About the Role 

As our People & Culture Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting managers and colleagues across the organisation by providing expert HR guidance on employee relations, onboarding, performance, and wellbeing. You’ll ensure Cranstoun’s values are embedded in everything we do—from policy to practice—while championing a positive and inclusive workplace culture. 

Reporting to a People Partner, you will help shape and deliver strategic people initiatives that drive engagement and organisational success. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide expert advice on HR policies, employee relations, performance, and absence management. 

• Oversee complex onboarding and probation management scenarios  

• Maintain and update our HR Information System (HRIS), payroll documents, and reporting dashboards. 

• Support the management of employee lifecycle activities such as probation, flexible working, family-friendly policies and off-boarding. 

• Support People Partners with Employee Relations matters. 

• Advise on Policies and procedures, best-practice, contractual entitlements, other HR related matters employee benefits and other employee related queries. 

• Provide 1st Tier advice on people issues and 1st and 2nd Tier support with absence management 

• Support with TUPE and Restructures 

•  Monitor and implement Employment changes and updates 

• Collaborate on recruitment strategies, HR projects, and the development of new initiatives that support staff wellbeing and organisational excellence. 

 What We’re Looking For 

• CIPD Level 5 Diploma (or equivalent). 

• Proven experience in a generalist HR advisory role. 

• Solid understanding of UK employment law, HR policies, and procedures. 

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 

• Strong IT and data management skills, including use of HR systems and MS Office Suite.

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated, proactive, qualified clinician to oversee our counsellors, providing clinical guidance, to ensure safe, effective practice. In this highly rewarding role, you will be clinically responsible for supporting clients and counsellors across multiple counselling services.

As a Clinical Lead you will be an integral member of the counselling management team, providing clinical knowledge and expertise into decision making, as well as ensuring we continue to deliver high quality, safe therapeutic services.

You will providing clinical support to counsellors (sessional, volunteers and trainees) including compassionate and safe supervision, ensuring the delivery and development of counselling provision is effective. You will also oversee our trainee placement scheme, enabling a smooth transition from application to onboarding.

Alongside other senior members of the counselling team, you will support the Service Manager to implement strategic service plans. By instilling HMN’s values throughout the provision, person centred care will be at the core of your principles.

The successful candidate will have a BACP recognised Diploma in Counselling at Level 4 with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience, an understanding of person centred care, and the recovery model in mental health with demonstrable understanding of relevant legislation and policies such as the Data Protection Act, Safeguarding and Protection of Vulnerable Adults, Safeguarding Children and the BACP ethical framework and will understand of the relationship between mental health and social issues and how these issues may impact on physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Your role 

You will be responsible for the management, development and delivery of marketing and communications to support CWNN’s fundraising strategy. You’ll work alongside our Development Manager to create compelling fundraising campaigns, content and communications, growing engagement from individuals, companies, community fundraisers and potential funders while simultaneously raising our profile among stakeholders through strategic communications and marketing plans. This work includes:   

• Work alongside our Development Manager to create and deliver impactful and innovative fundraising strategies including our public appeals, challenge events and local fundraising campaigns.

• Developing and implementing communications strategies to promote CWNN’s work, managing our social media platforms and external comms to ensure they reflect our strategic goals and values. 

• Producing our supporter e-newsletter, with support from the Development team, to ensure CWNN’s key work, impact, news and campaigns are effectively promoted to our supporter base.

• Create engaging digital content for our website and social media including written copy, video and graphics, to drive engagement, increase awareness and generate income.

• Capturing and analysing key campaign engagement KPIs to inform future strategies and approaches to best engage existing and new audiences.

•  Produce quarterly comms impact overview for senior management and trustee reports.

• Create marketing materials for external use, eg. corporate pitch documents, fundraising packs, gig programmes, flyers and posters using Canva.

• Co-creating case studies, supporting members to share their stories, their way, amplifying their voices and demonstrating the impact of our choirs to stakeholders.

• Co-lead our co-produced ‘Digital Storytellers’ programme with our Community Participation Manager, supporting members to manage their own local social media accounts, sharing their stories and raising awareness of their choirs to new audiences.

• Maintain, organise and populate CWNN’s media library and YouTube channel.

• Write and distribute press releases to both regional and national press and media, fielding media enquiries and building our media contacts.

• Oversight of the day to day content management and maintenance of the website

• Co-ordinate our internal communications programme and internal newsletter, working with senior leadership team.

