The Services and Programmes Coordinator is a new fixed-term role, October 2026 to April 2027, created to support Theatres Trust through a period of organisational transition.

The Coordinator will play a central role in coordinating our grants, planning and advice services, ensuring enquiries, statutory consultations and other outward-facing work are managed efficiently and progress through our systems in a timely and accurate manner.

The Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner provides trauma-informed, low-intensity psychological support to male survivors of sexual harms. Lewisham Parochial & Almshouse Charities is looking for a Clerk to the Trustees: an experienced, independent-minded governance professional to support our board on governance, finance and administration.

We are a small group of four historic charities, amalgamated by Charity Commission scheme in 1990 but with roots reaching back over 400 years in the ancient parish of Lewisham. We run the Lloyd Court almshouse in Ladywell, providing independent housing for older residents, and award small grants across the parish. Our staff team is small — a House Manager and a Premises Manager on site — supported by a board of volunteer trustees.

What you'll do:

• clerk the board and its committees, including agendas, papers, minutes and follow-up;
• maintain the three-year budget and prepare the annual accounts for audit and filing with the Charity Commission;
• keep statutory and operational records, policies and compliance in good order;
• advise trustees on charity law, regulation and good practice;
• and work with the House Manager so trustees stay sighted on day-to-day operations.

What you'll need:

• demonstrable experience of clerking, company secretarial or equivalent governance support to a charity board;

The Head of Support and Advocacy provides operational leadership across We Are Survivors’ support and advocacy services. We're looking for an Impact, Evaluation & Learning Lead with experience in impact measurement, evaluation and organisational learning to join our Research, Learning & Systems Change Team within the Innovation, Policy & Systems Change Directorate. 

This is an exciting opportunity to shape how Young Lives vs Cancer understands, measures and improves the difference we make for children and young people with cancer and their families. You'll lead the development of evaluation and learning approaches across the charity, helping us understand what's working, what needs to change and where we can create even greater impact. 

Working collaboratively with colleagues across services, policy, engagement, fundraising, digital and data teams, you'll bring together evidence, data and lived experience to generate meaningful insights that improve services, inform strategic decisions and strengthen our influence beyond the organisation. We're looking for someone who is curious, analytical and passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people with cancer. At Project 41, you will support individuals with complex needs to build stability, confidence and independence while working towards successful move-on into suitable accommodation. You will build trusting, trauma-informed relationships, create person-centred support plans and work closely with partner agencies including health, substance use, probation and social care services. You will play a key role in helping people overcome barriers, achieve their goals and take the next step towards independent living. Main Purpose Of Job:

Project 41 accommodates individuals within the homeless pathway and as part of Oxfordshire’s Homelessness Alliance. These individuals have support needs including substance use, mental health and offending histories, but are able to live in dispersed accommodation in Oxford with a higher level of independence than in our hostels. The successful candidate will understand the trauma people using our services have experienced, and have a compassionate and assertive approach to building relationships. At Project 41 you will provide high quality support service provision, work with clients to ensure suitable and timely move on, ensure the health and safety and safeguarding of service users and colleagues, work in a psychologically informed way, and develop and maintain effective partnerships with relevant agencies.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

To ensure the effective delivery of high quality support, housing management and resettlement opportunities.

To develop effective professional relationships with service users that is trauma informed and compassionate, and which empowers and motivates our service users to make positive changes in their lives.

About The Role
Every story matters here. Some are quiet, some joyful, some hard to tell. As a Video Production Executive at Alzheimer’s Society, you will help bring these stories to life with care, honesty and craft.
You will join a creative team that believes in storytelling as a force for understanding, challenge and change. Working with the Video Production Manager, you will create and edit content across social media, interviews, campaign films and longer-form storytelling.
This role has a strong focus on editing and post-production. We’re looking for someone who enjoys shaping stories in the edit: finding the right moments, building pace and structure, working with sound and graphics, and turning raw footage into engaging, polished content.
People come to this role from many paths, whether film or media training, freelance work, community storytelling or self-taught practice. What matters most is strong editing ability, a good instinct for storytelling and a commitment to creating inclusive, respectful work.
What you’ll do
You will work across the production process, but a significant part of your role will be focused on editing and post-production, supporting everything from quick-turnaround social content to interviews, campaign films and longer, story-led pieces.
Using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar professional editing software, alongside tools such as After Effects where appropriate, you will edit raw footage into clear and engaging stories. You will make confident decisions around narrative, pacing, music, sound and visual treatment, as well as adapting content for different channels and formats.
You will create cutdowns and different versions of content, add subtitles and graphics, and apply accessibility best practice so our work can reach as many people as possible.
You will also have opportunities to support filming and production. This may include shooting interviews and documentary-style content, setting up lighting and sound, and helping to create a calm, respectful environment where people feel comfortable sharing their experiences.
Alongside editing and filming, you will support production planning and logistics, including call sheets, scheduling and risk assessments, and contribute creative ideas about how our stories can be brought to life.
Collaboration is central. You will work closely with the Video Production Manager and colleagues across our creative and wider teams, respond constructively to feedback and help ensure finished content is delivered accurately and consistently across platforms including social media, YouTube and internal channels.
About you

About the Role

As a Service Delivery Assistant, you will provide high quality administrative support to the service. You will act as a first point of contact for enquiries into the service and support the wider team with administrative duties.

About the Role

As a Caseworker, you will provide structured, tailored support plans based on holistic assessments for individuals affected by crime. You will make initial contact with victims via the telephone, then tailor the support to the Victims preferences i.e. home visits or via conference calls, to explain our services, and assess the impact of crime. Your responsibilities will include developing, delivering, and monitoring safety and support plans, providing resources, interventions, and information to service users.

As a Caseworker you will:

• Manage a caseload of self-referred & referred service users, providing information & advocacy to help them navigate the criminal justice process.
• Conduct risk & needs assessments, ensuring each victim receives tailored support & information.
• Identify barriers to accessing services & work with partners to provide ongoing support.
