We are seeking three diligent cleaners to clean our offices, toilets, kitchen/break rooms, residential and all general areas in our premises at Clapham Junction.
The hours of work are 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday either
As well as having proven experience of cleaning in an office or industrial environment, you will be familiar with Health and Safety procedures relating to cleaning, including COSHH regulations and manual handling. Basic literacy and computer skills are essential in this cleaner role, to complete timesheets, report maintenance and similar communications.
Successful applicants for the Cleaner post will be required to wear personal protective equipment as supplied and to undertake a DBS check.

Service Description:
West London Mind deliver services across 5 West London Boroughs, and our children and young people’s team deliver services in communities and in schools. Job Description. You will be:
1. Dealing with our referrals from schools:
· Liasing with referrers, families and young people to ensure that clients and other organisations are kept up to date with what stage their referral is at (e.g. on a waitlist).
· Overseeing inboxes to ensure quick and appropriate responses.
2. Delivering interventions:
· Delivery of Be Kind to Your Mind SEND/Inclusion interventions across schools, colleges and alternative education, and co-delivering our out of school offer.
· Ad-hoc creation of bespoke content to complement existing materials.
3. Supporting promotion of Children and Young People’s Services:

About the role
The Prospect Development Officer plays an integral role in enabling the fundraising ambitions of King’s College London, King’s Health Partners and King’s Maudsley Partnership. Reporting to the Prospect Development Manager, this post will support prospect management across all areas of high value fundraising, to ensure fundraisers are working with the best prospects and enabling them to generate income in the most effective way.

We work with organisations helping to shape a better society, from improving school food and protecting children in war to conserving the ocean.

The job
We want a creative brand strategist who treats a brand as a functional tool.
You will help clients, from think tanks to charities to research organisations, move beyond technical sector speak by building end-to-end strategies rooted in research but delivered with a unique voice. You will create the positioning statements and the overall brand architecture that give these organisations a distinct personality, building on their core values to make sure they feel authentic.
We want someone who won’t shy away from testing whether a client should be bold and authoritative, or lead with an emotional narrative to influence the right people.
What we don’t want is someone comfortable with the bland stuff. We are not looking for someone who imposes their own idea of what a brand should be. The best brand work comes from listening closely to how clients describe what they do, helping them refine and articulate it, and shaping that into something clear and distinctive. The brands you create need to go beyond words; you will create a brand that helps clients live it in practice.

You will play a vital role supporting the management of our diverse portfolio of projects working as part of the team with a broad range of clients, members, and partners including individual councils, the NHS, and other public and voluntary sector partners to enable them to become more community powered. With some experience in project management, people, and research skills, you will act as the team's administrative engine, working as the organising power behind the team's high-quality delivery of our practice and programme work.
You will be supported to explore and work on your personal and professional development as part of the role, and have the opportunity to build your facilitation skills, working alongside other team members as part of online and in person sessions. From time to time, you will also have the opportunity to support the wider organisation activity including supporting our member network and events programme.
Your job will incldue:
Coordinate several projects at the same time, supporting team members to deliver high quality work, on time and within agreed budgets.
Coordinate project meetings, both internally and externally, capturing key decisions and actions and working with the team to develop effective project management mechanisms to enable smooth delivery.
Act as a first point of contact for project work, providing timely project management updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the design and delivery of workshops and events, particularly through coordination of logistics (venue, catering, IT, materials needed, etc.) and liaising with our team, clients, and participants to ensure sessions are delivered smoothly.
Support project leads to prepare high quality, compelling project resources including presentations, reports, and blogs.
Support project leads in designing and delivering a range of research activities including desk research, focus groups, interviews, and analysis.
Work with New Local’s Finance Officer and Head of Operations & Finance to ensure invoicing, and payments related to the Practice and Programme team’s work are processed in a timely manner.
Provide support to network and member events, work on internal projects and a range of other activities which support your individual and organisational development.

We’re looking for a friendly, caring Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our close knit team at our Hammersmith Animal Hospital. You’ll be working with a group of dedicated and talented veterinary professionals who genuinely support one another, delivering excellent care to a wide variety of small animals. From routine nursing to emergency work, no two days are the same and there are plenty of opportunities to build confidence, develop new skills and grow in your role.

Blue Cross animal hospitals and pet care clinics provide veterinary treatment to sick and injured pets when their owners can’t afford private veterinary fees. Our vet care is available to pets whose owners receive certain means-tested benefits and live within the catchment area of one of our animal hospitals or pet care clinics.
Our Hammersmith hospital is a compact, quirky site with lots of character which first opened in 1922; we’re very proud of its history. Despite its size, it’s well equipped with digital and dental x-ray, ultrasound and a mini-lab for in-house testing and microscopy, which we actively encourage nurses to get involved to develop these skills. We have separate dog and cat wards, a dedicated room for euthanasia to ensure privacy and dignity and a designated reception team so clinical staff can stay focused on patient care.
You’ll be joining a small, welcoming team where communication really matters. We start each day with short, informal mini-meetings to share updates and we hold monthly whole-team meetings where everyone’s voice is encouraged. We use award-winning clinical guidelines to support practical, evidence-based decision-making, always putting patient welfare first and we value open conversations and shared learning in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
We also understand the emotional demands of veterinary work and the importance of looking after each other. Wellbeing champions and Mental Health First Aiders are based at all our hospitals, helping to create a culture where people feel supported, listened to and able to be themselves.
Working hours
This is a full-time, fixed term contract role for 12 months, offering a good work–life balance, with weekday hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm. You’ll work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm and Wednesdays from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break. We’re also happy to consider part-time applicants looking to work four days per week, with days discussed at interview.
About you
As a Veterinary Nurse, you will be confident and capable in delivering excellent nursing care for a range of small animals, providing both emergency and routine healthcare. Our Veterinary Nurses work alongside Veterinary Surgeons to promote animal health and welfare through responsible ownership and play a key role in the education of pet owners.
The ability to work as part of a team and effective communication skills are really important, often you will be the first point of our clients, forming strong bonds with them to ensure improved animal health and welfare.
We’d love to hear from applicants who bring a passion for supporting and developing student veterinary nurses, ideally with some experience of coaching, mentoring or assessing in practice. About the role
As Public Affairs Assistant, you will have responsibility for organising and delivering events in support of the team’s and Shelter’s strategic objectives. It will also see you maintain and find creative improvements to stakeholder management processes across the division, look after stakeholder contact data and keep records updated. Monitoring political developments and activities will be important too, as will gathering and recording intelligence and delivering your insights by providing political monitoring updates for the rest of the organisation.
