Community Support Lead: Partnerships

Role Purpose
As Community Support Lead: Partnerships, you will play a key role in strengthening the relationships that underpin HOST’s work, ensuring every hosted partner (HP) receives consistent, responsive, and values-driven support.
You will lead on partner onboarding, engagement, and ongoing support, ensuring needs are met with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. This includes managing communications around invoices and payments, responding to general queries, and proactively identifying and escalating potential risks.
Blending strong attention to detail with a people-first approach, you will shape and continuously improve the partner experience — from initial onboarding through to long-term collaboration — ensuring every interaction reflects HOST’s mission to support the world’s change-makers.
Core Responsibilities
1. Partner Engagement and Onboarding
Lead Welcome, Onboarding, and regular check-in calls with hosted partners, building clarity, trust, and consistency in every interaction.
Provide clear guidance on HOST’s systems, processes, and expectations, ensuring each partner journey is well-defined and smoothly implemented.
Identify risks, issues, or emerging support needs during interactions, and promptly share these with the Community Support Manager.
Support escalations and follow-up actions to maintain a high-quality, responsive partner experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications, ensuring relevant information, issues, and risks are clearly documented and shared across the team.
Negotiate PAYF contributions, add-on pricing, and additional services, ensuring partner needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Reporting cadence: Weekly summary and inclusion in monthly CS reporting.
2. Query Resolution and Partner Care
Respond to general hosted partner queries with accuracy, clarity, and empathy, achieving a minimum 90% satisfaction score.
Ensure at least 90% of queries receive an initial response within 24 hours.
Maintain consistently high standards of written and verbal communication, reflecting HOST’s values of integrity, care, and responsiveness.
Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to ensure partner needs are resolved promptly and effectively.
Reporting cadence: Weekly dashboard updates and monthly performance reporting.
3. Partner Relationship and Invoice Management
Work closely with hosted partners to amend invoices and resolve payment queries accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure all payment-related communications and outcomes are clearly documented in ClickUp and Zendesk.
Monitor and report on invoice corrections, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.

4. Risk Identification, Screening and Escalation
Identify and assess potential financial, operational, or reputational risks arising from partner interactions.
Conduct initial screening of partner-related concerns in line with HOST’s due diligence processes.
Escalate identified risks promptly to the Community Support Manager or relevant stakeholders for review and mitigation.
Contribute to monthly Community Support risk reporting and ongoing team learning.
Reporting cadence: Real-time escalation of risks, with consolidated monthly reporting.
5. Community Support Administration
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across ClickUp, Zendesk, and internal systems.
Support the review and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and clarity across processes.
Contribute to internal administrative tasks, ensuring operational readiness for audits, reviews, and ongoing compliance.
Reporting cadence: Monthly
6. Community Support Resources and User Journey
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Community Support materials, guidance, and onboarding resources.
Support the enhancement of the hosted partner user journey, ensuring all touchpoints are clear, consistent, and aligned with HOST’s values.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to identify gaps and opportunities to strengthen the overall partner experience.
Reporting cadence: Quarterly reviews with recommendations for improvement.
7. Growth and Learning Areas (Development Focus)
Take ownership of more complex hosted partners with advanced operational or financial requirements.
Support the development of new Community Support Leads through training, mentoring, and sharing best practice.
Deliver or support hosted partner Health Checks, ensuring all follow-up actions and documentation are completed effectively.
Reporting cadence: As directed by the Community Support Manager.

