the People Function is going through an exciting transformation and one of the key enablers of this is automation and data analytics. This role will support the People Services team in setting up our lifecycle and operational processes by ensuring data accuracy and reliable system performance. Our aim is to make our processes as smooth and automated as possible and ensure that we are optimising the functionality of our existing systems and driving continuous improvement through automation.
The role will also be key in setting up more streamlined and automated reporting of people metrics and KPI’s to ensure that the team and leaders have the insight at the right time to enable decisions. In doing so the role will work closely with the People Experience Partner to ensure that we are combining all data sources to present a holistic view of our workforce.
The post holder is part of a small team at ARUK and from time to time may need to support other colleagues to ensure smooth critical service delivery to the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and improve functionality in the HR system (Cascade) to ensure that all functionality around data capture, formulas, workflows and reporting for lifecycle events and payroll are being maximised and improve where there is opportunity.
• Work closely with the People Services Manager, Cascade team and payroll processing service to maximise payroll automation
• Configure and develop the HR systems in place to meet evolving business requirements and improve user experience.
• Ensure that all data recorded in the system is accurate and conduct regular audits.
• Review, reduce and automate all manual people processes and forms, either using Cascade, Power Apps or MS Forms in line with the ARUK technology landscape
• Develop Power BI dashboard for People metrics and KPI’s

Knowledge, skills and experience needed:
· Extensive experience in HR system optimisation (Cascade used by People Team), with proven ability to configure, customise and integrate HRIS systems to meet evolving organisational needs.
· Advanced data analysis and reporting expertise, including the ability to manipulate large, complex datasets, apply data validation techniques, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and visualisations.
· Demonstrated success in process automation and workflow optimisation, reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy across the employee lifecycle.
· Knowledge of GDPR and data governance principles as applicable with sensitive data.
· Proficiency in HR data tools and technologies, including advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros), SQL for data extraction, and experience with BI tools for predictive analytics.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.
Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.
The Role
CoppaFeel! is looking for a Policy and Public Affairs Officer to help grow our influence in the policy and public affairs space, and ultimately improve outcomes for younger people with breast cancer.
The Policy and Public Affairs Officer will sit within the CoppaFeel! Policy and Influencing team within the Education department and will work closely with the Senior Policy and Public Affairs Manager. They will support the implementation of our policy and influencing strategy that aims to build our policy expertise, influence the debate, grow our networks and drive system change.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week (though we are open to flexible arrangements). You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.
This is a fixed term contract for 18 months.

We’re looking for a Senior Research Grants Officer to play a key role in delivering and strengthening our research portfolio spanning translational and clinical research. You’ll lead on the coordination and delivery of the Transformational Research Awards Scheme, support clinical trial review processes, and oversee a portfolio of active grants to ensure funding decisions and post-award management are rigorous, transparent and strategically aligned.
You’ll also play an important part in strengthening how we fund and manage research. From supporting the implementation of a new Grants Management System to refining processes and providing expert guidance to researchers, committee members and senior stakeholders, you’ll help ensure our investment delivers maximum impact. Role Overview

Axial spondyloarthritis (axSpA) is a painful, lifelong inflammatory condition affecting around 1 in people. Despite this, awareness remains low and diagnosis is often delayed.
ASIF brings together 60 patient organisations across 48 countries to raise awareness, strengthen patient voices and improve understanding of axSpA globally. We are a small, fully remote team who care deeply about the work we do and about working supportively and collaboratively with one another.
We are now looking for an organised, proactive and thoughtful Project Co-ordinator/ Operations Assistant to help us deliver a major international online research study, while also supporting our wider activities.

The Role
Your time will be split approximately:

The Spokesperson Network trains and supports people to speak on television and radio. We are substantially boosting the number of progressive, diverse voices in this space to challenge opposition narratives and boost coverage of underrepresented issues.
The programme works by training, coaching and providing PR booking support for spokespeople from civil society working on social, environmental and economic issues. So far we’ve had over 11,000 high-profile media bookings including Question Time, Newsnight, Good Morning Britain, LBC, Channel 4 News, BBC 5 Live, Today, Sky News and ITV News plus many more.
What you will be doing
Here are the key responsibilities of this role:
- Run two Scotland-based Spokesperson Network Trainings
- Keep on top of the current trends and topics in the Scottish media and political environment
- Seek to book the spokespeople who have been trained into the media - with expectations of providing each person trained with ongoing media opportunities
- Support on the Spokesperson Network more widely - booking people into the UK-wide media.
- Be a key part of the Comms Hub - helping with other peoples projects, delivering training and bringing insight and ideas to team spaces.

Hours
Full-time, which for NEON is 28 hours a week - the equivalent of a 4 day standard work week. This can be done over 4 or 5 days, that’s totally up to you. Hours are generally flexible, with some core meetings everyone has to be at.

The Finance & Compliance Officer will typically report to Finance Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Financial Management & Accounting (UK charity context)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with UK charity good practice and organisational financial policies.
• Manage the general ledger, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll journals, and bank transactions.
• Process payments in a timely manner to internal and external stakeholders (team members, suppliers, partners, consultants), ensuring appropriate approvals, documentation, and compliance with delegated authority.
• Record and monitor income and expenditure, ensuring accurate project coding and fund allocation.
• Prepare monthly journals including accruals, prepayments, deferred income and inter-fund adjustments.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and full balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all control accounts are supported.
• Raise and process invoices where required (including consultant invoicing), and coordinate internal approval workflows for payment processing.

• Support cross-departmental budget coordination to ensure compliance with donor agreements and funding conditions.

In this vital role, you will work alongside the Service manager, an Early Intervention worker, and two experienced Practitioners. You will be co-located with the Exploitation team at Guildford Police Station, working collaboratively with partner agencies to support young people and contribute to multi-agency safeguarding responses.
The role involves a significant amount of lone working and frequent travel across Surrey to meet clients and attend meetings, with occasional travel further afield. Therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a car are essential.
What you will be doing
In this role, you will hold a caseload of young people aged 10–25 who are vulnerable to sexual or criminal exploitation, providing intensive, person-centred support. You will work closely with professionals across multiple agencies to promote safety, disrupt exploitation, and empower young people to move towards safer, more stable futures. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of vulnerable young people, helping them stay safe and move away from the influence of perpetrators.
- Work collaboratively with partner professionals to design and deliver tailored support packages, offering specialist consultation where needed.
- Maintain accurate case records and contribute to clear, timely, and professional reports.
- Liaise effectively with Children’s Services, Surrey Police, and other agencies to disrupt abuse and support safeguarding and prosecution processes.
- Deliver training and awareness workshops to professionals, foster carers, and partner agencies to strengthen community understanding and responses to exploitation.

Project Accountant

Brain Tumour Research is seeking a qualified and experienced accountant who is able to join our team on a Fixed Term contract (2-4 months) to support our team and undertake some important projects.
As the Project Accountant you will play a crucial role in helping the charity meet its strategic plans and objectives. You will be reconciling transactions between our internal records and those of our external partners, developing our cashflow model for our granting programme, housekeeping on our VAT records and more.
