About this job

We’re looking for a confident, skilled, and personable Digital Project Manager to help us deliver our ambitious roadmap of projects.

You’ll lead on the delivery digital, creative, UX, campaign and content-based projects. This’ll include everything from the digital and content elements of major campaigns, through to developing new digital tools or content to help people live well with MS.

You’ll thrive working with cross-organisational teams to deliver projects on time, to scope and within budget, using methodologies that best fit the challenge you’re trying to solve.

What you will do:

Some key responsibilities include:

• Lead digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within time, cost, risk, and quality parameters.
• Manage project plans, budgets, and risks, addressing and escalating changes and impacts on timelines and budgets promptly.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and develop communication plans to keep them and the organisation up to date with project progress and performance.
• Coordinate the development and monitoring of project metrics, ensuring variance and performance are reported to relevant stakeholders.
• Regularly report on project progress and performance, and conduct retrospectives to improve future processes.
• Help refine and evolve the project management methodology within the organisation, mentoring colleagues and promoting best practices in digital project delivery.
• Contribute to quarterly programme planning and alignment across projects.
• Examples of projects you could work on include our welfare campaign in relation to the government’s plans around PIP (Personal Independence Payment), Search engine optimisation initiative or annual winter fundraising appeal.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will take the lead on day-to-day finance administration and processing across SIA and its subsidiaries, from purchase invoices and bank reconciliations to payroll preparation and credit control. You will also help drive improvements to our finance systems and processes, and act as a first point of contact for finance queries from colleagues across the organisation.

What you will be doing

• Leading on core finance processing: purchase invoices, credit cards, expenses, income, journals, supplier payments and petty cash.
• Preparing monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet control account reconciliations.
• Leading the production and monitoring of the aged debtors report, working with colleagues to chase overdue accounts.
• Preparing and submitting payroll information to our outsourced payroll provider, and resolving payroll queries.
• Supporting year-end accounts preparation and liaising with auditors.
• Contributing to finance and CRM systems development, and leading finance systems induction and training for staff.
• Helping to shape and update finance policies and procedures.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience supporting a finance function in an SME or charity.
• Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and experience with purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliations and month-end processes.
• Confidence working with finance systems, and comfortable adopting new digital tools (experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Continia or Jet Reporting is a plus).
• AAT qualified, or actively studying towards AAT, is desirable.
• A clear communicator who can explain financial information to colleagues at all levels.

Hillside Clubhouse is recruiting an IPS Employment Specialist to join our dynamic Islington team, supporting people with mental health conditions to gain and retain employment.  The IPS Employment Specialists within the Islington IPS Service work within the nationally recognised IPS (Individual Placement and Support) model within NHS secondary and primary care mental health teams, based in the heart of Islington.

Who We Are: 

Hillside Clubhouse is a co-produced mental health employment support charity working across Islington. We support people with mental health conditions into training, volunteering, and employment opportunities. People can access our services via our Clubhouse, where they can share their skills and expertise with others and support the running of the charity.  Alternatively, they can receive support out in the community from one of our Employment Specialists based within NHS mental health teams.

The Role: 

We are recruiting for one IPS Employment Specialist role within our Islington IPS Service. This position will be based within the North London NHS Foundation Trust mental health services in the borough of Islington.

As an IPS Employment Specialist, you’ll play an important role in supporting people with lived mental health experience on their recovery journey by supporting them back into paid employment. This is an opportunity to offer ongoing support, to motivate and provide people with hope, while developing the tools and skills required to recover – ultimately transforming their lives.

A variety of skills are needed in this post including but not limited to: a strong ability to develop empathy and rapport with clients; a determined approach to seeking out job opportunities; a person centric-approach to working with people; strong communications skills to motivate clients; strong administrative capabilities and an attention to detail engage with prospective employers via business development and face-to-face meetings, as well as to be able to challenge some perceptions around mental health. 

The postholder will be directly employed by Hillside Clubhouse but work under an Honorary Contract from the North London NHS Foundation Trust.  They will be managed directly by the IPS Operations Manager but work as team member within the clinical team. The role is dynamic and involves being integrated in a clinical team, working within the community, and we operate a flexible working policy where working from home is also permitted up to two days per week.

Overall Aim: 

To enable people with mental health issues to gain and sustain competitive employment by working within the evidence-based Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model.

We are looking for a Housing Night Worker to join our teams across Lansworth House and Gareth Stacey House, working flexibly between both sites to ensure young people are safe.

You will respond promptly to any reported incidents, accidents, or concerns, carrying out thorough checks and taking appropriate action to ensure the safety and wellbeing of everyone on site. You will also take a proactive approach to preventing anti‑social behaviour, working closely with support staff to maintain a positive environment. About the Role

You will provide high quality support to all victims of APV/CPV, leading on completing initial impact and risk assessments that are comprehensive and holistic. You will also provide cover for the local VS Helpline. If further funding became available there may be an opportunity for more hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess the risks and needs of APV/CPV victims using an evidence-based risk identification checklist.
• Focus on and prioritise high risk cases and provide a pro-active, short to medium term crisis intervention service. Deliver individually appropriate tailored support and information, advocacy, and practical support.
• Work with victims of APV/CPV to assist them in accessing services to keep them and their family safe. Develop individual safety plans to meet victim's needs as identified in the risks and needs assessment.
• Ensure each victim receives an individually appropriate tailored support and information service that fully meets their needs, keeping complex needs central to all processes and decisions.

Job Purpose

· Support activity across the Marketing team, including social media, website and email work, as needed.

What we’re looking for:

· Experience in print & digital design

· Experience using Adobe CC, including InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator

· Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

· Excellent ability to manage workload and work to briefs and deadlines
