This is an exciting maternity cover role in the Army Cadet Charitable Trust UK (ACCT UK) for a proactive, eagee to learn individual to work within our Cadet Activity team to aid in the administration of our nationally run activities.

We are looking for someone to provide administrative support to the functional delivery areas of the syllabus. This post is primarily to support DofE and First Aid but may, where required, be surged to cover short term administrative responsibilities for other activity areas.

ACCT UK is a national youth charity dedicated to improving the life chances of young people through supporting the Army Cadet Force and its activities in the community. The Combined Cadet Force Association (CCFA) is a charity dedicated to the promotion of the ideals and activities of the Combined Cadet Force in schools. Together we want to ensure that every young person has the opportunity to learn new skills, build confidence and be inspired through their cadet experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and grow St Luke's corporate partnerships programme.  The Corporate Partnerships Officer will play a leading role in generating new income and developing relationships with businesses whose values align with our mission. Working closely with the Head of Corporate Partnerships, this role will identify, cultivate and secure new corporate partnerships that support St Luke's work through sponsorship, charitable giving, employee fundraising, volunteering and wider social value initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Corporate Partnership Development

· Identify, research and prioritise prospective corporate partners whose values, CSR, ESG and social value objectives align with St Luke's mission

· Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate prospects using effective prospect research, networking and outreach activities

· Develop, cultivate and convert relationships with business decision-makers and corporate stakeholders

· Secure new corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that generate sustainable income and community impact

· Deliver agreed income targets and partnership KPIs

Proposal Development and Income Generation

· Develop compelling and tailored partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, presentations and pitches

· Create funding opportunities across St Luke's programmes and services including digital inclusion, employment and skills, health and wellbeing, food security and social isolation initiatives

· Negotiate partnership agreements and secure financial support from businesses

· Work with colleagues to develop innovative and attractive corporate engagement opportunities

Relationship Management

· Support the successful onboarding of newly secured partners

· Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure partners receive an excellent experience and achieve their partnership objectives

· Identify opportunities to increase partner engagement through employee fundraising, events and volunteering

· Support partnership renewals and the longer-term development of corporate relationships

Marketing and External Engagement

· Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of St Luke's corporate partnerships offer

· Produce engaging partnership materials, impact reports, case studies and promotional content

· Represent St Luke's at networking events, business forums, conferences and stakeholder meetings

· Act as an ambassador for St Luke's and promote the organisation's values and impact

Monitoring and Reporting

· Maintain accurate records of partnerships, prospects, meetings and income activity using CRM and reporting systems

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Independent Visitor & Quality Assurance Officer to join NYAS Independent Monitoring Service.

This is a full-time permanent role, working 35 hours in the North West and/or North East region. 

As an Independent Visitor & Quality Assurance Officer you will be required to complete statutory and non-statutory independent allocated visits within prescribed timescales and to quality assure reports submitted by other members of the team.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that judgements are consistent with evidence provided and that the feedback given is an element of continuous improvement.

We are seeking an expert and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our ambitious finance team during an exciting period of financial transformation across a £25m trade union and two associated charities. As part of our new finance strategy, we are embedding long term planning and modelling across the organisation during a time of significant change. As the FP&A Manager, you will lead on business partnering across the organisation and our two associated charities. You will lead on budgeting, forecasting and business modelling, to support the organisation to maximise strategic impact and minimise risk.

With excellent modelling, people management and communication skills, you will lead all organisational financial reporting and presentations, improve and roll out new analysis and dashboards and lead long term planning projects, whilst continually reviewing the wider business environment to identify any potential opportunities and threats.

The role: 

You will work across three key age groups, 5–11, 12–16 and 16-25, delivering and supervising activities, supporting events and trips, and providing behavioural management where needed as well as being required to plan and facilitate a weekly After School club for ages 5-11 and 12-16. The EDIS Programme Manager will provide the stewardship and coordination needed to translate EDIS's strategic ambitions into practical, high-quality delivery.

The role will lead programme planning, reporting, risk management and delivery oversight across the EDIS portfolio. It will ensure that activity is well sequenced, clearly governed and focused on practical progress against EDIS priorities.

A central focus will be the development and stewardship of the Embedding EDI workstream.