The International Society of Antimicrobial Chemotherapy (ISAC), a learned society, is a charity and company limited by guarantee and registered in the UK. ISAC is a federation of Member Societies and delivers education via a number of different modalities including an in-person congress, peer reviewed journals and an online academy. Over recent months, ISAC carried out a strategy review and is now progressing priority strategic objectives. As a result, an opportunity has arisen for a Communications Officer to advance a number of priorities under a general “communication” heading.
The Communications Officer will initially be employed part time (0.6 FTE) on a temporary basis (12 months). They will be line managed by the ISAC CEO and must be able to work within a pre-existing team. Principle duties and responsibilities will be to assist the Trustees and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the areas of Member Society and Industry engagement. Additional duties will include helping to develop SOPs to operationalise ISAC’s Communication Strategy, populate ISAC’s social media accounts, contribute to the redesign of ISAC’s website and provide cover for the CEO and Executive Officer, as required.

Outline Job Description
The ISAC Communications Officer will project manage the following areas of activity under the supervision of the CEO and in liaison with the Executive Officer.
1.1 Member Societies
The Communications Officer will:
1.1.1 Work with ISAC’s Member Society Engagement Group which is a sub group of the society’s Executive Committee, to realise their strategic objectives.
1.1.2 Make contact with each of the Society’s Member Societies (currently 107).
1.1.3 Undertake research if contact details are out of date to make the initial contact.
1.1.4 Open a dialogue with the Member Societies.
1.1.5 Request updated contact details and society information as required.
1.1.6 Produce a paper summarising the different areas of activity undertaken by ISAC’s Member Societies.
1.1.7 At the request of the CEO, send the Member Societies regular newsletters and updates about the Society and the benefits of membership.
1.1.8 Create a template for the member societies to complete as details change.
1.1.9 Diarise AGMs or key annual / biennial meetings for when member society key personnel may change and proactively request updated information as these take place.
1.1.10 Undertake a membership survey, if required.
1.1.11 Engage with membership through online media (social media, websites, online journal).
1.1.12 Take overall responsibility for Member Societies under the guidance and supervision of the CEO.
1.2 Liaison with Commercial Companies
The Communications Officer will:
1.2.1 Work with ISAC’s Industry Liaison Group which is a sub group of the society’s Executive Committee, to realise their strategic objectives.
1.2.2 Update the details in ISAC’s industry database.
1.2.3 Identify commercial companies (pharmaceutical / diagnostic) to add to ISAC’s industry database.
1.2.4 Aid ISAC’s Industry Liaison Group to complete an industry review and produce a strategy document to identify opportunities to increase commercial support for both the Society itself (if required) and for the biennial International Conference of Chemotherapy and Infection (ICC).
1.2.5 Identify key prospects.
1.2.6 Develop tailored approaches to these companies.
1.2.7 Make these approaches.
1.2.8 Facilitate discussions and negotiations as they develop.
1.2.9 Maintain the relationship and engagement with corporate partners and other supporters.
1.2.10 Fulfil contracts and ensure appropriate representation at the ICC and other meetings.
1.2.11 Ensure corporate partner programme and sponsorship and exhibition offerings at the ICC and other meetings are complementary.
1.3 Communication
The Communications Officer will:
1.3.1 Establish an internal communication / reporting structure and plan with the CEO during the handover phase.
1.3.2 Produce an external communications plan for the Society to include all aspects of communication if required to include a strategy (24 month cycle) for the newsletter.
1.3.3 Produce and maintain a database of E-mail addresses and ensure compliance with data protection requirements.
1.3.4 Design, construct and disseminate a regular newsletter under the guidance of the CEO.
1.3.5 Take overall responsibility for communication under the guidance and supervision of the CEO.
1.4 Website
The Communications Officer will:
1.4.1 Provide recommendations on redesign and usability of ISAC’s current website.
1.4.2 Be responsible for updating the design and content under the guidance and supervision of the CEO / Executive Officer.
1.4.3 Work with the CEO / Executive Officer to establish requirements and access.
1.4.4 Act as the Society’s webmaster to update content as requested.
1.4.5 Proactively update the content on Member Societies, Scientific and Educational Meetings and Archives.

