We are seeking people with personal experience of hearing voices, or having experiences or beliefs that others do not, to co-facilitate a new Hearing Voices Group in Southwark. Working within the principles of the Hearing Voices Network Groups Charter, Co-Facilitators will help create a safe, inclusive and trauma-informed peer support space where participants can explore their experiences without judgement and on their own terms. Our intention is to recruit two sessional workers to support the groups on alternating weeks, and a third to cover occasional groups for leave.
Key responsibilities include facilitating group discussions, encouraging mutual respect and equal participation, supporting a non-pathologising approach to hearing voices and unusual experiences, and, where appropriate, drawing on lived experience to foster connection, hope and mutual support. Co-Facilitators will work collaboratively with fellow facilitators to ensure the group remains welcoming, supportive and responsive to participants' needs.
Experience facilitating groups is not essential as sessional workers will receive support and training. They will need to be available for three days of training by an expert facilitator, currently scheduled for 2nd, 9th and 23rd Oct.
The group is due to be weekly on Tuesday evenings at Walworth Living Room, starting from November.
Successful applicants will be expected to undergo an Enhanced Level Disclosure and Barring Service check.

About the role:
Sport and physical activity can be a powerful way to improve wellbeing, build confidence and help people feel more connected to themselves and their communities. As a Sports Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in making those opportunities happen for people experiencing homelessness and multiple disadvantage across Single Homeless Project (SHP).
This is a hands on and outward facing role where you’ll bring energy, creativity and momentum to our sports programme. You’ll deliver engaging sport and exercise sessions, help expand activity across our services and work with the Sport Lead to coordinate freelancers, volunteers and peers who bring additional skills and opportunities into the programme. You’ll build strong relationships with clients and teams, spot where new activities could make a difference and help turn ideas into opportunities people genuinely want to take part in.
You’ll also help take the programme beyond SHP, building relationships with sports providers, community organisations and charities across London to open up new opportunities for clients. You’ll champion the role physical activity can play within homelessness services, encourage more people to get involved and help services build the confidence, networks and resources to make sport and exercise a lasting part of the support they offer.
At SHP, you’ll be supported to keep developing too. You’ll have access to learning and development opportunities, the chance to strengthen your skills across programme development, partnership working and inclusive practice, and opportunities to build experience that can support your longer-term career progression across SHP and the wider homelessness and support sector.
About you:
About us:
We’re London’s leading homelessness charity – and we get things done.
In a city where hundreds are forced into homelessness every day, our work has never been more needed or more challenging. And we’re not shying away. We’re rolling up our sleeves to make change and helping over 10,000 Londoners every year. We prevent homelessness, provide safe places to live and give people the opportunity to rebuild their lives and transform their futures. And we never give up.
We’re here for Londoners wherever they are on their journey. We start with trust, building relationships that help people feel safe, supported, and ready to move forward. Every day, we put people first in everything we do, challenging injustice and barriers that keep people from the safety, stability and opportunity they deserve. We stand alongside people as they rebuild and shape a future that feels their own.
Joining Single Homeless Project means joining a team that’s bold, compassionate and determined to do better for the people we support and for each other. You’ll work alongside colleagues with lived experience, in a space that’s trans-inclusive, disability-friendly, and actively striving to be anti-oppressive and equitable.
We’re not perfect, but we’re real. We listen. We learn. And we push forward, together. Because this isn’t just a job. It’s a chance to lead with empathy, spark change, and help build a London where no one is left behind.

ABOUT NOW FOSTER
Now Foster brings together social work, service design, lived experience and innovation to transform fostering in England. Our vision is to bring many more wonderful people into fostering so that more children and young people can experience stable, meaningful relationships with caring adults.
We are a small team with big ambitions. We value creativity, collaboration, learning and continuous improvement, and we work with partners who share our determination to do better for children and families.
