We are seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate a multi-year racial equity partnership programme called “Leadership Lighthouses”.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with partners, participants, and a team of skilled facilitators to coordinate programme planning, logistics and successful delivery, ensuring a high quality experience for all involved.

The key responsibilities of the role are to:

• Lead day-to-day programme coordination, ensuring milestones are met, project plans remain live and up to date, and risks or delays are proactively identified, communicated, and mitigated to support timely delivery.

• Act as the key operational contact for the programme, coordinating task allocation and communications with the programmes team, steering group, and wider stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality information flow aligned with project milestones.

• Coordinate monitoring and evaluation schedules and data collection.

• Coordinate steering group meetings.

• Coordinate communications and agreements with facilitators, programme contributors, partners and venues.

• Coordinate participant recruitment processes, working closely with the Programmes Administrator to ensure smooth application, selection, and onboarding in line with project milestones.

• Support the Director of Programmes in moderating applications and conducting applicant interviews.

• Assess learner needs and coordinate learning and accessibility adjustments in collaboration with the Director of Programmes; hold meetings or calls with participants and facilitators to understand additional needs and ensure a positive programme experience, and liaise with relevant colleagues on implications for delivery.

• Coordinate logistics for both in-person and online programme sessions.

• Monitor the safeguarding inbox and liaise with the Director of Programmes, Safeguarding Lead, and facilitators to agree and implement appropriate follow-up actions.

• Support logistics and administration for facilitator training and development sessions.

• Monitor and track the programme budget, support financial reporting, and collaborate with the Director of Programmes to ensure efficient use of resources.

• Conduct desktop research in line with the location decision framework when establishing locations for future programmes.

• Coordinate and respond to participant communications, working in collaboration with the Programmes Administrator and Director of Programmes.

• Work with the Marketing team to provide regular updates on programme progress, providing relevant programme information to support marketing and promotional activities.

New dads can face real mental health challenges — often quietly. In this role, you’ll help dads feel listened to, supported and confident, strengthening attachment and helping them access the right support.

• Offering coaching and advice to new dads and dads-to-be

• Having honest conversations about mental health, bonding and wellbeing

• Getting out into the community, approaching dads and building trust

This role will be working in our client's Care, Quality and Improvement Directorate. CQID supports their strategic aim to improve health and care. Utilising a variety of methods to drive improvements in activity and influence the quality of clinical practice via ambitious work programmes that are delivered by constituent teams.

As Programme Coordinator you will be joining the Accreditation Unit (AU), that manages accreditation programmes in a number of clinical services.

The Accreditation Unit helps clinical services improve quality and safety by highlighting strengths, pinpointing areas for growth, and promoting ongoing development. The successful candidate will primarily focus on projects to engage with liver services through the Improving Quality in Liver Services (known as IQILS) accreditation programme. The candidate will also support the wider Accreditation Unit with the delivery of work to support improving patient care. As Programme Coordinator the key responsibilities will be:

• Organising accreditation assessment activities, ensuring a high-quality, user centric service is delivered, and the accreditation process is followed to programme standards
• Independently manage sub-projects as directed by the Project Manager on behalf of the programme or wider Accreditation Unit. Liaising with the Project Manager to identify opportunities and risks
• Planning and coordinating training events, meetings and workshops, including presenting to audiences in an engaging and professional manner and preparing quality written materials

About you  

As a Project Support Officer, you will play a key role in enabling the successful delivery of projects, programmes and the wider portfolio by providing coordination, reporting and administrative support to the PMO. You will help ensure that project controls, standards and processes are consistently applied, supporting transparency and effective decision‑making across the change function.

In this role, you’ll provide hands‑on support with reporting, scheduling and stakeholder communication, as well as managing meeting coordination, documentation and general PMO administration. Coram is the UK’s oldest children’s charity founded by Thomas Coram in London helping vulnerable children and young people since 1739. One of the nine members of the Coram group, Coram Children’s Legal Centre (CCLC) is the UK’s specialist centre for children’s rights in education, immigration, community care and family law, and provides significant international legal systems consultancy. We champion access to justice through information and advice, legal practice and representation, policy and strategic litigation. Our Legal Practice Unit provides advice and representation primarily under legal aid contract. Our Policy and Practice Change team promotes practice change through training and capacity building to professionals and secures systems change through research, policy and advocacy.