The Acquisition Marketing Manager attracts new UK supporters and generates income for Mary’s Meals’ school meals programme through effective and inspiring marketing across online and offline channels. The role primarily raises income (but also awareness) through multi-channel marketing activity with a clear focus on maximising ROI and delivering supporter growth at scale. JOB PURPOSE
The postholder is responsible for securing, managing, and growing commercial partnerships with organisations that support AdviceUK’s mission, values and strategic priorities. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Partnership development
Identify, research, and secure new commercial and corporate partnership opportunities aligned with AdviceUK’s strategic and income generation priorities.
Identify and develop new products and services that benefit members, grow income, and support member recruitment and retention.
Shape new products and services with user and sector insight, applying structured approaches to testing, evaluation and scaling. Ensure that pricing, return on investment and other financial modelling is completed to demonstrate how new products or services deliver agreed objectives.
Bring external market insight into AdviceUK’s strategic planning and decision making, ensuring that commercial partnership propositions are clearly differentiated in the markets they are targeting.
Work with the Head of Membership and Services, other colleagues at AdviceUK, and AdviceUK’s existing commercial partners to develop a commercial partnership strategy, business plan and pipeline.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions in partnership with the Head of Membership and Services, Finance and where relevant, AdviceUK commercial partners and subsidiaries.
Ensure all partnerships align with the charity’s mission, values and ethical standards.
Carry out appropriate due diligence and risk assessments on commercial partners
2. Partnership management and growth
Act as the primary relationship manager for AdviceUK’s current commercial partners and subsidiaries to ensure they feel valued, informed, and engaged throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Maximise the value of established partnerships through renewals, extensions, upselling opportunities, and agreed new income generation activity. Support cross‑team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within AdviceUK’s commercial partnerships portfolio.
Support the communication of impact to partners, including reporting on outcomes enabled by their support.
Represent AdviceUK at events, conferences and networks relevant to the commercial partnerships portfolio.
3. Income generation and performance
Ensure all partnerships deliver against agreed financial and non‑financial objectives. Contribute to departmental budgeting and forecasting.
Monitor partnership performance and provide accurate reporting on partnership income, engagement, and impact.
Contribute to the ongoing review of existing commercial partnerships and service level agreements, making recommendations for change as required.
Share learning, insight, and good practice to continually improve commercial partnership approaches.
Ensure compliance with Charity Commission and Companies House guidance, relevant fundraising regulations, and internal governance policies.
Work closely with AdviceUK colleagues to deliver integrated partnership activities.
4. Data and evidence
Support the delivery of performance reports as required to evidence the extent to which commercial partnerships are achieving required KPIs.
Work with colleagues to ensure that partnership datasets are accurate, timely and support decision making.
Ensure any partnership activity that requires data sharing adheres to data protection and cybersecurity requirements.

Communications & Engagement Coordinator
We’re looking for someone with strong writing skills, confidence working across digital channels and an interest in student engagement, communications and storytelling.
You’ll support the delivery of clear, effective and engaging communications that help students better understand and connect with the Guild’s work.
Contributing to communications activity across a range of channels, you’ll helping showcase student voice, campaigns and organisational impact through accessible and audience-focused content. The role includes supporting internal communications, proactive PR activity and translating complex topics into clear and engaging messaging for student audiences.
Working with staff and student Officers, you’ll support the planning and delivery of campaigns, identify opportunities to improve engagement and contribute to a joined-up approach to communications across the organisation. You’ll also help protect and strengthen the Guild’s reputation through clear, responsible and consistent communications.

FTWW is looking for a Communications Coordinator! The successful candidate will develop and grow the organisation’s online platform, including sharing information, resources and signposting within FTWW’s pan-Wales virtual peer support community and beyond.
The role is full-time (0.8 FTE considered for the right candidate), home-based within Wales, with occasional travel to events and meetings, so a driving licence and access to a car would be an advantage. We are a small but mighty charity where no two days are the same. You may be involved in promoting a focus group to our members one day and meeting with a journalist the next.
