£41,200.00 per annum, working 40 hours per week.

What you'll do:

• Drive business planning activities within your contract, ensuring relevant and challenging objective setting and ongoing performance tracking, developing turn around action plans as may be necessary
• Using sound financial and accounting principles, manage contract budgets to deliver on corporate and local contract financial targets
• Successfully lead and motivate your team to ensure the championing of and maintenance of a positive local culture within your service
• Work to continuously improve staff competence, ensure ownership of all staff issues and speedy and effective conflict resolution
• Responsible for reporting all staff changes to HR and Payroll departments, as appropriate e.g. starters, leavers, additional hours etc.
• Responsible for maintaining quarterly staff succession plans

• Develop key business relationships with all relevant customers/external parties to ensure service delivery excellence and maximise new business opportunities in own patch
• Plan, organise and prioritise operations within your contract to ensure maximum efficiencies/utilisation of all resources
• Working with your team lead creative and ambitious customer involvement plans across the patch and ensure successful implementation

About the role

This role is based in Stafford but will operate across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. Travel is expected; as is providing victim support in person, usually at VS offices or at community venues.

As an ISS you will be:

• the link worker between the behaviour change service and the victim service;
• ensuring risk information is shared appropriately and used to inform internal and external actions;
• communicating between the two services; exchanging referrals and information; contacting victims and liaising with them
• delivering support to victims during programme intervention and beyond, where necessary, holding a caseload and providing direct support to partners/ex partners in accordance with their wishes and needs;
• ensuring partner agencies are aware of the integrated service and have due regard to its purpose
• delivering partner training and/or awareness sessions for enhancing relationships with partners and other stakeholders.

About the role

This role is office based in Rochdale Police Station and the ideal candidate will be based 3 days per week with Victim Support and a couple of days with external agencies who deliver direct support to children.

As an IDVA you will:

• provide pro-active, high quality, frontline service to victims of domestic violence & abuse through on-going risk assessment, individual safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support.
• work within a multi-agency framework consisting of the MARAC and local partnership responses to domestic abuse to keep safety central to all services for victims of domestic abuse.
• work with survivors to ensure they have on-going support to manage their safety

Key tasks will include:

• Identify & assess risks and needs of domestic abuse victims using an evidence-based risk checklist.
• Focus on & prioritise high risk cases providing a pro-active, short to medium term crisis intervention service, through individual safety planning, advocacy, emotional and practical support.
• Working with high risk victims of domestic abuse assisting them in accessing services to keep them and their family safe.
• Developing individual safety plans to meet client's needs as identified in the needs and risk assessment.
• Providing advocacy, emotional and practical support and information to victims including exploration of legal and civil options, housing, health and finance and support clients through the criminal justice system.
• Empowering clients to recognise the features and dynamics of domestic abuse present in their situation.
• Providing long-term support to victims of domestic violence & abuse, who's ex partners are attending the Drive perpetrator programme.

You will need

• A good understanding of domestic abuse & its impact.
• To understand risk assessment, safety planning & risk management for victims of domestic abuse
• Knowledge of Safeguarding & legal responsibilities relating to this.
• Theoretical, practical & procedural knowledge of civil and criminal justice remedies for victims of domestic abuse.
• Experience of direct service delivery to victims of domestic abuse or other vulnerable people.

About the role

This role is based in the Victim Help Centre, in St Asaph, North Wales and working in liaison with North Wales Police and other relevant agencies. As a Triage & Early Intervention Officer you will:

• contact Victims by telephone to undertake a comprehensive needs assessment and commission a range of services to support identified needs as appropriate.
• refer victims to partner agencies and contact approved suppliers to deliver services to victims.
• make direct referrals to appropriate colleagues and allocate Victim Support workers for further support.
• identify and manage the victims immediate service needs and contribute towards risk assessment processes whilst following agreed safe contact processes and securely recording contacts.
• build trust and confidence with victims who will be vulnerable and have complex needs.

Level 4 Welsh Language skills and the ability to communicate fluently through the medium of Welsh is desirable for this role.