About the role

This role will coordinate, oversee and supervise the Legal Practice Unit’s legal aid billing operations. Through systematic and efficient management, the post-holder will play an important role in CCLC’s financial and operational sustainability. Working with the Managing Director of Legal Practice, the Heads of Department and Coram’s central finance team, the key objective of the role is to help maximise the unit’s legal aid billing in controlled work, certificated work and inter partes costs. It will also oversee private fees billing. The post-holder will oversee the smooth running of legal aid billing. In this role, the post-holder will work very closely with legal, operations and administrative staff. The role will act as a key point of contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders including Coram’s central finance team who will support the role with grant fund management and overall accounting functions for CCLC. The post-holder will support the Managing Director of Legal Practice and Children’s Rights and department heads in the successful maintenance of our relationship with the Legal Aid Agency.

The role would suit a legal aid billing professional with significant direct hands on experience of a range of types of civil legal aid billing (including controlled and certificated work) and an understanding of the challenges of legal aid. The ideal candidate will have experience of supervising the work of others but support and training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is interested in developing into management, is a proactive problem solver, is highly organised and able to maintain oversight over different workstreams ensuring progress. In addition to legal aid experience, they will need an aptitude for processing large amounts of data, developing and managing spreadsheets and improving organisational systems. They will be well supported through training, an enthusiastic and competent junior billing team, the central finance team and an outsourced legal cashiering company, as well as a friendly and collaborative management team including the Managing Director and the Heads of practice areas.

This is a largely office-based role in order to fully provide support to the billing team. However, some remote / hybrid working may be possible depending the experience of the candidate after the initial settling in period and there will be flexibility over how the working hours days will be spread across the week (within working hours). The team are mostly based in the London office and with one billing team member in Colchester so the postholder may require some occasional travel.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Team: National Cycle Network

As the NCN Portfolio Support Coordinator, you will provide support across the National Cycle Network directorate, helping to maximise efficiency in programme delivery, data management and internal communication. You’ll work closely with the component teams of the NCN Directorate and provide direct portfolio support to the Director, complementing the functions of the Delivery Coordination Office and the Planning, Governance and Assurance Directorate.

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Supporting the delivery of multiple programmes across the UK by ensuring that programmes are set up in line with the Trust’s Delivery Framework and managed accordingly.
• Improving the efficiency of the Directorate by providing technical assistance and coaching on information management systems.
• Assisting in management and maintenance of key portfolio documentation and establishing and overseeing a central filing system.
• Overseeing internal communication platforms on behalf of the directorate such as internal Toucan pages and triaging public enquiries. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys setting up new systems and processes and working on a wide range of impactful programmes.

Deaf Unity is a deaf-led charity working to empower deaf people and champion their rights. We support deaf individuals to move successfully from education into employment and beyond.

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, creative and highly organised individual to join Deaf Unity at an important stage in our development. This role will lead on the growth of our training offer, helping to increase income while supporting our wider charitable aims.

About the role

This is a varied role where you will take the lead on coordinating, developing and promoting Deaf Unity’s training provision. Our training includes BSL courses, e-learning, and bespoke training for organisations.

You will manage the day-to-day delivery of training while also focusing on growth—building relationships, increasing bookings and expanding our e-learning offer to reach new audiences.

This is a key role in a small, growing charity, where income generated from training directly supports deaf school leavers, jobseekers and professionals. The work you do will have a clear and positive impact.

This role would suit an existing freelancer with experience in the BSL and/or training sector.

What you’ll be doing

Training coordination and delivery

• Managing enquiries from individuals and organisations and converting these into bookings
• Coordinating the delivery of BSL courses, training sessions and bespoke programmes
• Booking trainers, teachers and students, including exam bookings where required
• Acting as the main point of contact for learners, clients and freelance tutors

About you
