The engagement directorate is responsible for growing awareness, trust and engagement with Breast Cancer Now - so more people get support and give support. It leads the £47m we raise annually today and our ambition to grow this to £69m by 2029/30, alongside a new £60m Campaign.
At the heart of this is a focus on relationships - using data and insight to create meaningful experiences that inspire people to give their time, money and voice. Within this, the insight & experience function sits in the high value intelligence & experience team, supporting our high value partnerships and campaign ambitions. With a focus on more holistic, supporter-led engagement, this role will help strengthen how we understand, engage and inspire high value supporters.
Working closely with the senior high value insight & experience manager, the high value insight & experience manager will help develop a consistent approach to gathering and using insight, shaping engagement across both everyday activity and campaign delivery. The role will collaborate across teams to ensure supporter-facing activity is aligned, high quality and insight-led.
The high value insight & experience manager will play a hands-on role in delivering cultivation, stewardship and recognition activity - supporting events, experiences, communications and key supporter touchpoints. This includes developing a strong suite of engagement opportunities for high value audiences and helping ensure supporters feel valued, recognised and connected to the impact of their support.

About the role
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a hands-on role in delivering and optimising supporter journeys through Save the Children UK's new Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), Dotdigital.
You will support an active community of Dotdigital users across the organisation, providing platform governance and best practice.
You will also work closely with external partners, the Supporter Engagement Lead and the CEP Change Lead to ensure a healthy iterative roadmap and future opportunities are realised.

In this role, you will:
- Build out workflows, rules and logic for automated customer communications and personalised messaging.

Salesforce Platform Management
· Day to day management of the Back Up Trust Salesforce system

JOB PURPOSE
The postholder is responsible for securing, managing, and growing commercial partnerships with organisations that support AdviceUK’s mission, values and strategic priorities. These partnerships should significantly increase AdviceUK’s commercial income, extend AdviceUK’s reach, and achieve measurable social impact. The postholder will ensure that commercial partnerships both comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and contribute positively to AdviceUK’s reputation and influence.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Partnership development

Identify, research, and secure new commercial and corporate partnership opportunities aligned with AdviceUK’s strategic and income generation priorities.
- Develop compelling partnership propositions, including sponsorships, strategic alliances, product/service developments, cause‑related marketing, corporate social responsibility, and other commercial collaborations.

Identify and develop new products and services that benefit members, grow income, and support member recruitment and retention.

The Operations Manager is a key hire within our small but highly effective Operations Unit, sitting alongside a People Operations Manager and reporting directly to the Director of Operations. The Communications Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the communications strategy, leading a team of two other communications staff. The University Access and Digital (UAD) Programmes Assistant will provide core operational support to the UAD team. The role will support programme set-up, student applications, digital content, events, data processes and student communications across Sutton Trust Online, UK Summer Schools, Teacher Champions and other programme activity. Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity is looking for a Senior Website Manager to lead the evolution of one of our most important digital products. Our website is much more than a website - it is where supporters discover our work, fundraisers find inspiration, donors take action, and people learn about the difference their support makes to seriously ill children and their families.
This is a high-profile role sitting within our Performance Marketing and Digital Engagement team, with responsibility for shaping the future of the charity’s digital experience. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically about where we need to go, while also being comfortable rolling up their sleeves to help make it happen.
You’ll lead the website product roadmap, drive continuous improvement across supporter journeys and work across a wide range of teams including Fundraising, Marketing, Communications, Technology, Data and external partners. Success in this role comes from being able to flex between strategic planning, stakeholder management, product ownership, user experience, optimisation and delivery.
No two days are likely to look the same. One day you might be facilitating roadmap discussions with senior stakeholders, the next analysing user behaviour, shaping an SEO strategy, reviewing backlog priorities with developers or testing new approaches to improve conversion and supporter engagement.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing people together around a shared vision, navigating complexity and making confident decisions based on evidence, user needs and organisational priorities. Someone who can challenge constructively, build consensus and help teams focus on what will create the greatest value for our supporters and the organisation.
Salary
The salary for this role is £51,000 per annum and we operate a hybrid working policy of a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
In line with our EDI strategy and Total Reward policy, we calculate our salaries based on benchmarking data across the charity sector. To ensure fairness for existing staff and new joiners, we do not offer salaries above the advertised rate.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision, roadmap and ongoing development of the charity website, ensuring it supports supporter needs, fundraising objectives and organisational priorities.
- Own the website product backlog, balancing long-term improvements, business priorities, technical considerations and user experience enhancements.
- Work closely with Technology teams, developers, analysts, content specialists and external partners to scope, prioritise and deliver digital improvements through agile ways of working.
- Champion a user-centred approach, using insight, research, testing and data to improve supporter journeys and digital experiences.
- Lead website optimisation activity, including experimentation, A/B testing, user research and conversion improvement initiatives.
- Drive the GOSH’s SEO strategy, ensuring content and technical improvements support sustainable growth and discoverability.
- Build strong relationships across Fundraising, Communications, Marketing and Technology teams, helping align priorities and bring stakeholders together around shared goals.
- Translate organisational needs and supporter insight into clear product outcomes, user stories and prioritised delivery plans.
- Manage website performance, governance, accessibility and compliance, ensuring the platform remains secure, effective and fit for purpose.
- Lead and develop a small team while building digital capability across the organisation through guidance, training and best practice.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Significant experience managing websites, digital products or digital platforms in a complex environment.
- Strong product management experience, including roadmap development, backlog management and prioritisation.
- Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholder groups, with excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design, digital optimisation and supporter or customer journey development.
- Experience using analytics, user research and insight to inform decisions and improve performance.
- Strong SEO knowledge and experience developing strategies that drive growth and visibility.
- Experience working with software engineers, technology teams and external suppliers to deliver digital products and improvements.
- Ability to move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, adapting to changing priorities and organisational needs.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading and developing teams, creating a collaborative and high-performing environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Supporter Engagement Manager position is a pivotal role in the Public Fundraising team, comprising seven specialist Fundraisers. The post-holder is responsible for driving growth in our Individual Giving programme through a mix of acquisition and retention campaigns.
Key internal relationships include the Head of Supporter Engagement and the Fundraising Management team.
The post-holder will work closely with the Fundraising Data Manager and the Community Engagement Manager on collaborative income generation and Supporter Engagement activities.
The post-holder will be instrumental in shaping the Individual Giving and Supporter cultivation strategies geared towards increasing our Cash and Regular Giving Supporter base.
The Individual Giving programme includes Cash Appeals, Regular Giving (including Door-to-Door recruitment), Hospice Lottery, Challenge Events, Legacies and Supporter Care. There is a strong focus on digital fundraising.

Fawcett is recruiting a Fundraising Manager to own day-to-day fundraising delivery and help strengthen how fundraising works across the organisation. This is a manager-level role with real responsibility: bringing structure, judgement and follow-through to live fundraising activity, leading trusts and foundations as a core technical area, and helping develop wider fundraising opportunities over time.
