About the role

The postholder will help ensure that academic regulations, quality assurance processes, committee operations and student casework procedures are implemented consistently, fairly and effectively, in line with institutional policy, sector expectations and regulatory requirements.
This role will focus both on the monitoring of academic quality and standards to ensure they meet sector standards (e.g. the UK Quality Code and OfS sector recognised standards) and ensuring that academic casework and regulations are appropriately administered and handled in line with best practice through investigating, tracking and managing case work for academic appeals, complaints, fitness to practise and other academic policies and procedures. The Role

The Data Management Officer will mainly be responsible for managing and developing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and supporter data. The charity was established in 1996 to meet the gap in specialist mental health services. Woman’s Trust is led by and for women and aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a life free from further harm and abuse. Our approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, empowering survivors on their journey to recovery from the trauma. Alongside delivering our existing 1-1 counselling, self-development workshops and therapeutic support groups for women who have experienced domestic abuse, we are focused on developing our innovative mental health services for young women and girls, delivering new peer-led support groups and providing therapeutic groups to children and their mothers. We are also committed to developing further awarenessraising workshops and training for professionals, building on our research and policy to improve systems nationally.
About the role
The Finance & Operations Officer provides high-quality finance, operational and organisational support to ensure the effective day-to-day running of Woman's Trust. Working across both Finance and Operations, the postholder will maintain accurate financial records, coordinate operational systems and provide administrative support that enables colleagues to deliver high-quality services to women affected by domestic abuse.
Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week (0.8 FTE).
Location: Woman’s Trust premises including co-location with statutory partners and community partnership locations.Woman’s Trust operates a hybrid working model with a minimum of 50% to be on-site.

Job Profile
This role will lead CAFOD’s policy and advocacy work aimed at building a fairer global financial system. The post holder will have a solid understanding of contemporary global economic issues, including the global debt crisis, development finance and the workings of international multilateral organisations. Working closely with CAFOD’s overseas partners and within UK and global networks, this role will hold policy expertise on behalf of the organisation. This will involve developing policy positions and representing the organisation externally. The role will work closely with CAFOD’s government relations and campaigns colleagues to lobby decision-makers and mobilise supporters as part of our economic justice work. Sitting within the Advocacy, Policy & Campaigns team, the role is managed by the head of department.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the development and delivery of CAFOD’s global economic justice advocacy strategy
Working in partnership with UK and global organisations to develop evidence‑based policy positions
Influencing UK, regional and global policy debates on the global debt crisis, and other economic justice issues
Representing CAFOD in coalitions, to decision makers, in church networks and at international forums
Writing policy briefings, reports and communication outputs
Building relationships with external stakeholders and decision makers and UK and global levels
Ensuring advocacy is grounded in strong analysis, partner experience and a commitment to social and environmental justice
Supporting advocacy work of partners and global networks on debt cancellation and financial system reform
Providing strategic and technical advice across the organisation
Any other relevant duties reasonably required