About the Role

As a ISAC you will provide high quality support to victims of stalking who have been who have been subjected to domestic violence and abuse. You will deliver and provide support in five key areas to support victims to:

• Feel safer
• Feel informed about their rights and the criminal justice system
• Feel listened to and heard
• Be able to implement healthy coping mechanisms
• Be connected with services who are available to help them

Key Responsibilities:

• You will provide appropriate non-therapeutic support to who have been subjected to domestic abuse and stalking via their preferred contact method.
• Undertake needs and risk assessments to develop tailored individual safety and support plans to address the specific needs of the victim.
• Use a bespoke case management system to maintain accurate and confidential record keeping and contribute to the collection of outcomes.
• Liaise with the police, social services, CPS, and other agencies on the client's behalf, with the client's consent maintaining confidentiality
• Provide information to victims to enable them to make informed choices about their future options. Ensuring that the voices, needs, rights and legal entitlements of victims are heard and understood by all individuals and organisations.

About You:

Ideally, you will hold an approved and accredited ISAC qualification (or you must be willing to work towards one)

You will need:

• Strong understanding of domestic abuse, violence and stalking and the impact this has on victims
• Experience of working with victims including completing risk assessments and safety planning
• Experience of managing a caseload and keeping clear case management records.
• Experience of adapting communication styles to be able to effectively communicate with victims
• An understanding of trauma informed practice and how to implement this within your work
• A through understanding of the criminal justice system and the Victim's Code
• An understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding and other legal requirements
• Good IT skills including experience with working within bespoke case management systems and using Microsoft Office Packages.
• An organised and methodical approach to work, able to plan & prioritise workload.

This role involves regular travel and due to the location, a driving license and access to a vehicle is considered an essential requirement. As a Key Worker in Wokingham, you will be part of a small, dedicated team who are passionate about empowering others. You will be responsible for delivering a good quality and safe service to the people you support including assessment and engagement support, case load management, needle syringe programme delivery, harm reduction and interventions. If you are someone who enjoys problem solving to help people to change their lives for the better, this is the role for you.

You will have good Microsoft Office skills and be able to manage your own diary efficiently and proactively. The most important thing you’ll bring to this role is your desire and ability to make a positive difference to people’s lives. 

All post holders may be required to work some evenings, to meet our service delivery requirements. The core service operates Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm. The service offers a 4 day working week to support a healthy work-life balance.

About the Role

In this proactive, people-focused role, you’ll work closely with established community businesses to strengthen their operations, improve sustainability, and maximise social impact. You’ll provide direct support, coordinate access to specialist advice, and build strong relationships to understand each group’s needs and challenges.

You’ll also support membership engagement, contribute to events and communications, and maintain accurate data to ensure high-quality support across our network. Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll help deliver a responsive and effective service to community businesses.

This role is ideal for someone organised, empathetic and confident communicating with a wide range of people, with a strong interest in community business and rural communities.

About the Role

As an Independent Victim Advocate you will provide structured, tailored support plans based on holistic assessments for individuals affected by crime. You will make initial contact with victims to explain our service and offer ongoing support via telephone, emails or text, tailoring the support to the victims preferences i.e. home/office visits or weekly calls. Your responsibilities will include developing, delivering, and monitoring safety and support plans, completing risk assessments and providing resources, interventions, and information to service users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of self-referred & referred service users, providing information & advocacy to help them navigate the criminal justice process.
• Conduct risk & needs assessments, ensuring each victim receives tailored support & information.
• Identify barriers to accessing services & work with multi agency partners to provide ongoing support.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships and promote effective communication between staff and other stakeholders.
• Keep accurate & confidential case records.
• With further training you will support children and victims of domestic/sexual abuse

About You

Ideally, you will have an understanding of the impact of crime on victims & experience in delivering services within a statutory, voluntary, or multi-agency setting. Experience in managing a caseload and of completing risk & needs assessments would be beneficial.

You will need:

• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Competent IT skills, able to use generic systems.
• Good organisational & time management skills, able to manage competing needs and priorities.
• To work effectively both as part of a team & independently
• To develop & maintain partnerships with internal & external organisations.
• The ability to maintain professional boundaries & confidentiality.

This role may involve the requirement to travel to meet service users and attend meetings.

About the role:

This role is based in Staffordshire (we have an office in Stafford or Stoke). The caseworker will work directly with children and young people across the area; with hybrid working an option after the 6 month probationary period.

As a Children & Young People Domestic Abuse Practitioner you will be:

• Working directly and indirectly with children and young people
• Delivering services mostly through education establishments
• Working within a wider DA service for the whole family approach

You will need:

• Good communication skills
• An ability to engage, build rapport and motivate young people
• A good understanding of domestic abuse and its impact on young people