• Carry out any other tasks that arise that are within the scope and purpose of the post as requested by your line manager

About you 

Essential:

• You’ll have a proven track record in delivering successful, innovative and impactful charity communications content and strategies.
• You’ll have a good understanding of how fundraising and engagement campaigns can convert individuals into donors and advocates.
• You’ll have a creative eye and strong writing skills, with experience of bringing compelling stories to life across various platforms and media, to connect with a diverse range of supporters, funders and stakeholders.

In our Women’s Respite Service in Camden, you’ll be working with women who have faced abuse, exploitation and homelessness, often after systems have let them down. You’ll be part of a space that feels different. A space where women are listened to, where their experiences are understood, and where they can begin to rebuild a sense of control over their lives.

No two days will look the same. One moment you might be de-escalating a sensitive situation, the next you’re advocating with services, or sitting alongside someone as they begin to make sense of what they’ve been through. You’ll use your understanding of trauma, gender informed practice and the realities of violence against women and girls to shape how support is delivered, making sure every interaction is grounded in safety, dignity and respect.

You’ll hold a small but complex caseload, working intensively with women to build trust, navigate risk and move towards stability and independence. You won’t give up easily. You’ll stay curious, creative and persistent, even when progress feels slow or uncertain.

As a senior in the team, your impact goes further. You’ll lead by example, guiding colleagues through complex situations and helping to embed a way of working that truly recognises what women have experienced and what they need to move forward. You’ll help shape a service that doesn’t just respond to crisis, but creates real, lasting change.

Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Compile, process and submit accurate funding claims in line with programme guidelines
• Collect, check and quality assure funding documentation from delivery staff
• Maintain secure manual and electronic filing and archiving systems
• Train delivery staff on funding documentation requirements and deadlines
• Manage internal and external databases to track submissions and performance
• Reconcile historic claims and support financial monitoring and forecasting
• Liaise with Prime Funders on invoicing, MI, compliance and payment schedules
• Produce reports, meeting minutes and management information as required
• Prepare documentation for audits and support resolution of non compliance
• Manage petty cash in line with organisational financial procedures

What We’re Looking For

South West Community Chaplaincy (SWCC) aims to provide effective care and community support for people going through the Criminal Justice System, including prison. This includes work such as advocacy, mentoring and holistic support to assist the integration of people with convictions into their communities, through a team of volunteers, within the counties of Cornwall , Devon and West Somerset. 

We are looking for a committed and motivated individual who will be responsible for the recruitment, training, support and retention of the volunteers: someone who has the ability to think outside the box in the approach to this task, and to attract volunteers to be part of something incredible - the changing of clients’ lives.

Volunteers provide a cornerstone of the work that SWCC achieves. They allow the organisation to have a substantially more positive impact due to the greater number of clients they are able to support. To this end, it is imperative that we recruit the right people as volunteers and that they feel fully supported and valued for all they bring to the organisation.

SWCC aims to provide a professional focus and resource for faith communities in the area to establish new and innovative ways of helping participants address their offending behaviour.  We do this by providing a network of support that can challenge and promote a positive attitude to change. This role (in conjunction with the chaplains) would fully explore church networks across the area as a potential source for volunteers. Utilising our training resources, we can offer to upskill congregations in safeguarding and also identify possible safe communities for our clients to be able to join.

There is an occupational requirement for applicants to actively embrace the faith ethos and values of SWCC and the successful applicant will have the ability to build positive relationships with a wide range of people. Some occasional weekend work will be involved.

As Corporate Partnerships Executive, you'll play a key role in stewarding relationships with ABF's existing corporate partners, while also researching and approaching new prospects to grow the charity's network of supporters. With a compelling proposition, a nationwide network of colleagues, and an award-winning events programme, ABF is well placed to secure significant support from organisations that care about the Army family and this role is integral to making that happen.

Working closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and the wider High Value Relationships team, you'll support the process of expanding ABF's corporate support through effective prospecting, building strong relationships with supporters, and creating engaging content and stewardship materials that showcase the charity's impact. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a supportive, high-performing team and contribute to a key growth area of ABF's fundraising, including opportunities to work with international organisations and partners.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, an organised and diligent approach, and the confidence to engage professionally with senior stakeholders. FA is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and values‑aligned Development Lead to play a pivotal role in establishing our individual giving and donor engagement programme at a critical moment of organisational growth.

This interim, six‑month role will focus on building the foundations for a sustainable and diversified individual donor base, cultivating supporters inspired by FA’s work across a range of giving levels.

The postholder will help shape systems, relationships, and long‑term potential for future development growth.

This role is available at 0.60 or 0.80 FTE over the initial six‑month period and is intended as an interim position to lay the groundwork for a longer‑term role.