ABOUT WEEKENDERS
Weekenders is our flagship programme. We recruit and support weekend foster carers – known as Weekenders – who build regular, long-term relationships with children and young people supported by local authorities. It is about showing up, making a difference and becoming an adult a young person can count on.
The programme is entering an exciting period of growth. We are expanding our partnerships with Regional Care Cooperatives, Fostering Hubs and local authorities across England, currently including London, the South West, North West and North East.
THE ROLE – Lead delivery, develop people and stay close to practice
As a Weekenders Programme Manager, you will turn our ambition into consistently excellent delivery. You will lead the day-to-day support of applicants across an agreed portfolio of areas, making sure prospective Weekenders receive a warm, responsive and motivational experience and that our partners can rely on us to deliver what we have agreed.
This is a people-management and delivery role with a strong connection to practice. You will line-manage Journey Guides, manage a network of independent social workers (ISWs), lead our prep group training and undertake some intro chats yourself.
The role does not carry a statutory caseload. It does carry real responsibility for safeguarding, practice quality, operational oversight and relationships across a growing, geographically distributed programme.
Delivery Leadership: Lead programme delivery
Take day-to-day responsibility for Weekenders delivery across an agreed portfolio of Fostering Hubs and local authority partners.
Turn partnership agreements and local processes into clear applicant journeys, with roles, handovers and timescales understood by everyone involved.
Plan capacity across Journey Guides, ISWs, prep group training and your own direct work so that delivery keeps pace with demand.
Monitor applicant progress, identify delays or risks early and work with colleagues and partners to find practical solutions.
Maintain a consistent Now Foster experience across regions while adapting thoughtfully to local contexts.
People Management: Manage and develop Journey Guides
Provide reflective one-to-one and group supervision, clear objectives and timely feedback.
Allocate work fairly, monitor workloads and create the structure needed for responsive applicant support.
Coach Journey Guides in relationship-based, strengths-based and motivational conversations, using observation, role play and practice review where helpful.
Support sound judgement, safe practice and professional boundaries, addressing performance or wellbeing concerns early and constructively.
Build a connected team culture in which people share learning, ask for help and take ownership.
Practice Oversight: Manage ISWs and assure practice quality
Build and maintain a reliable pool of qualified, registered ISWs to undertake initial home visits and teach on prep group training days.
Coordinate ISW recruitment, onboarding, availability, allocation and briefing in line with our safer recruitment and practice arrangements.
Set clear expectations for the quality, timeliness and tone of home visits, written outputs, training and feedback.
Review quality, provide constructive feedback and address concerns promptly, while forecasting capacity and arranging cover.
Training: Plan, staff and lead prep group training
Own the planning and delivery of prep group training across programme areas, including schedules, venues or online delivery, materials, communications and staffing.
Facilitate and teach on prep groups, modelling inclusive, relational and reflective practice.
Brief and support ISW co-facilitators so sessions are coherent, well-paced and grounded in the realities of fostering.
Make sure applicants can reflect meaningfully on children's needs, safer caring, trauma-informed care, cultural matching and working with fostering services.
Ensure observations and training feedback are recorded sensitively and on time, and use feedback to strengthen future delivery.
Relationships: Stay close to applicants and partners
Undertake some intro chats, particularly where additional experience, judgement or continuity is needed.
Step into complex applicant situations or difficult conversations without taking over work appropriately held by Journey Guides.
Develop trusted operational relationships with Fostering Hubs, Regional Care Cooperatives, local authority fostering teams and other partners.
Work through differences or blockages constructively, combining persistence with curiosity about other people's pressures and perspectives.
Programme Addurance: Safeguarding, quality and improvement
Promote a strong safeguarding culture and ensure concerns are recognised, recorded and escalated appropriately.
Maintain accurate, timely records and use pipeline data, feedback and practice observations to understand performance and improve delivery.
Contribute to the development of tools, guidance, communications and digital workflows as Weekenders grows.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR – Experience, judgement and a strongly relational approach
Essential
You will need a recognised social work qualification and current registration with Social Work England. Beyond that, we are looking for someone who can combine strong practice judgement with people leadership and operational oversight.
