Summary of Role
The Head of Business Operations will play a key leadership role within The Brain Charity, leading and overseeing the effective and safe delivery of a range of business and operational activities. ROLE PURPOSE:
The Policy and Advocacy team within Womankind influences a transformative, feminist agenda for change in solidarity with movement partners and allies. This is a full-time, fast-paced subject matter expert role that leads the organisation’s partner centred and evidence-based advocacy in UK and Global Advocacy forums, from a decolonial feminist lens, in line with Womankind’s 2030 strategy. PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Qualification and training:
A post-graduate qualification in a relevant social sciences field e.g. international development or legal studies, human rights, gender studies, or equivalent experience.
Essential Experience:
At least 5 years’ experience in the women’s rights and feminist sectors with demonstrable capabilities in strategic, partner-centred, evidence-based, decolonial feminist advocacy leadership in UK and Global Advocacy spaces.
In-depth knowledge on core women’s rights normative standards and intersectional feminist principles that guide policy and influencing work within the UK and globally. This includes how diverse women’s rights thematic areas intersect and how this is integrated into strategic influencing and advocacy.

Travel Requirements:

The Data Manager is responsible for overseeing the collection, management, quality, security, governance and use of data at Now Teach. They are responsible for ensuring that Now Teach’s data is accurate, integrated between systems, well managed, accessible to support operational reporting, analysis, continuous improvement and strategic decision making.
This is a key role in ensuring we can identify, articulate and measure the impact of our work both internally, and with partners, senior stakeholders and funders as well as supporting our aims of operational efficiency and self-service. The role will continue to develop our data capability as an organisation to evaluate our impact and continually improve our processes.
The Data Manager will be adept at working with multiple stakeholders and helping navigate and simplify processes. They know how to pull information from our reporting systems alongside or combined with other data sources, including national benchmarks, to identify trends and patterns and provide that data to teams in a way that supports great decision making and improvement. They will have a passion for data engineering being hands on as well as being able to identify and implement improvements to drive our data forward.

JOB PURPOSE
The postholder is responsible for securing, managing, and growing commercial partnerships with organisations that support AdviceUK’s mission, values and strategic priorities. These partnerships should significantly increase AdviceUK’s commercial income, extend AdviceUK’s reach, and achieve measurable social impact. The postholder will ensure that commercial partnerships both comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements and contribute positively to AdviceUK’s reputation and influence.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Partnership development
Identify, research, and secure new commercial and corporate partnership opportunities aligned with AdviceUK’s strategic and income generation priorities.
Identify and develop new products and services that benefit members, grow income, and support member recruitment and retention.
Shape new products and services with user and sector insight, applying structured approaches to testing, evaluation and scaling. Ensure that pricing, return on investment and other financial modelling is completed to demonstrate how new products or services deliver agreed objectives.
Bring external market insight into AdviceUK’s strategic planning and decision making, ensuring that commercial partnership propositions are clearly differentiated in the markets they are targeting.
Work with the Head of Membership and Services, other colleagues at AdviceUK, and AdviceUK’s existing commercial partners to develop a commercial partnership strategy, business plan and pipeline.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions in partnership with the Head of Membership and Services, Finance and where relevant, AdviceUK commercial partners and subsidiaries.
Ensure all partnerships align with the charity’s mission, values and ethical standards.

Ensure all partnerships deliver against agreed financial and non‑financial objectives. Contribute to departmental budgeting and forecasting.

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to expand capacity and play a key role in the next phase of our organisation-wide Salesforce rollout. About you
You are a certified Salesforce Administrator with strong experience building and configuring Salesforce from scratch.