You will thrive in this role if you have

Partnership skills – experience building productive relationships across organisational boundaries and working through operational challenges.
A relational approach – able to hold warm, purposeful and appropriately challenging conversations with people from a wide range of backgrounds.
Strong organisation and judgement – able to prioritise, delegate, manage dependencies and recognise what needs closer oversight or escalation.
Digital and data confidence – comfortable using CRM and workflow systems, interpreting delivery information and turning insight into action.
The way you work matters
Children first – you keep children's needs, relationships and long-term outcomes at the centre of decisions.
Warm and reflective – you build genuine relationships, remain curious about your own impact and welcome feedback.
Courageous and accountable – you name concerns, make decisions, follow through and own mistakes.
Collaborative – you share learning generously while maintaining clear accountability.
Adaptable – you are comfortable in a small, ambitious organisation where roles and systems continue to evolve.
Bonus points for
Lived experience of the care system.
Training or experience in motivational interviewing, systemic practice, coaching or another relational approach.
Experience of foster carer recruitment, initial visits, assessment, prep groups, panel or post-approval support.
Experience commissioning, coordinating or quality-assuring ISWs, associates or other independent practitioners.
A practice educator, adult-teaching or training qualification, or substantial equivalent experience.
Experience scaling a service across regions or working with a dispersed team and multiple delivery partners.
Project, budget, contract, risk or resource-management experience.
Experience of co-production, service design or continuous improvement.
WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU
Joining Now Foster means being part of something different. We are small, ambitious and innovative, and you will have genuine influence over how Weekenders grows. You will stay close to practice and impact without carrying a statutory caseload.

About the Role
A home is more than a property. It’s the foundation for independence, security and belonging.
As Housing Manager at Norwood, you’ll provide a high-quality, compliant and person-centred housing management service across a portfolio of our supported living properties.
You’ll take ownership of the full tenancy journey, from allocation and sign-up through to tenancy sustainment and move-on. But this role is about much more than managing agreements and processes.
You’ll build relationships with the people we support, understand what matters to them and help ensure their homes are safe, well maintained and appropriate to their individual needs. You’ll conduct regular tenancy visits and property inspections, support people to understand their rights and responsibilities, and help resolve issues before they put a tenancy at risk.
Working closely with our Property and Operations teams, Registered Managers, families, advocates and external partners, you’ll bring together strong housing practice with an understanding of the individual.
Your impact will be clear: sustainable tenancies, safer homes, greater independence and a positive experience for the people who call them home.
About Norwood
Founded in 1795, Norwood is the oldest Jewish charity in the UK. We support and empower neurodiverse children and their families and people with neurodevelopmental disabilities to live their best lives.
At Norwood, you will make a real difference every day. You will be part of a supportive and inclusive team where kindness is shown in how we care, respect shapes how we work together, belonging ensures everyone feels valued, and empowerment enables people to thrive.
We invest in your growth, care about your wellbeing, and give you the pride of knowing your work changes lives.
Who We Are Looking For
You’ll be an experienced housing professional who understands that good housing management starts with the person.
You’ll bring strong tenancy management experience and a sound understanding of housing law, regulation and compliance. You’ll be confident managing the practical realities of a housing portfolio, including tenancy agreements, rent accounts, arrears, voids, repairs, inspections, tenancy breaches and disputes.
Alongside that technical knowledge, you’ll know how to build trust.
You’ll be able to adapt your communication to individual needs, explain sometimes complex housing matters clearly and make sure the people we support understand their tenancy, their rights and the choices available to them.
You’ll be comfortable working collaboratively with support teams, families, advocates, social workers, local authorities, housing providers and other partners to resolve issues and achieve positive outcomes.
Most importantly, you’ll combine professional judgement with a person-centred approach, recognising that behind every tenancy is someone’s home, independence and sense of security.
